Description

The invention relates to sports equipment with an unstable surface, designed to improve and maintain physical fitness. The invention can be used in fitness classes, to perform physical exercises to develop coordination, strength and endurance. A sports apparatus can also be used in any fields of activity that are aimed at increasing, improving and maintaining muscle tone, including physical rehabilitation, wellness exercises, development and development of motor skills, in particular, increasing the ability to maintain balance and improve posture.

The prior art equipment for training on an unstable surface: fitballs, hemispheres and other unstable devices. For the first time, exercises on an unstable surface began to be used in clinical conditions, in physiotherapy exercises. Scientific studies have found that exercise on an unstable surface helps restore sensory function because the central nervous system receives more information to send the necessary motor impulses. However, well-known shells do not fully meet the requirements of efficiency and safety.

From CN202173736 (U) 2012-03-28, an elastic fitball is known, equipped with handles in the form of ears, foot rings. The body of the body is made in the form of a ball. A disadvantage of the known solution is the form of the implementation of a sports apparatus in the form of a ball, which limits the ability to perform exercises, for example, standing with your feet on the fitball, due to injury risk. Fitball is hollow inside, which reduces the effectiveness of training, since the instability of the projectile is provided solely by its shape.

In part, these problems are resolved in RU 2581813 (C2, published 04/20/2016), selected by the applicant as the closest analogue. A device for improving physical fitness includes a specially selected shell filled with a filler. The shell can be filled or emptied during training (directly on the spot). The shell does not have tapes or pens on the outer surface. The shell size is selected so that it matches the width of the shoulders of the user. The shape of the contour of the shell, at least in the front view, is a lemniscate with a longitudinal axis, which serves as the axis of symmetry, and with two separate sections of maximum width at right angles to the longitudinal axis (patent RU 2581813 C2, published 04/20/2016).

The disadvantage of this device should be attributed to its shape, since with incomplete loading, the filler can accumulate in one of the two extreme sections, which entails an uneven load. The lack of handles limits the performance of a number of exercises, in particular various manipulations with the device in the air. These shortcomings make the known solution less effective for training, since they limit the ability to perform exercises, especially during medical and physical rehabilitation.

The present invention is aimed at solving the problem of creating a sports apparatus, the instability of which is ensured both by the form and the filler, which is used as liquid or solids that can easily move inside the apparatus, while being effective and safety for training different groups of users. When solving this problem, a technical result is achieved, which consists in creating a sports apparatus with an unstable surface, in which you can simultaneously change the weight of the projectile and adjust its elasticity, which in turn allows you to give an aerobic, anaerobic and static load on the muscles of the user and, therefore, increase efficiency training sessions.

In addition, the claimed invention allows to expand the arsenal of technical means for this purpose.

The specified technical result is achieved by the design of a sports apparatus.

The sports apparatus according to the first embodiment is a flexible shell with an internal volume, made in the form of a sealed chamber with a valve, the internal volume of the chamber is designed to be filled with filler and / or air. The implementation of a sealed chamber flexible, filled with filler and / or air under pressure, in combination with its shape, makes the surface of the projectile unstable. An unstable surface should be understood as an unstable, variable nature of the surface. The instability of the surface in dynamics (when used by a projectile) is provided by the filler, in statics - by air. The filler allows you to change the weight of the projectile (you can reduce or increase the amount of filler) and adjust its elasticity by changing the air pressure through the valve in a sealed chamber. Handles allow you to reliably hold a sports equipment and perform various manipulations in the air. The proposed sports equipment makes it possible to distribute physical activity to various muscle groups of the user, significantly expand the arsenal of exercises, which increases the effectiveness of training. The shape of the projectile according to the results of tests showed the greatest efficiency compared to other shells with an unstable surface. The convenience of using the projectile and the safety of the exercises, due to the supporting surface, the low height of the projectile and the presence of handles, were also noted.

Sports equipment is a flexible shell with an internal volume, the basis of the shape of which is a rectangular parallelepiped with rounded corners. The cross section of a sports apparatus in working condition after filling it with filler and air is an ellipse, with the proviso that the shape is similar to an ellipse, but the shape of the finished product may not be an ellipse according to the definition of this concept.

The sports apparatus according to the first embodiment (Figs. 1-3) consists of a cover 1 with handles 2, inside of which there is a sealed chamber 3, which is filled with filler and air. Case 1 is made of durable non-slip fabric. Handles 2 are placed on the same axis from opposite sides of the side surface 4 of the cover 1. Handles 2 of the cover are made of textile tape slings, braid or other durable material. On the other axis, also on opposite sides, on the side surface 4, there is an opening 5 for free access to the valve 6 of the chamber 3 and valve 7. The axes mentioned are perpendicular to each other and intersect in the center of the sports apparatus made in the form of a pillow. The hole 5 may also be provided with a valve. The valve 7 is closed with a zipper, Velcro, buttons or other means of connection. Valve 7 is designed to remove (place) the camera 3 from (in) the cover (cover).

Sports equipment has the same supporting surface 8 and 9, made convex outward. Conditionally supporting surfaces 8, 9 can be called upper and lower. When using a sports equipment, the bottom surface will be the one that it will lie on the floor or facing the floor, and the top one that the user will lean on with his hand, foot or other part of the body.

The length (L) of the abutment surface 8 (9) is predominantly equal to the width (B) of the projectile. For the greatest effect, the length (L) of the projectile is selected according to the width of the user's shoulders, otherwise, exercises with the projectile will not be effective. It is possible to carry out shells of different sizes, designed for men, women, children.

The lateral surfaces of 4 projectiles on four sides form a closed surface. To achieve a technical result, it is also important that the height of the side surface (h) is not more than half the length of the supporting surface L (see Fig. 4). The lateral surfaces 4, forming a closed surface around the perimeter, prevents the "inflation" of the projectile into the ball. It should be obvious for a specialist that a slight difference in the indicators when measuring the supporting and lateral surfaces during actual use is not fundamental, production errors are permissible.

The chamber 3 is made of a flexible material, preferably a polymer material, for example, PVC plastisol, and represents an unstable surface.

Running a sports shell with a case has advantages. Thus, the production of a camera without handles is simplified, while the handles are sewn to the case and, if necessary, the case is easily replaced. In addition, the case protects the camera from accidental punctures. The cover can be made of durable fabric of any color, with individual initials, a company logo. However, the second version of the sports equipment, characterized by the absence of a cover, can also be implemented (Fig. 4,5). In this case, the sealed chamber 3 is made integral with the handles 2. The sports apparatus also includes a valve 6 for filling the chamber with filler.

The simplest, most accessible filler is water. Other substances and materials can be used as filler, for example, sand, liquid gels, hydrogel beads, polymer granules and other liquid or solid substances that can easily move inside the chamber.

It is possible to use a projectile filled only with air (without filler), but the effectiveness of training with such a projectile will be significantly lower for the reasons described above.

To put the sports equipment into operation, open the valve 6 of the chamber 3 and fill it with a filler, such as water, through the hole and pump it with air. Then the valve 6 is tightly closed. The sports equipment is ready to use.

The volume of filling the camera with filler depends on the physical fitness of the user. It was experimentally determined that for the maximum effect from training with the proposed sports equipment, the camera should not be filled with more than 81% of the total volume and at least 9%. If the amount of filler in the shell is less than or more than these values, the effectiveness of the exercise is reduced.

The proposed sports equipment can be used to perform exercises while standing, sitting or lying on it. In addition, using the handles 2, the user has the ability to manipulate a sports apparatus in the air. When using the proposed sports equipment (the user can hold it in front of him or above himself, or, relying on such sports equipment), the filler moves inside the equipment, and in order to balance it, as well as perform an exercise with it, the user needs to make additional efforts, which in turn, leads to an additional volume of calories burned compared to shells without a variable center of gravity (dumbbells, weights, barbells, kernels, etc.). When using the product in the form of an unstable surface (when the user rests on it with his hands, feet, or any other parts of the body), it becomes necessary to constantly maintain balance, which in turn leads to more calories being burned during exercise than usual. The combination, as well as a quick transition between the methods of training with the projectile described above, are also distinctive features of the product. Almost all the muscles of the body are actively involved in the process.

Thanks to the filler and the air in the chamber 3, the sports apparatus can be used as a burden with a variable center of gravity when performing manipulations in the air.

The weight of the product is adjusted by adding or decreasing the amount of filler in the chamber, the pressure inside the chamber can also be changed depending on the purpose of the training.

Without a filler, the weight of a sports apparatus is 2-2.5 kg, with a filler it can reach up to 10 kg.

The implementation of the invention is demonstrated by a specific example - photo 7. For rehabilitation, the author made a shell with a cover 50 cm wide, which corresponds to the width of the shoulders and a length of 50 cm. The height of the side surface of the shell is 25 cm. Water in the amount of 3500 ml was used as a filler, which is 32% of the total volume and air pumped by the pump through valve 6. After filling the chamber with air, the projectile took the form of an ellipse, the supporting surfaces 8 and 9 became convex (radius). The lateral surfaces 4, forming a closed surface around the perimeter, prevent the "inflation" of the projectile into the ball. Water used as a filler increased the weight of the projectile to 5.5 kg and increased its instability.

Thanks to the proposed technical solution, low, medium-intensity exercises became possible - aerobic loads, in which oxygen is the only and sufficient source of energy, anaerobic loads - in the form of a projectile lift (power) exercises in which oxygen is not involved in energy production, and energy is generated for account of the stock of "finished fuel" contained directly in the muscles, as well as static exercises performed in a static (without movement) position in which this load gives the maximum load effect. The user can stand with his feet on the apparatus, rest his knees or lie on his stomach, keeping the balance of the body on an unstable surface, perform exercises with the apparatus in the air.

Thus, the design of the claimed sports equipment allows using the load on various muscle groups of the user, significantly expanding the arsenal of exercises and their alternation, while exercises with the equipment are safe and affordable for different categories of users. The invention extends the arsenal of sports equipment with an unstable surface.
