SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of carriers of visual information, namely to information boards installed on concrete products – paving slabs, paving stones, curbs or building blocks. Plate includes a body and an information sheet with pre-printed information, text or graphic, the body is made flat and additionally contains fasteners made in the form of elongated strips along the contour of the body when it is cut and bent towards the rear plane of the body at an angle, precluding the possibility of removing the body from concrete products.

EFFECT: improving the reliability of fastening the plate when operating in open areas, as well as preserving the security of information, including when using the plate when installed on the surface of the covering elements of pedestrian zones and the roadway.
