Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of measurements using photogrammetry, namely, digital applied photogrammetry of close objects and can be used, in particular, for automated mapping of the surface of the ice field when testing ships and structures in ice pools.
A characteristic feature of applied photogrammetry is the small distance from the measured object to the photofixation device in comparison with the size of the object itself, which leads to the need to merge images of fragments of the object to obtain the whole picture. The determining role in this is played by the absence of perspective distortions of the merged photographs and the coincidence of scales. The use of orthophotography avoids promising distortion of images, however, at close distances, its implementation is technically difficult and time-consuming. Another method for eliminating perspective distortions is to correct the images obtained, however, for this, firstly, you need to know the angle of deviation of the optical axis of the lens of the photofixation device from the normal to the surface of the object and, secondly, the real scale of the merged images.
The prior art method of non-contact measurement of the shape of an object according to the patent of the Russian Federation No. 2419069 (publ. 05/20/2011), in which to identify the surface features of the object put flat coordinate marks on it, thereby forming the reference texture of the surface of the object. The size and density of applying flat marks depends on the sensitivity of the optical fixing device. Using an optical fixing device, an image of the surfaces of an object is obtained. The perception of images of small parts on the surface of the object is carried out using an optical fixing device with high resolution. A search is made for the best comparison of the optical characteristics of the surface areas of an object in all images of the object and the shape of the object is determined from the results of the comparison. The disadvantage of this method is the need for applying material coordinate marks directly on the surface of the object, which is not applicable in the case of measuring the surface shape of the ice field.
Closest to the claimed technical solution is a method of non-contact measurement of the linear dimensions of three-dimensional objects according to RF patent No._2334195 (publ. 09/20/2008), which consists in the formation on the surface of the object coordinate marks in the form of structured illumination with an optical beam. For each point of the controlled object, the dependence of the registered radiation intensity on the image number is determined. Then, the dependences of the registered radiation intensity on the image number for the points of the calibration surface obtained at a different distance to the surface determined as the base are used, obtained by the calibration of the calibration surface, and the distance from the base surface to the point of the calibration surface in which the dependence the intensity of illumination on the image number is most similar to the dependence at the point under study ontroliruemogo object. This technical solution is intended to determine the linear dimensions of three-dimensional objects by measuring the distortion of the backlight from different angles. The method involves the sequential displacement of the measured surface relative to the light source, which is a significant drawback with respect to the photogrammetry problem of a flat stationary ice field and distributions on it under conditions of limited possibilities for the location of backlight sources.
The technical result of the proposed method is to simplify the photogrammetric method of mapping the ice field in an indoor pool while significantly reducing the duration of its implementation and increasing the accuracy of the resulting ice field map.
The technical result is achieved due to the proposed method of photogrammetry of the ice field in the ice pool, including the sequential formation of structured illumination of the ice field, registration of images of the ice field with distorted structured illumination and calculation of the distortion factor of the structured illumination. At the same time, structured illumination is formed in the form of parallel light lines by means of at least two laser levels rigidly fixed on a support mounted above the ice field with the possibility of movement along the pool. Prospective distortions of structured illumination are recorded by means of a photofixation device fixed with the possibility of movement over the ice field. To obtain various parts of the map, the photofixation of the structured backlight is performed by a photofixation device, the choice of the location of which ensures the presence of at least two light lines and the edge of the support on each image. The value of the distortion factor in the form of the angle α of the deviation of the optical axis of the photographic device from the horizontal is calculated from the condition

Is the focal length of the photofixation device, H is the height from the center of the lens of the photofixation device to the surface of the ice field. Further, according to the proposed method, images are transformed depending on the angle α, achieving parallelism of the light lines. Photofixation of structured illumination is carried out by a digital photofixation device and the resulting digital images of the ice field with distorted structured illumination are converted using a computer program developed by the authors. If necessary, after the aforementioned transformation, neighboring transformed images are combined to obtain a complete map of the ice field. The support, on which the levels are fixed, can be made in the form of a transverse beam mounted on a towing trolley.
The technical result is achieved through the use of structured illumination as coordinate marks, in particular, laser coordinate lines, in combination with the formula derived by the authors for calculating the angle of inclination of the photographic device relative to the surface of the ice field.
The invention is illustrated by drawings: in FIG. 1 shows the design of a device for the formation of structured illumination of the surface of the ice pool using laser beams; in FIG. 2 shows a diagram of the display of laser coordinate lines on the surface of an ice field (top view); in FIG. 3 is a location diagram of a photographic device relative to the surface of an ice field; in FIG. 4 is a diagram of the spatial projection of an ice field region onto a matrix of a digital photofixation device.
2. An example of the implementation of the proposed method is an experiment on mapping the channel from the ship model through the ice field in the ice basin of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Krylov State Scientific Center”. A device for forming a structured illumination of the ice field surface consists of a support in the form of a
To implement the method, measure the height from the center of the lens to the surface of the
Next, determine the location of the light lines in the received digital images. To do this, RGB images use the contrast of these lines with respect to ice and streaks. On the digital image, the pixel with the highest intensity of red color, calculated by the ratio

Окончательно положение лазерных координатных линий на цифровом изображении уточняется при помощи линейной аппроксимации по множеству точек, полученных в результате разрастания области по градиенту. where R is the value of the red channel, Is the value of the green channel, - the value of the blue channel for a given pixel, - the resulting intensity of red. Then, by the method of boundary growth [2], the boundaries of laser coordinate lines (“gradient growth”) are expanded with the partial derivatives of the intensity being calculated using the Sobel operator. Finally, the position of the laser coordinate lines in a digital image is refined using linear approximation over a set of points obtained as a result of the growth of the region along the gradient.
6.After that, knowing the value of α, the point of the ice surface of the ice pool is brought into correspondence with each point of the image using the coordinate transformation formulas [3] using their software implementation by the OpenCV functions (changePerspective and warpPerspective), thus obtaining an undistorted image of part of the
Next, a transverse strip of the
