Abstract

1. Фильтр для очистки газа, содержащий корпус, крышку с крепежными элементами, грязесборник в нижней части, отражатель, отвод очищенного газа с фильтрующим элементом, отличающийся тем, что отвод очищенного газа выполнен в виде ряда выводов, размещенных в крышке фильтра, которая выполнена с возможностью поворота, а отражатель имеет форму щита, установленного на пути входа газа, и развернут параллельно его входу.2. Фильтр по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что фильтрующий элемент отвода размещен под крышкой.3. Фильтр по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что отражатель выполнен в виде протяженной вдоль корпуса пластины.4. Фильтр по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что в каждом из ряда выводов выполнен фильтрующий элемент из высокопористого ячеистого материала с включениями Cu, Zn, Ni.1. о р н ФИЛЬТР ДЖ ОЧИСТКИ ГАЗА Изобретение относится к технике очистки газов и воздуха от механических примесей и может быть использовано в любой отрасли народного хозяйства, где требуется очистка газов, особенно природных. Известен фильтр для очистки газов, содержащий корпус, внутри которого размещен газораспределительный лист с патронными фильтрующими элементами. В данном фильтре газораспределительный лист снабжен коническими патрубками, на которых свободно установлены фильтрующие элементы- / Авт.св.СССР № 247912 В 011 27/00 /. Недостатком этого фильтра для очистки газа является сляжность чнсткм после его загрязмеия, для чего необходимо снять крышку, азмонтжрввать фильтрующие элементы, промыть их и произвести сборку. Известно также устройство для очистки газа, содержащее вертикальный корпус с отстойной зоной в днище, крышку корпуса, к которой прикреплена цилиндрическая перегородка, расположенная между фильтрующим патроном, имеющим сферическое днище, и цилиндрической обечайкой, к нижней кромке которой прикреплен сферический отбойник, при этом обечайка, перегородка и патрон установлены коаксиально корпусу. В этом устройстве отбойник прикреплен наружной кромкой к корпусу и выполнен с отверстиями в зоне между корпусом и обечайкой, днища патрона и отбойника расположены выпуклостью вверх, а верхняя кромка обечайки размещена ниже верхней кромки корпуса, при этом отбойник снабжен трубкой, верхняя часть которой укреплена в -.отбойнике, а нижняя расположена в отстойной зоне корпуса./Авт.св.СССР JM.717190 В 01 Ъ 46/00 /. Он содержит вертикальный цилиндрический корпус, крышку с крепежными болтами, грязесборник, установленный против патрубка подвода загрязненнвго газа перед фильтрующим элементом, дугообразный отражатель потока и патрубок отвода очищенного газа.
