Abstract
Description
д.The invention relates to gas monitoring based on semiconductor sensor cells for detecting gas mixtures and can be used to measure the concentration of gases in the atmosphere of industrial premises, tunnels, etc.
Known gas analyzer [1] (Patent No. 2249203) containing a solid electrolyte cell with a measuring electrode and a reference electrode, a communication line in the form of a coaxial double-sheathed cable and an operational amplifier with a measuring device at the output. The invention ensures the accuracy of measuring the emf of the sensor in conditions of deterioration of the insulation resistance of the communication line. The main disadvantage of this device is the complex design of the coaxial cable. It is also necessary to calibrate the device at different distances of the sensor from the measuring device. This circumstance makes it difficult to use the device at facilities where the control of gas pollution is carried out at non-equidistant distances.
Наиболее близким по технической сущности и достигаемому результату к заявленной измерительной системе для локализации утечек газа и анализа загазованности является устройство для обнаружения опасной загазованности объекта [2] (Патент РФ 2024949).The closest in technical essence and the achieved result to the claimed measuring system for localizing gas leaks and analyzing gas contamination is a device for detecting dangerous gas contamination of an object [2] (RF Patent 2024949).

A device for detecting a hazardous gas contamination of an object contains: a hazardous substance concentration sensor, first, second and third threshold blocks, a reverse counting and time display unit, an alarm unit, a level setting unit, a switch unit, a counter (made by a reversible one), a controlled divider, the first and second OR elements, pulse shaper, first and second triggers. The switch block contains the first and second switches.
The main disadvantage of the prototype is the inability to detect the location of the leak and analysis of gas contamination in the extended sections of the gas pipeline or complex premises.
The aim of the present invention is to provide a system for determining the location of a gas leak with a measurement of the level of gas contamination of sections of gas pipelines laid in soils, in tunnels or in complex configuration rooms.
The technical result of this invention is a system for determining the location of a gas leak with the measurement of gas levels.
The essence of the present invention lies in the fact that the claimed system for determining the location of a gas leak with measuring the level of gas pollution, according to the invention, consists of a pulse shaper, the output of which is a signal consisting of a periodically repeating series of step pulses, with a linear increase in amplitude, passing along a chain of one from parallel-connected gas-sensitive sensors located in a loop along the gas line and registering a change in resistance when gas is applied to them, through a divider formed by a resistor, a counting and arithmetic device is fed to the inputs of the integral amplitude and phase detector, which, by comparing the number of pulses at the reference and measuring inputs , by the phase shift and the number of pulses determines the distance to the touch detector of gas mixtures, which detected a change in resistance, localizing the leak and the level of gas contamination.
In FIG. 1 is a functional diagram of a measuring system for localizing the place of leaks and determining the level of gas contamination of a gas pipeline section, where:

In FIG. 2.1 a cyclogram of the operation of the device is presented, which reflects the types of signals with the device unit in the absence of gas leaks in the controlled area.
In FIG. 2.2 a cyclogram of the device’s operation is presented, which reflects the types of signals with the device’s block in the presence of gas leaks in a controlled area with a low concentration of the detected gas mixture.
In FIG. 2.3 a cyclogram of the operation of the device is presented, which reflects the types of signals with the device unit in the presence of gas leaks in a controlled area with a high concentration level of the detected gas mixture.
The principle of operation of the system for determining the location of a gas leak with measuring the level of gas contamination is based on recording changes in the resistance of gas-sensitive sensors (gas mixture sensors) when exposed to gas.
The pulse shaper (1) generates a periodically repeating series of step pulses, with a linear increase in amplitude.
2.1).In the absence of gas leakage in the controlled area, the resistance of gas-sensitive sensors (2) is high and periodically repeating series of step pulses, with a linear increase in amplitude, are received only at the inputs of the reference signals U1 of the integrated amplitude detector (3) and ƒx of the integrated phase detector (4) ( Fig. 2.1).
When a gas leak occurs in the controlled area, the resistance of the gas-sensitive sensors (2) decreases in proportion to the concentration level of the detected impurity. A series of step-like pulses, with a linear increase in amplitude, now arrive at the inputs of the reference signals U1 and the inputs of the studied signals U2 of the amplitude detector (3) and ƒx; ƒy integrated phase detector (4). At a low concentration level of the detected gas mixture, the resistance of the gas-sensitive sensors (2) is high and the voltage drop across the resistor forming the voltage divider (5) is such that a signal with a maximum amplitude slightly exceeds the sensitivity threshold is fed to the input of the studied signal U2 of the amplitude detector (3) amplitude detector (3) (Fig. 2.2). The arithmetic-calculating device (6) determines the difference in the number of pulses at the input of the reference signal U1 and the input of the signal U2 of the amplitude detector (3) under study in proportion to the concentration level of the detected gas mixture.
2.3.An increase in the concentration level of the detected gas mixture leads to a decrease in the resistance of gas-sensitive sensors (2) and at the same time to an increase in the number of detected steps of step pulses at the input of the signal U2 of the amplitude detector (3), FIG. 2.3.
Thus, the system determines the level of gas contamination in a controlled area.
To determine the location of gas-sensitive sensors (2) that detected a gas leak in a controlled area, an integral phase detector (4) is used, which detects step pulses along a leading edge with a maximum amplitude. Thus, leak detection occurs at a minimum concentration level of the detected gas mixture in the controlled area.
(2).The front of step pulses at the input of the studied signal ƒy of the phase detector (4) will always lag behind the reference signal Δt at the input ƒx of the phase detector (4) Fig. 2.3. In this case, the phase shift is proportional to the distance of removal of the sensor detector of gas mixtures (2).
(2).The arithmetic-calculating device (6) determines the phase shift Δt at the input of the studied signal сигналаy relative to the reference signal at the input ƒx of the phase detector (4), as a value proportional to the distance of the sensor detector of gas mixtures (2).
Thus, the claimed system is able to determine the location of the gas leak, as well as measure the level of concentration of the gas mixture in the control section of the pipeline.
