Из анамнеза: начало заболевания больная Л. относила к 14-летнему возрасту, когда впервые появились высыпания в области лба, в последующем распространившиеся на кожу всего лица. На момент обращения больная Л. отмечала ухудшение клинической картины после приема в пищу большого количества сладких продуктов и шоколада. Лечилась самостоятельно с помощью косметических средств и препарата «Скинорен», с временным эффектом. Объективно: патологический процесс носил ограниченный характер, локализуясь на коже лица. Морфологические элементы были представлены воспалительными папуло-папулами в количестве более 10, открытыми и закрытыми комедонами, а также поствоспалительными пятнами, атрофическими рубцами. Согласно заявляемому способу, в клинике РостГМУ было проведено лечение 38 больных, страдающих вульгарными акне, из них: с легкой степенью тяжести - 20 пациентов, со средней степенью тяжести - 18 пациентов, мужчин и женщин в возрасте от 18 до 25 лет. Срок лечения каждого больного составил 8 недель.
