Abstract

SUBSTANCE: package for a food product contains a rigid longitudinally elongated tubular body having an inner cavity, ends of which are closed by closing elements, at least one of which is removable. Description

TECHNICAL FIELD TO WHICH INVENTION RELATES.

The invention relates to the field of packaging for food.

BACKGROUND

From the US patent US3498798 A known packaging for a food product containing:

bottom,

a rigid longitudinally elongated tubular body having an internal cavity, one end of which is closed by said bottom and the other by said cover,

Inside the cavity there is a food product in the form of stacked chips, having the same saddle shape.

A disadvantage of the known technical solution, which impedes the achievement of the below-mentioned technical result, is that the food product is not divided portions.

Another disadvantage of the known technical solution is that the fixed bottom in packages of this type, currently made of metal, significantly complicates the recycling of used packages.

DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION

The present invention is the creation of packaging for the food product, which has a combination of the following advantages compared with the analogue:

1) the convenience of extracting a food product for use from the package, having a long body (for example, a high can or tube);

2) batch dividing at least part of the total product volume into parts of a given size;

3) eliminating or reducing the likelihood of such harmful effects as warping, crumbling of the product during storage and transportation, as well as turning the product over when shaking the partially-filled body;

4) ensuring the possibility of packaging portions of homogeneous food products of different tastes or food products of different types (assorted) in the same package, without mixing the portions with each other;

The technical result provided by the use of the invention is that due to the introduction into the design of a longitudinally elongated element, described below, provides a set of advantages listed above in paragraphs 1-4.

The above problem is solved due to the fact that the proposed packaging for a food product (1014), contains:

closing elements (1004, 1006), at least one of which is removable,

rigid longitudinally elongated tubular body (1002), having an internal cavity, the ends of which are closed by said closing elements (1004, 1006),

Further packaging, described above in a generic form, is illustrated by some possible and / or preferred embodiments. In these options, additional benefits may be provided that may be foreseen by the average specialist, taking into account his knowledge and present description. In particular, the specialist should be clear that by making both of the closing elements removable, including the bottom (the closing element located at the bottom with the package in a vertical position), additional advantages can be achieved, namely:

1) depreciation, protecting the product from destruction during transportation, storage and use;

2) collection and recycling of used packaging is simplified.

In other cases, the features of the packaging, described below, give it additional benefits associated with improved usability.

It is necessary to understand that in the present text the packaging is characterized only by such signs that are sufficient to solve the task, implement the purpose and achieve a technical result; special mention of all the signs and utilitarian characteristics of the package without exception is not required if specialists should be aware that products of the same kind possess such characteristics and utilitarian characteristics and without them the main purpose is not realized; Moreover, it is not necessary to limit the generalized features to any specific options, if they are to be known to specialists and (or) can be selected according to known rules.

The design and use of the device is illustrated by figures 1-8 on the example of some particular and specific embodiments.

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INVENTION

As shown in FIG. 1A packaging for food product (1014), contains:

closing elements (1004, 1006), both of which are removable,

rigid longitudinally elongated tubular body (1002), having an internal cavity, the ends of which are closed by said closing elements (1004, 1006),

a plurality of longitudinally elongated elements (1012) installed inside said housing (1002), each of which has a first end portion, a second end portion, a sidewall, and an internal cavity intended for the food product (1014), while the diameters of the circles described around the first end portion and around the second end portion are such that one of the said portions is under pressure, and the other is a gap relative to the marked internal cavity of the housing.

The aforementioned first and second end portions of the longitudinally elongated hollow element (1012) are provided with a first and second barrier, respectively, each of which at least partially closes said internal cavity intended for the food product (1014), so that said product ( 1014) does not pass through the said barrier.

The longitudinally elongated element (1012) is provided with an element for gripping with the fingers of the hands (1016).

The body (1002) is preferably made of cardboard, and its inner surface is covered with a layer of metal food foil and / or food film. At one end of the body (1002) there are two covers:

a) a disposable removable lid (1008), glued to the upper part of the body, and made primarily of grease-resistant paper and / or foil and / or film, to protect the product during transport and storage, as well as to control the first opening of the package before sale,

b) reusable removable lid (1004) - a controller made primarily of plastic (including biodegradable) and intended for the consumer to re-seal an open product.

At the other end of the hull (1002) there are two bottoms:

a) a disposable bottom (1010), glued to the bottom of the case, and made primarily of grease-resistant paper and / or foil and / or film, for better damping of the packaged product (1014) during transportation and storage, and

b) a reusable removable bottom (1006), made mainly of plastic (including biodegradable), and intended for additional convenience by the consumer in removing the product (1014) or the longitudinally elongated elements (1012).

An element (1016) is located on the outside of the bottom of the cup-socket (1012) for ease of grip with the fingers in the form of a tongue (or loop) glued to the cup-socket (1010) or the bottom of the cup-socket (1012) formed by wrinkles.

The bottom of the cup-socket (1012) can be made flat, spherical or elliptical.

The contour of the bottom of the cup-socket (1012) mainly follows the shape of the cross section of the body (1002).

The upper end corrugated part of the cup-socket (1012) is predominantly not rigid and can completely take the shape of a section of the body (1002).

The glass socket (1012) can be designed in such a way as to keep the portion of the product (1014) upside down: for example, with the hooks (1018) bent inwards in the form of a ring (diaphragm) along the upper edge of the outlet.

The size of the cup-socket (1012) and the weight of the portion of the food product (1014) in it are selected so that the cup-socket (1012) is held inside the body (1002), without the use of external influence (pulling out the tongue (1016), by shaking cases (1002), etc.) due to the frictional force of the corrugated walls of the cup-socket (1012) on the inner surface of the case (1002).

When the number of cups-sockets (1012) in a package is more than one, each of the elements of the corrugated cups-sockets (1012) may contain portions of the same product, or portions of different products (assorted), for example, cereals, vegetable or / and fruit chips different flavors, biscuits or chocolate discs.

When the number of cups-sockets (1012) in a package is more than one, cups-sockets (1012) are placed inside the case (1002) in a stack. Then it is preferable that the barriers of the socket cups (1012) are designed in such a way that the ends of the cup rosettes (1012) can be connected to each other so that their separation requires some slight force (see Fig. 7 and 8).

The body (1002) of the package, closed with an additional lid (1008) and a lid (1004) may be:

partially filled with food product (1014), not placed in a cup-socket (1012), and partially food product (1014) placed in a cup-socket (1012), or

be completely filled with food (1014) placed in a cup-socket (1012).

An additional cover (108) is glued to the package body (1002), the cover (1004) is installed and filled with the product (1014). After filling the package case (1002), air can be pumped out of it and gas used in the food industry can be pumped to preserve the freshness of food. Next, an additional bottom (1010) is glued to the housing (1002) and the bottom (1006) is installed.

Packaging is used as described below.

After opening the package by removing the lid (1004) or lids (1004, 1008), the portion of the food product (1014) that is accessible for easy removal by the user is removed from the body (1002). After reaching the filling level of the body (1002) with food product (1014) convenient for user retrieval, the package is also opened from the bottom, by removing the bottom (1008) or removing the bottom (1008) and additional bottom (1010). A glass socket (1012) located at the bottom of the package is pulled down with a portion of the food product (1014) behind the bottom of the glass socket or by the tongue / loop (1016). The cup can be put on the table (including for serving) or held in hand for consuming the product. When the number of cups-sockets (1012) in the package is more than one, for more convenient extraction of the following portions of the food product (1014), the cups-sockets (1012) with the food product (1014) that are left in the case (1002) are shifted downward, slightly affecting the case (1002). After using the package, the cylindrical body (1002), freed from the closing elements, is easily crushed for convenient collection and disposal, for example, for the purpose of recycling.
