Известна искусственная иридо - хрусталиковая диафрагма (ИХД) глаза, описанная в Свидетельстве РФ на полезную модель № 11050. Иридо-хрусталиковая диафрагма поясняется чертежом (Фиг. 1). ИХД имеет оптическую 1 и опорную части 2. Работа с ИХД производится следующим образом: Выполняют роговичный или склеророговичный тоннель. Имплантируют опорную часть Р1ХД, устанавливают ее в хрусталиковую сумку при ее сохранности, либо подшивают в трех точках к склере, либо фиксируют на крючках - фиксаторах. Затем имплантируют оптическую часть ИХД, при этом края выемки опорной части раздвигают специальным пинцетом, оптическую часть устанавливают в выемку. Сформированный тоннель ушивают. Использование предложенной авторами полезной модели позволяет уменьшить вес конструкции и дает возможность собирать ИХД внутри глаза в ходе операции.Work with ICD is as follows: Perform a corneal or scleroric tunnel.
