The invention relates to medical equipment, and more particularly to equipment for operating rooms and / or non-dressing rooms and can be used as an operating, dressing or medical table.

A dressing table is known that contains a base, a frame, a lifting mechanism for the upper frame with a stretcher fixed on it, made in the form of levers of unequal length connecting the base and the upper frame, arranged crosswise and the hydraulic cylinder rotary mounted on the base and connected with the rods (1).

The table is complex in design, cleaning and disinfection.

A medical table is known comprising a panel, front and rear supports with vertical struts, a head restraint, a head restraint displacement unit made in the form of movably mounted on vertical racks connected to one another by staples (2).

The table is structurally complex and does not provide a natural drain of liquid medical waste into a container for collecting and disinfecting waste.

Known operating table containing a rod frame mounted on it with the main cover, horizontal swivel folding platforms for the lower extremities, lifting platforms for the chest and pelvis and adjustable leg holders. The design of the table provides the patient with lying, sitting and semi-sitting positions (3).

The specified operating table, adopted as a prototype, does not provide a natural drain into the container for collecting and disinfecting liquid waste from spent washing solutions, liquid disinfectants that have fallen on the table surface during the operation, dressing, cleaning or disinfection. This complicates the wet cleaning and disinfection of the table, creates difficulties in collecting liquid waste.

The objective of the utility model is the creation of an operating dressing table, which provides the collection of waste washing solutions by a natural drain into a container for collecting and disinfecting liquid waste.

The technical result is the provision of a natural drain of spent washing solutions and other liquid media that have fallen on the table surface during an operation, treating a wound site or cleaning a table, into a container for collecting and disinfecting liquid waste.

At present, operating rooms or dressing rooms are equipped with a geyser device for preparing washing solutions and supplying them to the surgical field. The Geyser device provides not only sterilization of the wash solutions, but also the disinfection of already used wash solutions, which are hazardous medical waste of class B. By informing the drain holes of the panels and platforms with a container for collecting and disinfecting liquid waste, it is possible not only to simplify wet cleaning, but also to ensure collection and disinfection of liquid waste during the operation or cleaning.

The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that the proposed surgical dressing table containing a frame, a panel and platforms for the lower extremities is additionally equipped with rotary platforms for the upper extremities. The panel and platforms are made with drain holes communicating with the liquid waste collection tank. The surfaces of the panel and platforms are made mostly inclined towards their drain holes, and under the drain holes there is a collector for collecting liquid waste, made in the form of a drip tray with a drain hole in communication with a container for collecting and disinfecting liquid waste.

The surgical dressing table contains a rigid frame 1 with legs 2, On the frame 1 is fixed a panel 3 for placing the patient, platforms 4 for the lower extremities and rotary platforms 5 for the upper limbs. Both the panel 3 and the platforms 4, 5 have their drain holes 6. The surfaces of the panel 3 and the platforms 4, 5 are made in the direction of their drain holes 6. The angle of inclination of the surface of the panel and platforms is 310 ° to the horizontal. Under the panel 3 is fixed a drip tray - a moisture collector 7 with a drain hole 8. The surface of the tray 7 is also made inclined to the drain hole 8, for example, at an angle of 3 - 15 ° to the horizontal. The drain holes 6 of the panel 3 and platforms 4, 5 communicate through the hole 8 of the drip tray - moisture collector 7 with a capacity of 9 for collecting and disinfecting washing solutions and other liquid wastes.

During the operation, treatment of the wound site of any part of the patient’s body, wet cleaning or disinfection of the table, the spent washing solution or other liquid that got to the surface of the panel 3 and platforms 4, 5 by natural drain through drain holes 6 enters the drip tray - from the drain through which hole 8 in the tank 9 for collecting and disinfecting liquid waste. Thus, the collection of the specified liquid by a natural drain into the container 9 occurs during the corresponding operation.

The use of an operating dressing table is advisable in operating rooms and dressing rooms equipped with Geyser devices for preparing washing solutions and supplying them to the surgical field, and a container for collecting and disinfecting liquid waste. This will allow to ensure in the complex the supply of the washing solution to the surgical field, the collection and disinfection of liquid waste during the operation, processing the wound site or cleaning the table.

Surgical dressing table containing a frame, a panel and rotary platforms for the lower extremities, characterized in that it is additionally equipped with rotary platforms for the upper extremities, and the panel and platforms are made with drain holes communicating with the container for collecting and disinfecting liquid waste.  2. Surgical dressing table according to claim 1, characterized in that the surface of the panel and platforms are made inclined towards their drain holes.  3. The operating dressing table according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that under the drain holes there is a liquid waste collector in communication with a container for collecting and disinfecting liquid waste. 4. Surgical dressing table according to claims 1, 2 or 3, characterized in that the collector is made in the form of a drip tray with a drain hole in communication with a container for collecting and disinfecting liquid waste.
