SUBSTANCE: capping device (1) for a neck contains case (2) having annular wall (6) of the case, passing along the main axis (X) between base (10) of the capping device and edge (7) of the annular wall of the case. The capping device can be screwed on neck (60) containing: connecting part (62) adapted for being welded to thin walls of a package; and tube (66) protruding from connecting part (62) along the axis (Y) of the neck and ending with input part (68); moreover, tube (62) contains gripping section (70) containing guiding ring (74). There are also connecting means, which connect capping device (1) to neck (60), even when capping device (1) is unscrewed. Connecting means contain ring (30) placed on gripping section (70) of neck (60), connected to the neck in the axial direction by means of guiding ring (74), and at least partially flexible binding element (32), which connects neck (30) to capping device (1). At the same time, binding element (32) contains part (34) from the side of the capping device, connected to capping device (1) and essentially non-deformable, part (36) from the side of the neck, connected to ring (30) and essentially non-deformable, and intermediate flexible part (38), as well as alignment means adapted to prevent misalignment in the circumferential direction between part (34) from the side of the capping device and part (36) from the side of the neck, when they are applied to each other.

Claims

1. Closing unit for flexible thin-walled packaging, including:

- a neck (60) containing: a connecting part (62) adapted for welding to the thin walls of the package; and a tube (66) protruding from the connecting part (62) along the axis (Y) of the neck and ending in the inlet part (68), wherein the tube (66) includes a gripping section (70) containing a guide ring (74) and a closure device ( 1) made with the possibility of screwing onto the neck and unscrewing from it;

- connecting means adapted to connect the closure (1) with the neck (60) even after the closure (1) has been unscrewed from said neck, containing: a ring (30) placed on the gripping section (70) of the neck (60 ) and connected with this section in the axial direction by means of a guide ring (74); and at least partially flexible connecting element (32), which connects the ring (30) with the closure device (1);

moreover, the connecting element (32) contains a part (34) from the side of the closure attached to the closure device (1) and essentially non-deformable, a part (36) from the side of the neck attached to the ring (30) and essentially non-deformable , and an intermediate flexible part (38);

the connecting element (32) contains alignment means adapted to prevent misalignment in the circumferential direction between the closure-side part (34) and the neck-side part (36) when they are superimposed on each other.

The closure according to any one of paragraphs. 1 to 3, in which the alignment means comprise a pair of fasteners (42, 44) protruding laterally from the neck-side part (36), between which a section of the closure-side part (34) is located when it is applied to the part (36) from the side of the neck.

Capping unit according to any one of paragraphs. 1-4, in which the alignment means comprise a pair of fasteners (42, 44) protruding laterally from the closure-side part (34), between which is located a section of the neck-side part (36) when it is applied to the part (34) from the capping device.

Capping unit according to any one of paragraphs. 1 to 5, in which the alignment means comprise an opening (50) in the closure-side part (34) and a pin (52) protruding from the neck-side part (36), the finger being inserted into the opening when the neck-side part is applied on the part from the side of the closure device.

Capping unit according to any one of paragraphs. 1 to 6, in which the alignment means comprise an opening (50) in the neck-side part (36) and a pin (52) protruding from the closure-side part (34), the pin being inserted into the opening when the closure-side part superimposed on the part from the side of the neck.

The closure according to any one of paragraphs. 1 to 7, in which the closure (1) additionally comprises a lid (4) having a closure compartment (16) circumferentially bounded by a wall (18) of the lid with an edge (18a) of the lid wall, wherein the body (2) of the closure is predominantly placed in the said compartment (16) of the closure device.

9. The closure assembly according to claim 8, wherein, in the connected configuration, the ring (30) is axially applied to and in contact with the edge (18a) of the wall (18) of the cap, and the edge (7) of the wall (6) of the body closure device is contained in the ring (30).

10. The closure assembly according to claim 9, wherein, in a disconnected configuration, the ring (30) is spaced from the edge (18a) of the closure wall, and the edge (7) of the wall of the closure is located between the edge (18a) of the lid wall and the ring (30) preventing their mutual contact.

11. Capping site according to any one of paragraphs. 8 - 10, in which the cover (4) contains an annular gripping wall (20) made in one piece with the wall (18) of the cover and radially spaced from it.

12. A closure assembly according to claim 11, wherein the closure device (1) comprises a plurality of ribs (19) that connect the gripping wall (20) to the wall (18) of the closure.

13. A closure according to claim 11 or 12, in which the gripping wall (20) is interrupted in the region of the connecting element (32).
