Abstract
Description
The invention relates to methods of forming products from fluid, hardening materials over time and can be used in aircraft, shipbuilding, automotive and other industries.
РСТ WO 2007/128722 А1)A known method of forming products consisting in the fact that in the forming device in the form of a mold, form-forming elements with a gap between them are arranged. (see PCT WO 2007/128722 A1)
In this case, plastic forming elements previously obtained by injection molding or metal forming elements previously obtained by traditional machining are used.
In the gap between the forming elements serves fluid material, which in the process of forming the product glues the forming elements into a single unit. The result is a product consisting of various layers glued together by an intermediate layer.
The known method allows to obtain products with different properties of the layers, but does not allow cost-effective to form products of complex structure.
