Abstract
Description
The invention relates to foundry, in particular, to molding from plastic products for fractionation of adipose tissue.
The device for fractioning adipose tissue is designed to isolate cell fractions from human adipose tissue and is a closed airtight system in the form of a closed, sterile, airtight, disposable medical device. The device also has isolated channels located in the side walls, allowing all the necessary manipulations to isolate the final cell fraction. Therefore, when casting, it is important to obtain a durable and high-quality product that will allow you to use different sterilization methods and ensure operability in a wide range of mechanical temperatures.
The following solutions are known in the art.
So from the description of the patent of the Russian Federation No. 2456120 (published on July 20, 2012), there is a known method of casting an article in which the mold is heated to the required temperature and a melt of beryllium bronze is added, which enters through the channels, after cooling the product is removed.
For the closest analogue to the patented solution, a casting method was adopted in which cores for holding the cores, which are designed to form channels in the structure, are installed in the mold (see US patent No. 5924483, published July 20, 1999).
The disadvantages of the known solutions is that the components of the device are separately cast and glued to form a single structure, which is unacceptable for this device and significantly reduces its quality, and rods are installed in the mold for the formation of channels in the device and when removing the device due to insufficient cooling due to insufficient heat removal from the rods there is a risk of adhesion of the channels to the rods.
The technical problem to which the claimed invention is directed is the elimination of these drawbacks, the manufacture of cast monolithic, and as a result, a closed device with channels, the simplicity of the manufacturing method, improving the quality, strength and reliability of the device.
The technical result of the patented solution is to increase the strength of the device for the fractionation of adipose tissue while simplifying the method of its manufacture due to the formation of a monolithic device with the formation of channels during casting.
The technical result is achieved through the use of a method for casting a device for fractioning adipose tissue, where molten polycarbonate is poured into the casting mold, in the base of which rods of beryllium bronze are tightly planted to form channels in the device, at the same time cooling the mold base with water to a temperature of 3-10 ° C to cool the beryllium bronze rods to a temperature of 20-40 ° C, and after forming the device, it is removed from the mold rma.
The mold is heated to a temperature of 90-140 ° C to form a monolithic device for the fractionation of adipose tissue (hereinafter referred to as the device), since in this temperature range the molten polycarbonate takes the required shape with a uniform distribution, which will allow to obtain a solid monolithic device.
The presence of rods allows the formation of channels during the formation of a monolithic device, and their implementation from beryllium bronze increases the heat transfer from the rods to the base due to the high thermal conductivity of the alloy, which eliminates the sticking of the formed channels to the rods and their deformation when removing the mold and thereby increase the strength of the monolithic device .
The cooling of densely planted rods of beryllium bronze to a temperature of 20-40 ° C by cooling the mold base with water to a temperature of 3-10 ° C allows you to form a monolithic device with the formation of channels without sticking rods when it is removed in a short time, and as a result, increase the strength of the device and simplify the method of its manufacture.
In particular, beryllium bronze rods are made with a diameter of D = (4 ÷ 8) mm and a length of L = (12 ÷ 20) / D mm.
Next, the solution is illustrated by reference to the figure, which depicts the following.

The proposed method of casting a device for fractionation of adipose tissue is as follows.
The foundry mold 1 (Fig. 1) is heated to a temperature of 90-140 ° C using a thermostat, which creates the desired temperature. If you heat the mold below 90 ° C, then wrinkles may form on the surface of
The curing of the material during cooling occurs first at the cold walls of the cavity, and then extends deep into the body of the
1. Example 1
3).The foundry mold is preheated to a temperature of 90 ° C and molten polycarbonate is poured, and the mold base is also cooled with water to a temperature of 3 ° C to cool tightly set beryllium bronze rods in the mold base to a temperature of 20 ° C. The result was a device without defects with high strength, and after casting at a temperature below the indicated wall values and, especially, the bottom of the device will have surface defects and high residual stresses in the walls of the device (see Fig. 3).
2. Example 2
4).The foundry mold is preheated to a temperature of 115 ° C and molten polycarbonate is poured, and the mold base is also cooled with water to a temperature of 7 ° C to cool the densely planted beryllium bronze rods in the mold base to a temperature of 30 ° C. The result was a device without defects with high strength (see Fig. 4).
3. Example 3
5).The foundry mold is preheated to a temperature of 140 ° C and molten polycarbonate is poured, and the mold base is also cooled with water to a temperature of 10 ° C to cool the densely planted beryllium bronze rods in the mold base to a temperature of 40 ° C. As a result, a device without defects with high strength was obtained, and at a temperature above the indicated values, the polycarbonate softens, as a result of which the deformability of the device increases sharply (see Fig. 5).
Thus, the claimed method allows to obtain a monolithic device by maintaining the necessary temperature conditions, in contrast to devices, parts of which are molded separately and have connecting seams, which increases the strength, durability of the device and reduces labor costs in manufacturing.
