Abstract
Description
Technology area
Footwear. The invention is intended to improve safety and eliminate human injuries while walking on a snow-ice surface.
State of the art
Known shoes, widely available for sale, with a sole having a protector in the form of high protrusions of various configurations, made integral with the sole. The disadvantage of such anti-slip means is that they are effective only on loose snow until all gaps between the ridges are filled with snow and compacted, after which such a sole loses its anti-slip properties. And this is all the more dangerous because a person gets used to it and loses caution when moving to an icy, slippery surface and can slip and fall with unpredictable health consequences. On a tamped snow and icy surface, the anti-slip properties of such a sole are practically not manifested. In addition, the tread is susceptible to wear and flattening when walking on a hard surface - alternating snow and ice surfaces, for example, with asphalt, as well as when walking indoors.
Closest to the proposed invention is a removable device according to the patent of the Russian Federation 2149573, made of wire, chains or other similar material. The device according to the patent of the Russian Federation 2149573 for protecting shoes from slipping contains spikes in the form of links of at least one closed chain loop associated with loop fasteners made of elastic tape designed to cover the toe and heel parts of the shoe. The chain contour is made of mutually perpendicular welded links of an oval shape, and the weld seam of the joint of oval links on the working supporting surface of the spikes, on the side of the chain contour opposite to the loop clamps, is made protruding along the outer surface, while the ends of each loop retainer are fixed through an odd number of links ...
The disadvantages of this anti-slip device are:
Snap to shoe size - relatively small range of sizes,
- При заходе в помещение необходимо такое устройство снимать, так как на керамической плитке будет издаваться шум (цоканье); металлическая накладка на подошве на керамической твердой поверхности пола будет скользить, а мягкую поверхность пола (ламинат, линолеум, паркет) будет повреждать.- When entering the room, it is necessary to remove such a device, since noise (clatter) will be emitted on the ceramic tiles; the metal soleplate on the ceramic hard floor surface will slip and the soft floor surface (laminate, linoleum, parquet) will damage.
The device is rather complicated and expensive, and it is necessary to have it for all family members.
- Снятие и надевание таких устройств вне дома затруднительно особенно для пожилых людей, для которых устройства противоскольжения на обуви особенно актуальны.- Removing and putting on such devices outside the home is difficult, especially for the elderly, for whom anti-skid devices on shoes are especially relevant.
Other analogs and prototypes of the present invention have the same disadvantages as those given.
Disclosure of invention
The aim of the present invention is to impart anti-slip properties to shoes with simple, easy-to-use, functional effective and inexpensive means. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that in the sole of the shoe intended for wearing in snow and ice conditions, along the perimeter, without breaking the tightness, holes are made in the necessary quantities for lacing the lower part of the sole with lacing from various materials at the discretion of the owner of the shoe. Such materials can be twine, cord, wire, fishing line, trimmer line (for mowers). Such an arrangement of these holes makes it possible to form on the outer surface of the sole the required number of weaves of an anti-slip material that prevents sliding along and across the sole.
