No. 36. - 2 p.: ill.], which includes mixing zinc oxide with aluminum oxide and an aqueous ammonia solution containing carbon dioxide, forming granules, drying them and calcining them. Mixing is carried out in stages, while the first stage is 2.5-15.0% of zinc oxide from its total amount, the second - the rest of the zinc oxide and an aqueous solution of carboxymethyl cellulose based on obtaining 10-15 wt% in the sorbent. aluminum oxide and the mass ratio of the mixture of oxides of zinc and aluminum and carboxymethylcellulose 1:0.001-0.005.

Состав изобретения: ZnO – 78,5 % мас., Al2O3 – 20,0 % мас. MoO3 – 1,5 % мас.63 g of metallic zinc powder, 20 g of γ-Al 2 O 3 alumina (Zn:Al 2 O 3 ratio = 1:0.32) are loaded into the drum of a VM-4 vibratory mill and activated for 30 minutes. 80 g of water, 126 g of ammonium bicarbonate NH 4 HCO 3 and 1.9 g of ammonium paramolybdate (NH 4 ) 6 Mo 7 O 24 *4H 2 O are added to the resulting mass and again crushed for 30 minutes. Next, 80 ml of water is added to the resulting suspension and stirred while heating to 70ºC for 120 minutes, then formed into granules, which are dried at 120ºC for 6 hours and calcined at 400ºC for 6 hours. The composition of the invention: ZnO - 78.5% wt., Al 2 O 3 - 20.0% wt. MoO 3 - 1.5% wt.
Механическую прочность образцов определяли на гидравлическом прессе, при нагружении на торец до полного разрушения гранулы.The mechanical strength of the samples was determined on a hydraulic press, with loading on the end until the complete destruction of the granule.
The absorber samples were tested for activity on a PKU-2 flow-type laboratory unit on a gas mixture of the following composition: C 2 H 5 SH - 2.0%; H 2 - 10.0%; N 2 - the rest, at a pressure of 1.2 MPa and a temperature of 360ºС. The volumetric velocity of the gas was 5000 h -1 . The reaction products were analyzed using a gas chromatograph Kristallyuks - 4000 M. The activity was estimated by the degree of conversion of ethyl mercaptan into hydrocarbons.
