Additional door is equipped with a bracket with a hole in which is placed the crossbar of the main lock, mounted on the main door. Description

The described invention relates to devices for storing securities, documents and valuables, in particular to fireproof cabinets or safes installed in public buildings, mainly in hotels, when users of a safe are often changed.

A similar safe is known, comprising a housing, a door mounted on the housing with the possibility of turning to the right and left by means of hinges with a vertical axis mounted on opposite sides of the door (see German application N 31115595, class E05D 7/02, published in 1982.)

However, such safes are not reliable enough to store valuable items.

A similar safe is known, equipped with two locks located on opposite sides of the door, each of which has a latch, and each of the hinges has a central bead interacting in the closed position of the safe with an extended lock of the lock (see RF patent 2040689 IPC, E05G 1/00, July 25, 1995 published on July 25, 1995)

The disadvantage of the analogue is that the door is fixed on the axis of rotation, instead of two mounting points, at the midpoint, it is very loose and as a result hangs on its axis when opening the door. What undermines the prestige of the hotel.

The closest device of the same purpose to the claimed invention in terms of features is a safe containing a door mounted on the body by means of two hinges of rotation with a lock including a latch and placed on the side opposite the hinges, the door being made of an external part connected to the body and a central one parts connected to the external part by means of hinges and locks (see RF patent 2040690, IPC E01G 1/10 published on July 25, 1995). Selected as a prototype.

The disadvantage of the prototype is that in the production of the safe a lot of waste is generated, since the size of the additional central door is almost equal to the size of the main external door.

The technical contradiction is that if you reduce the size of the additional central door, then little can be put into the safe through it, but the amount of waste during production will be minimal. And if the additional central door is made in size as in the prototype, then there will be a large amount of waste during manufacture.

The technical problem is that the main external door should open in the safe when any of the locks is open and the second is closed.

The technical result is the opening of the main external door of the safe when any of the locks is open and the second is closed. Minimizing the size of the additional central door will reduce material consumption during manufacturing.

The specified technical result is achieved in that the safe with a composite door comprising a housing with a main door mounted on pivot hinges and a lock located on the side opposite the hinges, the main door having an additional lock located on the additional door, pivot hinges located on the side opposite the hinges the main door, the peculiarity is that the additional door is equipped with a bracket with a hole interacting with the bolt of the main lock, and an additional lock is made interacting with the housing.

The device operates as follows.

The user of a safe living in a hotel room is provided with a single key to lock 7 (if the lock is locked with a key), but it is better to install a digital-dial lock. The user himself will install a code known only to himself. By placing documents in safe 1, the user closes the safe. The key to the main lock 11 is stored by staff. In the event that a user living in a hotel room has forgotten the code or left without informing the code to the maintenance staff, safe 1 is opened with the key to the main lock11. When you open the main lock, its bolt 10 is pulled out of the hole in the bracket 9. The additional door 6 is released from locking and can now rotate on additional hinges 5. Pulling the handle 3 on the door 4, the additional door 6 rests on the bolt 8 of the additional lock 7 in the housing 1 safe, will begin to turn on additional loops 5 outward. The main door 3 fully opens, despite the fact that the additional lock 7 is closed. Having reached the inner surface of the mechanical digital-padlock 7, remove its cover and either recognize the opening code or set a new code. Then they close the additional door 6 and close the main lock 11, the bolt of which, having entered the hole on the bracket 9, will fix the door 6. The safe is prepared for further work. - An advantage of the invention is that the main safe door is opened when any of the locks is open and the second is closed. Minimizing the size of the additional door will reduce material consumption during manufacture.

Therefore, the claimed invention meets the condition of "industrial applicability"

A safe with a composite door, comprising a housing with a main door mounted on the hinges and placed on the side opposite the hinges, a lock, the main door being provided with an additional lock located on the additional door, the hinges of which are located on the side opposite the hinges of the main door characterized in that the additional door is equipped with a bracket with a hole interacting with the bolt of the main lock, and the additional lock is made interacting with the body.
