Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular to a technique for assessing the tightness of a pipeline valve valve by the drip and bubble method by counting the number of liquid drops and gas bubbles, as well as for other areas such as hydrodynamics, physical chemistry, medicine, etc.
It is known from the prior art that, according to GOST R 53402-2015, the tightness control of pipeline fittings can be carried out by determining the leakage of the medium through the valve by counting the number of liquid drops and gas bubbles. For calculation, well-known drop and bubble sensors are used as part of systems for measuring the amount of leakage through the valve of pipeline valves (measuring recording system SEITRONIC SIR-PG; computer measuring and recording PKTBA-CRS system; KRS system, KRP system, etc.).
Known sensors for the drip and bubble method of monitoring the tightness of the shutter are devices made of a housing with a tube rigidly installed in it with a central channel, the outlet end of which is made with a rectangular profile relative to the axis of the tube, designed to remove liquid drops or gas bubbles from the connected valve, and, an optical sensor needed to automatically count liquid droplets or gas bubbles.
The disadvantage of these sensors is a high measurement error associated with the dependence on the angle of inclination on the vertical position of the tube with a central channel for the withdrawal of liquid drops or gas bubbles and the impossibility of forming one-dimensional liquid drops or gas bubbles.
The proposed technical solution is aimed at reducing the error in measuring the number of liquid drops and gas bubbles when determining the leakage of the medium through the valve valve.
This result is achieved by the fact that the sensor for monitoring the tightness of the pipeline valve valve by the drip and bubble method is a body with a tube installed on a suspension, with at least two degrees of freedom, a tube with a central channel rigidly connected to the optical sensor, and the outlet end of the tube made in the form of an oblique cut, mainly in the form of a trihedral cut.
Installing a tube with a central channel with an optical sensor rigidly connected to it on a suspension with at least two degrees of freedom allows the tube to self-align in a vertical position regardless of the body inclination and does not change its position relative to the optical sensor, which ensures that there are no measurement errors associated with differences in the installation of the sensor in the spatial position.
The execution of the outlet end of the tube in the form of an oblique cut makes it possible, due to the surface tension of the liquid applied to a larger surface area of the tube, and minimizing the contact area of a drop or gas bubble with a nozzle at the moment of separation from the tube, to form drops or bubbles of the same size without satellite droplets or bubbles - satellites.
1.The design of the sensor is illustrated in the diagram of Fig. one.
5.As shown in FIG. 1 sensor has a housing 1 with a fitting for
The sensor according to Fig. 1 works as follows.
5.To control the tightness of pipeline fittings, a sensor is fixed near it. When installing the sensor, due to the presence of
5.The outlet branch pipe of the valve is connected to the sensor through
Thus, the claimed sensor for monitoring the tightness of the valve valve by the drip and bubble method contains new essential features and reduces the error in measuring the number of liquid drops and gas bubbles when determining the leakage of the medium through the valve valve.
