Abstract

FIELD: human necessities.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automatic equipment of retail trade. Vending machine comprises housing, at least one goods issue window and one control panel arranged on housing side wall, goods shelves installed in housing in several tiers one under another, and goods movement device, including goods movement mechanism from shelves. Whole automatic machine structure has a cylindrical shape; the automatic machine has a horizontally rotating structure of rings inside the automatic machine. Rings are located along internal perimeter of the automatic machine between flanges and wall of the case of the automatic machine, on them the goods are delivered to receiving section of the automatic machine. Receiving compartment is separated from space with goods by configuration of partition walls, so that one part of walls is located perpendicular to movement of rings, wherein these walls have slots with shapes, allowing unobstructed movement of design of rings. Another part of walls is arranged on shelf tiers and extending along and parallel to circle of rings, and configuration of all partition walls separates space of receiving section from commodity one. Known vending machine for the sale of piece goods, containing a heat-insulated housing with a door, which houses an information panel, a coin acceptor and a dispensing window, mounted in the housing one under the other shelves with cells, each of which has an ejection mechanism in the form of a spiral associated with a rotation drive, which, making a given number of revolutions, pushes the product, which falls into the basket of the checkout window.

Known machine for the sale of piece goods (see patent SU 175759, IPC: G07F 11/00, publ. 09.10.1965), containing a housing, a coin mechanism and a carousel installed in the housing with cells for goods, in each of which goods are placed in a stack, a stepping drive for turning the carousel and radial pushers, grouped in a vertical row, with placement in front of each product in a stack, ensuring the ejection of the selected product.

The disadvantage of this and the above-mentioned analogs is the limited possibilities of use: only for well-packed non-fragile piece goods. This is due to the fact that if goods fall off the shelves, damage to the packaging or the goods themselves is possible, and the higher the shelf with the goods is, the more likely it is to be damaged.

To soften the impact, a slip can be installed in the basket. However, even in this case, for some products, for example, for very fragile pies or fresh unpackaged food products, this constructive solution is unacceptable. Such products must be delivered carefully, as they can lose their presentation even if they fall from a small height.

Known vending machines, the design of which includes various elevator devices, which allows you to avoid damage to the goods (see patent EP 0333430, op. 14.03.1989, patent EP 2634755, publ. 20.02.2013, patent US 4108333, op. 22.08. 1978). The delivery of goods from the shelves to the load-carrying platform of the elevator device, in the above-mentioned analogs, is carried out due to the implementation of the shelves in the form of screw or belt conveyors, when the drive is turned on, the goods placed on them move to the exit edge and "and exit" of the goods located on the edge of the shelf to the load-carrying platform of the elevator, raised one level with the shelf.

Among the disadvantages of all the above-mentioned analogs, the following should be noted:

- extremely limited assortment of goods for some analogues

- And complicated methods of delivery of goods from other analogues, which leads to an increase in the cost of industrial production of analogues

The essence of the proposed technical solution and the possibility of its industrial applicability is confirmed by the example of implementation given below and clarifying drawings, which show:

The solution to the above technical problem is achieved by the fact that the vending machine has a cylindrical frame 1, inside the apparatus is a bearing rack 2 of a circular shape, in the center of the apparatus in a vertical position (Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4). On the rack 2, a rotating rod 3 is fixed with the help of rotating mechanisms - bearings 8. A structure 7 with rings 6 is fixed on the rotating rod (Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4). The rings 6 can have different shapes in cross-section depending on the type of goods pushed onto these rings for stable delivery to the goods issue department (Fig. 8). Each ring 6 is located on the outer perimeter of the circumferential shelves 4 with commodity modules or auger cells, in which commodity 13 is located (see Fig. 5). The commodity shelves 4 themselves are attached to the inner side of the frame 1 (Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4) due to a special joint 5. Commodity modules 13 (see Fig. 5) can be either in the form of a screw device or a conveyor type for an unstable product. The conveyor module can secure the goods with conveyor belts from above and below, so that the goods do not fall during movement and during ejection they do not enter the rings 6 randomly and with damage.

When the product falls on the rings 6, then using the rotation mechanism (preferably clockwise) it is delivered to the receiving department (see Fig. 5). And so that the user of the device could not enter the department of the device with goods, a system of partition walls 12 and 11 (Fig. 6, Fig. 7, Fig. 5) is created, separating the receiving compartment from the department with goods. To do this, on one side of the receiving section, a dividing wall 12 is created (Fig. 6) or two parallel partition walls with slots 12, which represent empty spaces in the plane of the wall with such shapes and sizes that rings 6 would fall into them without obstacles (Fig. 6 .) did not create problems for the rotation of the structures of the rings, but the wall itself prevents the penetration of the hands and fingers of the buyer or a stranger or other foreign objects into the department where the goods are located (Fig. 5). And in the opposite side of the goods receiving department, there is no such partition wall 12, but a group of vertical partition walls 11 stretches along the perimeter of the shelves, allowing the ring structures to rotate without obstacles, but does not allow the buyer or an unauthorized person with the help of fingers or foreign objects to enter the product department or reach it along the free space above the rings 6 (see Fig. 5 and Fig. 7)

The structure 7 can be rotated manually (Fig. 2, Fig. 3) or using the button - electric motor - rotating rod 3 system, or with the help of automation, when the electric motor turns on the automatics, and not the customer using the button (see Fig. 4)

A vending machine comprising a housing, at least one product dispensing window and one control panel located on the side wall of the housing, shelves for goods installed in the housing in several tiers one below the other, and a device for moving goods including a mechanism for moving goods from the shelves, characterized in that the design of the entire machine has a cylindrical shape, the machine has a horizontally rotating design of rings inside the machine, the rings are located along the inner perimeter of the machine between the shelves and the wall of the machine body, on which goods are delivered to the receiving department of the machine, and the receiving department is separated from the space with goods the configuration of the dividing walls, so that one part of the walls is located perpendicular to the movement of the rings, these walls have slots with shapes that allow the unimpeded movement of the ring structure when the rings pass through these slots, and the other part of the walls is placed on tiers of shelves and going along and parallel In addition to the circumference of the rings, and the configuration of all partition walls separates the space of the receiving department from the commodity one, the rotation of the ring structure takes place in any way: using the button - electric motor system, using the lever of the external railing and using the system - the electric motor.
