Abstract
Description
The technical field to which the invention relates
The invention relates to the field of antenna technology and can be used as a turnstile antenna with horizontal polarization of the radiation field and a circular radiation pattern in the horizontal plane.
State of the art
Antennas are well known in the art having a configuration of two crossed symmetrical radiators - a "turnstile".
To create a circular radiation pattern, the emitters must be connected to a common supply feeder so that the currents flowing in them have the same amplitudes and a mutual phase shift of 90 degrees. Thus, any turnstile antenna includes a quadrature power divider (QPS) device that divides the input power into two channels and creates a phase shift in one of the channels. In the known turnstile antennas, KDM are interconnected lines with a TEM wave. Such a CDM is shown in the book [1] in Figure 25.20 p. 119. The quadrature phase shift is provided here using a quarter-wave line segment. In addition, the turnstile antenna shown here must be supplemented with an impedance transformer to match the standard impedance cable. The length of this transformer, made on a two-wire line, cannot be less than a quarter of the wavelength. In the patent [2], it is proposed to carry out matching using a line segment connected in parallel to the main supply line at a certain distance from the radiators. These line segments with a total length of at least a wavelength determine the overall dimensions of the MDM and the entire turnstile antenna.

Disclosure of invention
The main technical task of the proposed solution is the creation of a turnstile antenna, mainly in the meter wavelength range, with significantly reduced dimensions of the quadrature power divider.
Implementation of the invention
The main technical problem is solved by the fact that, in contrast to the known turnstile antennas, the proposed antenna does not contain line segments. The CMM of the proposed turnstile antenna is made on elements with lumped parameters.
FIG. 1 shows a generalized diagram of the proposed turnstile antenna. The turnstile antenna contains a pair of symmetrical crossed electric radiators A1 and A2, a pair of reactive loads Z11 and Z12 with resistance jX 1 and a pair of reactive loads Z21 and Z22 with resistance jX 2 . From the analysis of the circuit it follows that when X 1 = -X 2, the currents in the vibrators are related by the ratio ... Those. are squared. In this case, the input impedance of the turnstile antenna is defined as
Where - the input impedance of each of the dipoles, depending on their length.
The input impedance of the turnstile antenna turns out to be purely active if the reactive loads are chosen so that
Then Z Σ = R Σ = R d / 2. To ensure matching of the turnstile antenna with the feeding feeder, the length of the dipoles should be chosen such that the value of the active component of their input impedance is equal to the doubled value of the impedance of the feeding feeder R d = 2W 0 . With the characteristic impedance of the feeder W 0 = 50 Ohm, the active component of the input impedance of the dipoles must be equal to 100 Ohm. This resistance has a thin symmetrical rectilinear dipole with a length equal to 0.507 wavelengths. The reactive component of the input impedance of this dipole has a value of X d = 77.5 ohms. In accordance with relation (1), reactive loads should be selected so that X 1 = 61.3 ohms.
In the simplest case, the reactive loads are capacitors and inductors, as shown in FIG. 2. The values of the capacitors C1 and C2 are equal

FIG. 3 shows a turnstile antenna of the III television band (from 174 to 230 MHz), which implements the proposed technical solution.
