Abstract
Description
The proposal relates to the field of oil production, in particular to compositions for acid treatment of formations, and can be used for the chemical dissolution of rocks and clogging deposits in the borehole zone of an oil, gas and gas condensate formation, as well as a process fluid for perforation and hydraulic fracturing.
%:A known composition for the acid treatment of the bottomhole formation zone (patent RU No. 20133530, IPC ЕВВ 43/27, publ. 05/30/1994 in bull. No. 10), containing an aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid of 15-18% concentration, technical lignosulfonates and water-soluble aliphatic alcohols, or glycols, or glycerin in the following ratio of ingredients, vol. %:
The known composition has a 13.7-32.7 times lower reaction rate with respect to carbonates, it stabilizes the spent acid solution with respect to ferric iron, and has 2.1-13 times higher viscosity values in comparison with traditional acid compositions.
The disadvantages of this composition are:
1. A narrow range of changes in the reaction rate and viscosity of the composition, which limits the scope of its application.
2. An insufficient degree of neutralization of ferric ions, given the very high content of this element in the tubing string, through which the composition for acidizing the bottom-hole formation zone is pumped into the formation. In addition, the acid is additionally saturated with iron ions in reactions with rock formations.
3. The possibility of formation in the reservoir of clogging pores of emulsions of direct and reverse types.
%:The closest analogue is the composition for the acid treatment of the bottomhole formation zone (patent RU No. 2308475, IPC S09K 8/74, publ. 10/20/2007 in bull. No. 29). The composition includes an aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid, an iron neutralizer - acetic acid of 80% concentration, a surface-active substance (surfactant), a water-soluble demulsifier, isopropyl alcohol (IPA) or bottoms of butyl alcohol (CBS), technical lignosulfonates in the following ratio of ingredients, about. %:
The composition has improved physicochemical and technological properties and parameters for the dissolution of carbonate rock, for dynamic viscosity, inhibition of precipitation and emulsion formation.
The disadvantages of this composition:
1. An insufficient degree of neutralization of ferric ions, as a result, dispersed iron hydroxide precipitates in the hole space of the formation and clogs the filtration channels. The neutralizing ability of the composition, including technical lignosulfonates and acetic acid, is insufficient to prevent this negative phenomenon. In addition, acetic acid has a high cost and increases the cost of preparing and using the known composition.
2. The demulsifying component of a known composition does not provide a complete exclusion of the formation of highly viscous mating mixtures and emulsions upon contact of the composition with native oil.
3. The lack of ability to carry the reaction products from the reservoir after treatment, as a result, the final processing efficiency is reduced. Surfactants used in this composition are not effective enough to completely remove reaction products from the formation during development. An increase in the range of controlled technological parameters, the effectiveness of physicochemical properties and the multi-purpose use of new compositions is achieved by introducing as a main component an aqueous solution of synthetic hydrochloric acid of 30-36% concentration and a new set of ingredients at their proposed ratio.
For some carbonate rocks with a predominance of the pore matrix structure and technological operations for stimulation, an almost slight slowdown of the reaction rate is required (2-7 times), this requirement is met by the formulation of the first option, which gives it a new property - the predominant surface-active introduction pore structure of the matrix of the reservoir by improving the wetting properties of the ingredients (IPA, Surfasol or TH-MS-2). The composition according to the first option allows you to adjust the reaction rate, viscosity, interfacial tension in the oil-composition system, while slowing down the reaction rate from 2 to 7 times (compared with the closest analogue), increasing the dynamic viscosity by 2-5 times (by compared with the closest analogue), reducing surface tension by 2-4 times.
So, the combination of ingredients according to the second option allows you to control the reaction rate with carbonates in the range of technologically necessary low values of this parameter, in particular, this composition has a 5-10 times lower reaction rate compared to the closest analogue. This effect is based on the ability of technical liquid lignosulfonates (lignosulfonic acid salts, monosulfite liquor, sugars, cellulose micro residues, and other high molecular weight compounds) to be adsorbed on the rock surface, creating a screening layer that slows down the rate of acid reaction with rock minerals. IPS together with surfactants contained in Surfasol or TN-MS-2 enhance the effect by changing the wettability of the rock surface.
The composition of the composition according to the third option provides the processing of carbonate rocks with a high content of clay components, and terrigenous sandstones, polymictic rocks-reservoirs, which significantly expands the scope of use of the composition.
The formulation of the composition according to the fourth embodiment provides an increase in the range of viscosity control from 125 to 3000 mPa⋅s at various shear rates while reducing the reaction rate by 5-10 times compared with the closest analogue. This technical effect expands the scope of the composition both technologically (the efficiency of operations such as directional acid treatments, acid fracturing, deep acid treatments, acid hydro-monitoring drilling and formation processing, and a number of other operations), as well as geological and physical conditions (practically all natural gamut of reservoirs from pore-fractured to fractured-cavernous in structure and lithology - from carbonate to terrigenous types).
It is this complex of physicochemical properties of the compositions, achieved precisely in this new proposed qualitative and quantitative combination of ingredients, that provides the specified technical and economic effects, which are expressed in achieving the best quantitative indicators of chemical treatment of the elements of the reservoir (see table 2) and reducing costs on the preparation and use of the claimed compounds. The latter is achieved by the targeted use of relatively cheap and effective ingredients produced by Tatneft’s own chemical enterprises.

IPS 20 cm 3 (2 vol.%) Is placed in a beaker of 1,500 cm 3 , the ingredients are added with stirring: Surfasol - 3 cm 3 (0.3 vol.%), Water-soluble demulsifier TN-DEKS - 30 cm 3 (3 vol. %), Intens-1 iron neutralizer - 10 cm 3 (1 vol.%), acid corrosion inhibitor TN-ICKS - 10 cm 3 (1 vol.%). Stir the resulting solution for 1 min. Then, 847 cm 3 (84.7 vol.%) Of an aqueous solution of synthetic hydrochloric acid of 32% concentration is introduced into this solution. Stirred for 10 minutes. Next, an aqueous solution of polyacrylamide of 5% concentration of 80 cm 3 (8 vol.%) Is introduced into the resulting solution with stirring until a homogeneous composition for the acid treatment of the PPP is obtained. The remaining compositions for the acid treatment of the PPP in the fourth embodiment are prepared in the same way.
Динамическую вязкость состава определяли на капиллярном вискозиметре ВПЖ-4 и ротационном Реотест-2.The dynamic viscosity of the composition was determined on a VPZh-4 capillary viscometer and a rotational Reotest-2.
The reaction rate of the composition was evaluated by the mass method, in which a core sample with a certain area and weight was placed in the test composition. According to the change in mass for a fixed time, the dissolution rate of the core sample was determined.
The degree of stabilization of the composition with respect to iron ions was determined visually when dosing into the composition of ferric chloride and by measuring the volume or visualization of the precipitated iron hydroxide in a sieve analysis.
The penetrating ability of the composition into the pore space of the oil-saturated part of the reservoir and its surface activity were evaluated by the magnitude of the interfacial tension at the interface "composition - oil".
The degree of prevention of formation of highly viscous mixtures and emulsions blocking the formation upon contact of the composition with oil was evaluated visually and by the degree of viscosity of the reaction products.
1 и 2.The formulations (options) and properties of the proposed and known for the closest analogue of the compositions are given in table. 1 and 2.
1 and 2, the data indicate that the proposed compositions in comparison with the composition of the closest analogue have a wide range of deceleration of the reaction rate. According to such an important parameter as dynamic viscosity, it is observed that the viscosity of the closest analogue is adjustable within 10-80 mPa⋅s, and the proposed compositions have a viscosity variation range from 8 to 3000 mPa⋅s. The proposed compositions practically do not form precipitation of iron hydroxide, and the closest analogue forms, although in a small volume, but it is enough to plug the pore channels of the formation. A qualitatively new sign is the degree of decrease in the interfacial tension of the proposed compositions at the border with oil. So, the range of variation of this important parameter is from 0.12 to 0.91 mN / m, while for the known composition it is much higher (0.08-0.14 mN / m). The viscosity of the reaction products in a mixture with oil in the proposed compositions is comparable to the viscosity of the oil itself (12-39 mPa⋅s).
The research results showed the optimality of the content of the ingredients of the compositions within the specified limits. With an increase in the content of ingredients in the compositions, manufacturability decreases or this is impractical due to the stabilization of parameters at the same level. With a decrease in the content of ingredients in the compositions below the specified limits, a decrease in the physicochemical properties of the composition is observed.
By increasing the range of regulation of the reaction rate, dynamic viscosity, completely preventing the formation of gelding gelatinous precipitates, inhibiting the process of emulsion formation and the complete removal of reaction products from the formation during development, the task is completely solved: universal, multi-purpose acid compounds with improved technological properties are created. They can be used in all known technological operations for acid stimulation of wells and reservoirs. This leads to high technical and economic efficiency of the proposed compositions for increasing the productivity of oil wells operating in a wide variety of geological and physical conditions of fields and deposits - both in carbonate and terrigenous reservoirs.
Thus, the proposed invention, when widely deployed in the oil and gas industry, will bring significant profit due to an increase in hydrocarbon production, integration of operations over time, and the saving of material and labor resources as a result of its application.
