State of the art

In modern technology, semi-automatic rifles have a bolt handle that reloads the rifle and makes it ready to fire again. The bolt handles currently in use can be disengaged from their slots by driving force and vibration as a result of rapid retraction after firing. It is necessary to insert the dropped bolt handle in order to reload the rifle and make it ready for a shot. Disconnecting the bolt handle causes loss of time for the user and loss of the bolt handle. In the event that the lost bolt handle is not found and inserted into place, it is impossible to reload and fire the rifle.

Objectives of the invention

Based on the prior art, the main object of the invention is to lock the bolt handle in the bolt mechanism by means of a bounce-preventing blocking surface formed on the bolt handle, which has become more stable.

Another object of the invention is to make the bolt handle lockable due to the anti-rebound locking surface and the locking slot formed on the bolt handle. Consequently, the bolt handle can be easily inserted into its slot by two insertion and pivot movements, and is locked at the same time.

Another object of the invention is to prevent the bolt handle from falling out under the influence of pressure and vibration after the rifle has fired, thanks to the lock handle. Therefore, it is ensured that users can alert the rifle to re-fire without wasting time.

Another object of the invention is to ensure, by easily removing the bolt handle, that the rifle is not ready to fire when manipulated by a child or someone else while the rifle is stored by the user. It also serves as a child lock.

Detailed description of the invention

The general design of the invention consists of a body (1) of the bolt mechanism having a groove (1.1) for the bolt handle and a groove (1.2) on it, a bolt handle (2) having a receiving groove (2.1), a locking surface (2.2), a locking groove ( 2.3), the receiving surface (2.4) and the position indicator (2.5) on it, the ball (3), the spring (4) and the supporting bolt (5) for the ball.

The locking surface (2.2) on the bolt handle (2) is shaped to prevent rebound during manufacture.

The installation of the bolt handle (2) is as follows: the bolt handle (2) is inserted into the groove (2.1) for the bolt handle on the bolt body (1) in such a way that the direction of the bolt handle (2) corresponds to "ON" on the indicator (2.5) position as shown in figure 1. After inserting the bolt handle (2) into the slot (1.1) for the bolt handle, the ball (3), the spring (4) and the ball support bolt (4) are also inserted into the slot (1.2), which located on the body (1) of the bolt mechanism.
