The device for preventing pressure sores consists of a mattress made of two autonomous inflatable groups of sections connected through connecting hoses and controlled by valves with a control unit and an air pump. The device contains a vibration compressor, valves, valve control unit, two hoses, a mattress consisting of two groups.
However, this mattress is intended for the prevention and treatment of only pressure sores in home and inpatient settings. It cannot be used to restore the unformed or lost motor, mental and speech functions of the brain.
Closest to the proposed invention is a device for restoring brain functions using physical activity (RF patent for utility model No. 105162, application filing date 05.10.2009), containing a horizontal base on a support made in the form of a rounded board. The patient coverage elements are made in the form of a frame construction of interwoven belts, repeating the upper part of the patient's back and have a link for connecting with a flexible traction. Flexible traction made in the form of cables passed through rings installed on the sides of the base. The fixing device is made of at least two canvases of elastic material, which are fixed in the slots on one of the sides of the base, and on the opposite side of the base are fixed by a tension mechanism, which is made in the form of mechanical levers and attached to the base.
The operation of the known device is as follows - the patient is seated on a horizontal base and legs are fixed with canvases made of elastic material, changing the position of the tension mechanism by the lever. A belt construction is placed on the shoulders and back of the patient, tightly covering the upper back. Using a winch connected to the cable, a load is created on the patient’s body and the patient’s torso is lifted relative to the fixed legs in a vertical position. The doctor increases the rotation of the winch handle, gradually loading the musculoskeletal system and the patient’s muscles with a static isometric load, while simultaneously setting the physical load on the muscles of the shoulder-scapular and hip belt, as well as the entire spine. The rotation of the handle is repeated repeatedly and gradually, and the load is carried out to the elastic barrier, which helps to stretch the muscles - the peripheral end of the entire musculoskeletal analyzer. This maximum voltage during physical activity in the “gray-haired” position leads to brain electroactivation. Monitoring the load limit is carried out using sensors installed: on the head (electroencephalography), on the chest (electrocardiography), on the limbs (electroneuromyography and tonometry), etc.
Changing the applied load is carried out using the load unit, a control device that is equipped with a program corresponding to the profile of the load change and position sensors, reflecting the patient's condition under the influence of muscle contraction and stretching. Each sensor reading corresponds to a specific power unit load.
However, the known device is intended as restorative medicine for adult patients with impaired brain and central nervous system functions due to the use of the maximum allowable load on the musculoskeletal system. Due to the fact that the set load is designed for adult patients, this device cannot be used for young children.

The proposed device operates as follows. The patient is placed on a
4.By pressing the “B” button, the remote control through the valve 20 produces air evacuation from the
The control of air pressure, the duration of pressure holding is carried out by the operator using the remote control and pressure gauge. The safety of the device is ensured by safety air valves.
The load received by the patient is monitored by monitoring the vital functions:
- контроль частоты дыхания (максимальная нагрузка - до 50-60 вдохов в минуту),- control of respiratory rate (maximum load - up to 50-60 breaths per minute),
- контроль частоты сердечных сокращений (максимальная нагрузка - до 120-130 ударов в минуту),- control of heart rate (maximum load - up to 120-130 beats per minute),
- контроль артериального давления (манжету тонометра одевают пациенту на руку),- blood pressure control (the tonometer cuff is put on the patient’s arm),
Возрастающая нагрузка формирует пик амплитуды (скачок напряжения), показания разницы потенциалов с поверхности головы фиксируются на электроэнцефалограмме.- a study of the bioelectric activity of the brain (an electroencephalographic cap with electrodes is worn on the patient’s head). An increasing load forms a peak in amplitude (voltage jump), the readings of the potential difference from the surface of the head are recorded on the electroencephalogram.
The change in the load limit is monitored using sensors installed on the head (electroencephalography), on the chest (electrocardiography), on the limbs (tonometry), etc.
The result of the proposed device for the activation and restoration of brain functions using physical activity for young children is the use of a load that triggers the activation and restoration of nerve cells in the human brain. As in natural childbirth, conditions are created for the natural activation and restoration of nerve cells in the brain and the entire nervous system. If the brain was destroyed by the disease, which can be detected during screening studies, then to restart the program of activation of nerve cells, it is necessary to create the appropriate conditions. The necessary excitation of the central nervous system is carried out with the help of the effect (application) of long, constantly increasing, repeatedly repeated dosed loads, bringing the load to the point of peak load - “to failure”. Peak loads are applied gradually. Exercise doctor helps the patient to bend, stretching his arms and legs forward, fulfilling the position of "gray-haired bent" and taking the form of an ellipse (embryonic pose). Using prolonged physical static loads, it is possible to restart the process of activation and restoration of brain functions. Increasing loads form the peak of the amplitude (power surge) on the electroencephalogram, this is the criterion for the restructuring of the neural network of the brain. It is the electrical excitation in the brain that allows you to restore unformed or damaged neurons and the connections between them. The electrical signal from the "periphery" of the motor, visual or auditory analyzer (electrical regeneration) during the rehabilitation process starts biological regeneration in the "center", i.e. - plasticity of the brain or its structural and functional restructuring. Excitation in the central nervous system, in the process of rehabilitation, triggers the growth of neuron processes and myelination, thereby forming its own neural network.
Ю. Мышляева - «Явление восстановления структурно-функциональной зрелости мозга человека в онтогенезе», зарегистрированное Российской Академией Естественных наук (диплом №339 от 23.09.2007 г.).The proposed device is based on the scientific discovery of S.Yu. Myshlyaeva - “The Phenomenon of Restoring the Structural and Functional Maturity of the Human Brain in Ontogenesis”, registered by the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences (diploma No. 339 of September 23, 2007).
Developing the concept of a long training process as a rehabilitation process, the author of the discovery, Sergey Yuryevich Myshlyaev, analyzed the great scientific experience gained by researchers in the field of adaptation of the body to repetitive loads, and applied it to the rehabilitation system of patients with already existing stable pathological functional systems. The applicant offers a technical solution for the restoration of brain functions in children during the rehabilitation process.
The mechanism of activation of the nervous system in the process of labor is studied in detail by Latin American scientists (Uruguay, Montevideo) Caldeyro-Barcia (Caldeyro-Barcia) and Rosairo (Roseiro) in 1960. They proved that the process of neuroplasticity starts with a gradually increasing load from 1 G to 3 G (the law of the triple downward gradient). Systemic activation of the genetic apparatus of a neuron with functional imprinting leads to active maturation of nerve tissue.
The use of a device using physical activity for young children will activate and restore brain function.
