A magnifying optical device, such as Fresnel’s lens or another lens with a focus F, is included in the package with the stand folder. The holders of the electronic image carrier and the optical device are located in the center of the folding side sections. In the section with the holder of the optical device, a through window is made according to the specified format of the optical working area of the device. However, they are single-functional (except for carrying electronic image carriers such as electronic tablets and smartphones), which is not always welcome in the conditions of the desire for universality and multifunctionality of devices in almost all areas of human activity.

To work (including at the table) with small images on paper and electronic media, magnifying optical devices are often used - flat Fresnel lenses and "classic" convex "magnifiers" (the latter are framed and with a handle). Magnifying optical devices (lenses, magnifiers) are known in combination with their stands (holders) opposite the electronic image carrier (kinescope) as part of the TV, for example, the Soviet KVN TV (see 5. However, this is a single-functional device: the stand (holder) is used exclusively for its intended purpose, nevertheless taking up space and increasing the weight of such a set.

Folders for paper image carriers are known that combine this function with the function of a stand: calendars, notepads, photo albums, etc. (see 6. RF utility model patent No. 172691, IPC G10G 1/00, published on 07/19/2017, "Portable electronic music album").

An electronic music album contains a body, a means of displaying information, a rechargeable battery, means for storing and processing information, means for entering commands to change the image, and means for connecting the album to external devices. The tool for entering commands to change the image contains three sensors that respond to the approach of the user's hand without touching the body of the album and to the direction of movement of the user's hand along the surface of the body of the album.

However, the idea of such a technical solution refers mainly to the field of computer science, and the image formed by a portable electronic music album cannot be enlarged.

A desktop album for photographs is known, which consists of a binding and sheets connected to it with means for attaching photographs, while the back of the binding is made in the form of a stand, which is two rigid plates, the upper parts of which are fastened to each other and to the upper part of the sheets for photographs with the ability to rotate 360 °, and the lower parts are interconnected by a connecting element (see 7. RF patent for utility model No. 23824 U1, IPC B42F 13/04, publ. 07/20/2002 "Desk album for photographs").

However, such a device is not universal enough: in particular, it does not provide such a desirable third function as a magnifying device for working with small images without involving the user's hand.

The closest analogue (prototype) of the claimed device in terms of purpose and set of essential design features is a universal transformable folder-stand for image carriers, with three swivel flat rigid sections, including the bottom of the standard A4 format and width B, as well as side folding left and right, latches sections in a certain mutual position in the closed and open states of the folder-support, and holders of various predominantly flat objects, with the possibility of placing text and graphic media, including electronic ones, in the mentioned holders (see 8. In the prototype, all sections are made solid (without windows and any perforation). If the possibility of using an optical device is supposed, then this question is left outside the scope of the technical design. The trivial version is the traditional use of such a device, carried by the user separately or (in the best case, from the standpoint of comparative analysis) in a given folder.

Obviously, the prototype is not "universal" enough to solve the problems of working with the folder and, most importantly, with its contents. So, when working with small images on media (including screens of electronic media), especially in low light conditions and problems with the user's vision, there is often a need to work with an optical device that magnifies the image, and without occupying the user's hands. The prototype device does not provide a solution to this problem, which narrows its technical, operational, and consumer capabilities.

The problem to be solved by the claimed invention is the impossibility of working with small images on media mounted on stand folders.

The technical result of the invention is to expand the functionality of the device by providing the ability to work with small images on a carrier located on a folder-stand, which will improve its technical, operational and consumer properties, save the user's eyesight and increase the comfort (ergonomics) of working with image carriers.

The achievement of the specified technical result is ensured by the fact that in a universal transformable folder-stand for image carriers, containing at least three rotary flat rigid sections, including the bottom of a standard, in particular A4, format and width B, as well as side folding left and right , section locks in a certain mutual position in the closed and open states of the folder-support, and holders of various, mostly flat, objects, with the possibility of placing text and graphic media, including electronic ones, in the mentioned holders, according to the invention, one of the holders is inserted a magnifying optical device, for example, a Fresnel lens or another lens with focus F, the said holders of the electronic image carrier and the optical device are located in the center of the folding side sections, in the side section with the holder of the optical device a through window is made according to the specified format of the optical working area of the device, and the fixator The rys are made with the possibility of reversible transformation of the folder-stand from the “folder” option into the “stand” option with fixation of the side sections in parallel to each other, inclined position at an angle, within its value α=arcsin (F/B), with the possibility of observing the image on the carrier through an optical device from the outside, with open access of the hands to the image carriers.

In this case, the folding side sections can be equipped with the same retainers in the form of left and right wire elements with ends bent at an angle, and the middle parts of the wire retainers, made split or telescopic, divorced in the working position, hingedly and with axial fixation by friction are fixed on the lower and the top sections of the bottom section of the folder-support, and the ends of the wire clamps are oriented along the boundaries of the sections in the folded position and are additionally fixed on the corresponding side sections, in a position rotated by 90° - along the lower and upper sections of the side sections.

This allows you to simply, cheaply and with high compactness ensure rapid transformation of the device from its fixation in both options - “folder” and “stand”;

In addition, the latches of the side sections can be made of flexible metal bands with a force setting of the shape.

This additionally contributes to the compactness of the device with some reduction in the permissible external influences on it in the "stand" option.

The proposed universal transformable folder-stand for image carriers can be equipped with a fourth section, 360 ° rotatable to the left or right relative to the right or left side, with fixation, on the free side cut of one of the side sections to form a closed rigid box-shaped profile of the folder-stand, light-insulated from above in the “stand” option or with the optical device closed in the “closed folder” option.

The possibility of industrial application of the claimed device is beyond doubt, since it does not include any devices and technologies that are not mastered by industry or unknown to science and technology.

The versatile convertible image carrier includes, in accordance with FIG. one:

The kit for the folder-stand includes a magnifying optical device 9, for example, a flat Fresnel lens or another lens (magnifier) with an optical focus F.

The holders 6 and 7 of the electronic carrier 8 (8 s) of the image and the optical device 9 are located in the center of the folding side sections 2 and 3, respectively. In section 3 with the holder 7 of the optical device 9, a through window 10 is made according to the given format of the optical working area of the device 9.

All latches (including latches 4 and 5) are made with the possibility of reversible transformation of the folder-stand from the “folder” option (shown by arrows) into the “stand” option (see Fig. 1) with fixation in an inclined (at an angle α), parallel to each other position of the side sections 2 and 3 and, accordingly, the possibility of observing the image on the carrier 8 (8c) through the optical device 9 from the outside (a conditional image of the observer's eye - see Fig. 1, 2). The clamps 4 and 5 of the side sections 2 and 3 can be made (as an alternative) of flexible metal bands (not shown, installed at the joints of the sections) with a force setting of the shape (similar to the band clamps for bread packaging).

In the folder-stand in accordance with Fig. 2 additionally provides a fourth section - 15, rotatable relative to the right 2 or left 3 side sections by 360 ° to the left and right, with push-button or other latches 16, 17 optionally, either on a free side cut of another side section 2, or on the base 3, respectively with the formation of a closed rigid box-shaped profile of the folder-stand and light insulation from above in the “stand” option (see Fig. 2). Or with a closed optical device 9 in the "closed folder" option.

The front side of the fourth section can be made with an overlay of a more rigid material than the material of the section, as the title element of the folder-stand in its closed state.

The claimed device is used as follows.

In the “folder” option, the device is traditionally used as a folder for papers, office supplies (mostly flat) for individual electronic devices 8 types of mobile phone, 8c smartphone, electronic tablet. Opening and closing its sections 2, 3, 4, loading and unloading.

In the "stand" (desktop) option according to FIG. 1 sheet or electronic device 8 with an image is installed in a standard holder 6, the folder is transformed by turning sections 2, 3 and latches 4, 5 (on hinges 11, 12), and fixed with additional latches 13 and 14 (turning them by 90 ° and spreading ) in the configuration of FIG. 1, with bottom section 1 supported on a table or other horizontal surface. After that, the device is used as a stationary installation for reading (viewing) the image on the carrier 8 (8c) in optical magnification by the device 9. The ratio of the focus F and the angle α according to the dependence α=arcsin (F/B) ensures the sharpness of the image. At the same time, it is possible to use both hands of the user simultaneously for manipulations with image carriers 8 (8c) due to the openness of the space between the folded side sections 2 and 3 parallel to each other.

In the "stand" (desktop) option according to FIG. 2, the additional fourth section 15, which in the “folder” option served as a protective element (cover) of the optical device 9, shielding it from the outside of the closed folder, is activated using a button or a similar latch 16 on the nearest side section 2 and rotated (shown by a circular arrow in Fig. 2) until all four sections 1-4 are closed (in cross section), with push-button or similar fixation by a latch 17 on the other side section 3. Due to the selected correct ratio of the width of all sections 1-4, sections 2 and 3 are parallel with holders 8 (8c) for the image carrier and for the optical device 9. While retaining the wire clamps 4 and 5, such a fixation can be considered as an additional and as another element of structural rigidity.

In addition, in the second example, the fourth section 15 has a third function - partial shielding of the optical relationship "image - optical device 9" from "flare" from the outside, which worsens the visibility of the image in ambient light conditions.

The latches 4, 5, 13, 14, 16, 17 in both examples of their constructive implementation ensure the stability of the shaping of the device in a reasonably sufficient range of external loads on it.

The next transition to the "folder" option is performed in the reverse order (shown by arrows).

The use of the invention makes it possible to increase the functionality of the device and its components, which determines its versatility, and, consequently, to expand its technical and operational, consumer properties, to preserve the eyesight of users longer, to increase the comfort (ergonomics) of working with image media.
