Abstract
Description
The invention relates to labor protection and safety precautions for electrical personnel, namely, personal protective equipment against electric shock when exposed to operating, induced or step voltage. These hazardous factors affect the personnel servicing high and extra-high voltage electrical installations under operating or induced voltage. Also included are works on high-voltage power lines and railway contact networks, carried out with or without removing the voltage.
The closest in technical essence to the claimed invention is an individual protective shunt set Ep-4 (0) "Tesla" containing electrically connected electrically conductive shoes, an electrically conductive jacket, electrically conductive trousers or overalls / semi-overall, electrically conductive gloves, an electrically conductive pad [1] ... The kit shunts the human body, ensuring the flow of currents of different nature. All elements of the set are made of electrically conductive materials and are interconnected by channels of increased conductivity and electrically conductive contact leads.
This protective suit was chosen as a prototype.
The technical problem of the present invention is to eliminate the following disadvantages of the prototype:
- неспособность костюма сигнализировать о наличии опасности, то есть о попадании электромонтера под рабочее, наведенное или шаговое напряжение;- the inability of the suit to signal the presence of danger, that is, the electrician gets under the operating, induced or step voltage;
Имели место случаи ожога кожи ладоней при позднем обнаружении попадания под напряжение, то есть когда ток значительно нагревал элементы электропроводящих перчаток в месте удержания токоведущей части.- in the source [1] it is indicated that when an electrician gets under voltage and, accordingly, when current flows through the suit, the elements of clothing may heat up. Moreover, as real operation shows, this heating can be significant, especially in the places where the live parts touch, since in these places the current density is high. There have been cases of burns of the skin of the palms with late detection of a voltage hit, that is, when the current significantly heated the elements of electrically conductive gloves at the place of holding the current-carrying part.
The solution to the technical problem is achieved by the fact that in a protective signaling suit of electrical personnel, containing electrically conductive shoes, electrically conductive jacket, electrically conductive trousers or overalls / semi-overalls, electrically conductive gloves, electrically conductive collar, according to the invention, material is applied to individual elements of the suit or the suit as a whole which changes its color depending on temperature. Complementary embodiments correspond to the dependent claims.
Due to the shunting properties of the suit, the worker remains protected from direct electric shock.
When implementing the claimed invention, the electric current flowing through the elements of the suit and arising when the electrician gets under the operating or induced voltage is an indirect diagnostic sign of the early detection of this dangerous condition, that is, the electrician's touch to live parts. An electric current, flowing through the elements of the suit, causes them to heat up and, accordingly, to heat the applied material. When the temperature of the material reaches a certain threshold value, the applied material changes its color and thereby indicates to the electrician that it is in a dangerous state.
Existing thermoindicator materials capable of changing their color upon heating, in the general case, can be irreversible and reversible. Irreversible materials can change their color when heated, however, their properties change and when cooled, their color does not return to its original color. Reversible materials are able to repeatedly withstand heating-cooling cycles and at the same time change their color when heated and return to their original color when cooled, which makes their use convenient, effective and reliable. For example, the thermal indicator pigment CoCl 2 ⋅ 2C 6 H 12 N 4 ⋅ 10H 2 O has a threshold transition temperature of 35 ° C. The color below the transition is pink; the color when the transition temperature is exceeded is blue [2]. The accuracy of the junction temperature relative to the threshold is 1–2 ° C. The use of reversible materials is taken into account in paragraph 2 of the claims.
As thermal indicator materials, specific materials with known properties and ready-made solutions, such as thermal indicator paints and thermal indicator stickers, can be used. Thermal indicator stickers often include several different materials with different temperature thresholds for color change, differing from each other by 1-2 ° C, which makes the indication accurate and, importantly, convenient. The use of thermal indicator paints and thermal indicator stickers is taken into account in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the claims, respectively.
There are also multi-junction or multicolor thermo-indicator materials capable of changing their color three or more times as they heat up as a result of chemical reactions sequentially proceeding at different temperatures when the temperature reaches some levels corresponding to the transition. So, for example, samarium iodide SmI 3 in the interval between the temperature corresponding to normal conditions and the temperature of 700 ° C has the following transitions: yellow - orange - red - brown - black [2]. The use of multi-junction or multi-color thermal indicator materials is taken into account in paragraph 5 of the claims.
The use of applied thermo-indicator materials in a protective indicator suit of electrical personnel, reporting on exposure to operating, induced or step voltage, constitutes the novelty and essential differences of the claimed invention.
The thermal indicator material can be applied to the parts of the suit that are most susceptible to heating, that is, the parts where the current density is high or the parts of the suit, through which the live parts are touched. For example, the material can be applied to electrically conductive gloves, electrically conductive shoes. Also, the thermal indicator material can be applied to the electrical connections of the elements of the suit to each other.
Indication by changing the color of the applied thermal indicator material informs the electrician about the need to take measures to eliminate the state of under voltage. These measures can be taken to prevent excessive heating of the elements of the suit as well.
Compared with the prototype, the efficiency and reliability of protection of the electrician from being energized and from the consequences caused by the electric current flowing through the elements of the suit has been increased, that is, in general, the safety of the work of electrical personnel has been increased.
The proposed invention is carried out using known technical means and materials.
