Abstract
Description
The invention relates to power engineering and can be used in Stirling engines containing a regenerative heat exchanger.
Known is a combined regenerative heat exchanger of a microcryogenic system for cooling in a temperature range of up to 70K, including a heat-insulating body, a nozzle made of a woven metal mesh inside the body, and the nozzle consists of three parts, each of which is made of metal with a maximum volumetric heat capacity in its temperature range: - "cold" part of the nozzle of the regenerative heat exchanger is made of a material with a volumetric heat capacity C VH> 2,02⋅10 6 J / m 3 K in the temperature range of 70-90K, wherein the length of the "cold" portion is l x = 0,087⋅L, where L is the total length of the regenerator; - the “middle” part is made of material with a volumetric heat capacity C VH > 3.0⋅10 6 J / m 3 K in the temperature range from 90K to 210K, while the length of the “middle” part is l c = 0.522⋅L; - "warm" part - from a material with a volumetric heat capacity C VH > 3.72⋅10 6 J / m 3 K in the temperature range from 210K to 300K, while the length of the “warm” part is l t = 0.391⋅L [Patent for utility model RU 176892]. The general features of the claimed invention with the closest analogue are a combined regenerative heat exchanger of a Stirling engine containing a heat-insulating body with two pipes connected to a heater and a refrigerator, respectively, and at least two nozzles located inside the body, located in series between the pipes of the heater and the refrigerator. The disadvantage of this combined regenerative heat exchanger of the Stirling engine is the imperfection of the thermodynamic cycle and high heat losses due to underrecovery of the regenerative heat exchanger due to insufficient volumetric heat capacity of the nozzles.
The problem to be solved by the claimed invention is to eliminate the above disadvantages of the prototype.
The technical result consists in increasing the efficiency of the Stirling engine by increasing the heat capacity of the nozzles and, as a consequence, increasing the recuperative capacity of the regenerative heat exchanger.
The technical result is achieved due to the fact that in the combined regenerative heat exchanger of the Stirling engine, containing a heat-insulating body with two pipes connected to a heater and a refrigerator, respectively, and at least two nozzles located inside the body, sequentially located between the nozzles, each nozzle is made in the form of a tube with hermetically sealed ends, while each tube contains a filler, and the melting temperature of the filler of each nozzle correspondingly increases in the direction from the refrigerator branch pipe to the heater branch pipe, and the transverse profile of the wall of each tube is made in the form of an oval, each tube is bent in the form of a spiral, while the major axis of the oval is oriented in the direction of the spiral axis.
The invention is illustrated by drawing, where figure 1 shows a longitudinal section of a combined regenerative heat exchanger of a Stirling engine, figure 2 is a fragment of a cross-section of a spiral tube with a filler.
The claimed combined regenerative heat exchanger of the Stirling engine contains a heat-insulating
The device works as follows.
During the operation of the Stirling engine, the temperature of the heater is 500 ° C, and the temperature of the refrigerator is 200 ° C. The working fluid with a temperature of 500 ° C through the nozzle 2 passes in the
The effectiveness of the proposed technical solution in comparison with the prototype can be assessed as follows, considering the characteristics of the materials of the
- удельная теплоемкость никеля, - specific heat capacity of nickel,
где d=0,1 см - диаметр трубки, δ=0,005 см, - длина трубки, p=9,8 г/см3 - удельная плотность никеля, - удельная теплота плавления цинка,where d = 0.1 cm is the tube diameter, δ = 0.005 cm, - tube length, p = 9.8 g / cm 3 - specific density of nickel, - specific heat of fusion of zinc,
- удельная теплоемкость жидкой фазы цинка, Дж/г к - удельная теплоемкость твердой фазы цинка, - specific heat of the liquid phase of zinc, J / g k is the specific heat of the solid phase of zinc,
- удельная плотность цинка, - specific gravity of zinc,
mΣ1=mNi+mZn, где mNi, mZn и mSn - масса соответственно никеля, цинка и олова на участке трубки длинной m Σ1 = m Ni + m Zn , where m Ni , m Zn and m Sn are the mass of nickel, zinc and tin, respectively, in a section of a tube with a long
The reduced heat capacity of the packing (4) in the temperature range 326 ° C - 200 ° C is found by the formula:
- удельная теплота плавления олова, - specific heat of fusion of tin,
- удельная теплоемкость жидкой фазы олова, - specific heat of the liquid phase of tin,
- удельная теплоемкость твердой фазы олова, - specific heat of the solid phase of tin,
где pSn=7,1 г/см3 - удельная плотность олова, where p Sn = 7.1 g / cm 3 is the specific density of tin,
mΣ2=mNi+mSn.m Σ2 = m Ni + m Sn .
Due to the fact that at the time of the phase transition from the solid phase to the liquid phase, there is a volumetric expansion of zinc and tin - 0.034, then in order to reduce the stress on the wall of the tube (6) it is made in the form of an oval, bent in the form of a spiral, while the major axis ff of the oval is oriented in the direction of the axis gg of the spiral.
Thus, the use of 5
