Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of agriculture, namely to selection and seed production of potatoes. In the North-West region of the Russian Federation, there are enough natural and labor resources for the development of the agricultural sector. Large agricultural producers and farmers in our region increasingly prefer potatoes. There was a need for a scientific approach to the selection of agricultural elements in the cultivation of seed potatoes for industrial cultivation.
In the course of research, the tubers SSE, SE, E before planting were treated with Penncozeb with a consumption rate of 1.2 kg for the active substance per 1 ha. Then treatment with Confidor of 0.03 kg / ha during the period of plant germination (8 cm-12 days), during seedlings (18 days), active growth (before closing rows of 45 days) at a concentration of 0.04 kg / ha with Emistim (working fluid consumption 10 l / t). Microfertilizer Aquamix at a concentration of 0.1% in combination with Penncozeb with a consumption rate of 1.5 kg / ha when processing plants during the formation of tubers (65 days) increases the yield of potatoes. The soil in the experimental plot has sod-podzolic medium loamy soil with a humus content of 1.8%. According to the reaction of the soil environment, the soil is close to neutral. The availability of phosphorus is increased, and potassium is medium. The content of easily hydrolyzable nitrogen is 31-40 mg / 100 g of soil.
The main factor in reducing seed potatoes is the accumulation of viruses during plant growth. Deterioration of varietal characteristics, decrease in yield depends on resistance to certain viruses, climatic conditions during the growing season. To obtain high-quality potatoes in seed production, spatial isolation of up to 2 km is used, depending on the level of infectious background, the resistance of varieties to viruses, fungal and bacterial diseases, the presence of natural barriers (forest belts). The introduction of Confidor containing imidacloprid, 700 g / kg, into the element of potato growing technology, controls the presence of the Colorado potato beetle and aphids that transmit viruses. The preparation moves along the plant systemically, acts on pests by the contact intestinal method. A distinctive feature of the Confidor insecticide is a quick knockdown effect. With increasing air temperature (27-29 ° C), efficiency increases. The active substance (insecticide) is selective and binds to insect acetylcholine receptors. Unlike acetylcholine, which is destroyed by a special enzyme (acetylcholinesterase), imidacloprit remains in a bound state, disrupting the transmission of a nerve impulse, which ultimately leads to the death of the insect. Advantages of Confidor include resistance to flushing with rain.
Влияние Аквамикса в сочетании Пеннкоцебом при обработке растений в период образования клубнейя клубней Конфидором увеличиваем урожайность сортов Астерикс, Дельфине, Наяда на 15%, Сортов Вектор, Винета, Загадка, Жаворонок на 18%, Нора на 19% (таблица 1).One of the features of potatoes is the intensive use of nutrients, so it is necessary to apply a sufficient amount of fertilizer in an easily digestible form. Potatoes are most demanding on the high nitrogen content in the soil at the beginning of the growing season, since this period begins to rapidly develop the aerial part of the plant. Our experiments confirm the effectiveness of the inclusion of concentrated microfertilizers Aquamix in the chain of agricultural practices in the cultivation of potatoes. The influence of Aquamix in combination with Penncozeb during the treatment of plants during the formation of tubers with Confidor tubers increases the yield of Asterix, Delphine, Naiad varieties by 15%, Vector Varieties, Vineta, Riddle, Lark by 18%, Nora by 19% (Table 1).
Table 1 - The yield of seed potatoes with complex processing methods, t / ha
Для защиты картофеля от болезней разработаны общие и региональные системы профилактических мероприятий, существенно повышающих выход урожая здоровых клубней (до 20-30% и более).The productivity of potato plants, the qualitative characteristics of the tubers and their preservation during storage are largely determined by the intensity of the development of diseases. To protect potatoes from diseases, general and regional systems of preventive measures have been developed that significantly increase the yield of healthy tubers (up to 20-30% or more).
(таблица 2).During the study, observations were made on the potency of the potato during storage. When considering the results of the study on the Asterix variety, it can be noted that the lowest percentage of keeping quality was in control, in March the percentage of healthy tubers was 91%, however, since December this indicator has decreased by only 2%. In the variant with the treatment of tubers, by March the number of healthy tubers was 94%, which is 3% higher than the control. Approximately the same result was noted on the sprayed version - 93%. The highest index of keeping quality in the varieties Asterix, Vineta, Naiad was observed in the fourth variant 98%, which is 7% higher than the control. (table 2).
Лучшие результаты показали сорта Астерикс, Наяда - 98%, Винета, Жаворонок - 97%.The Riddle variety is marked by a low rate of keeping quality, but the difference between the control and the fourth options, that is, our technology proposed, is 14%, and in the Vector and Dolphin varieties, the quality of the seed material remains at 17%. The studied potato varieties were distinguished by good keeping quality in the autumn-winter period 2016-2017. The best results were shown by the varieties Asterix, Naiad - 98%, Vineta, Zhavoronok - 97%.
Оценено влияние шести препаратов на устойчивость растений картофеля к патогенам (таблице 3).Practice shows that the high efficiency of potato growing is impossible without the use of a modern scientifically-based system for protecting this crop from disease. An important element in the modern plant protection system is the use of growth regulators, which reduce the consumption of fungicides and the toxic load in general on cultivated areas, the mechanism of action of which is realized in increasing the plant's own immunity. The effect of six drugs on the resistance of potato plants to pathogens was evaluated (table 3).

Установлена умеренная обратная корреляционная зависимость между степенью заселенности клубней склероциями Ризоктониоза и суммой среднесуточной температуры с мая по сентябрь (r=0.603), суммой сумм положительных температур воздуха (r=0,609) и количеством выпавших осадков за весь вегетационный период (r=0,667).The main sources of the primary pathogen infection are affected seed potato tubers that overwintered in the soil on the potato plant debris. The agro-climatic conditions of 2017, precipitation, cool, wet nights in combination with warm days create optimal conditions for the development of diseases - late blight of potatoes. Gray-green watery spots appear on the leaves, quickly turning into a dark brown color. With increased humidity around the spots, a white coating of spores (conidia of the fungus) forms, which are carried by the wind over long distances. Studies have shown that the use of the contact fungicide Penncoceb inhibits the germination of fungal spores, blocks the development of mycelium by reacting with siol groups and inactivating the enzymes involved in different stages in the Kreps cycle. This drug promotes the formation of a powerful leaf apparatus, stimulates the processes of photosynthesis due to the presence in the preparative form of trace elements manganese and zinc. According to the literature, rhizoctoniosis causes significant harm in the North-West, Central, Volga-Vyatka regions of Russia. As a result of studies for the period 2014-2017, it was revealed that the fungus Rhizoctonia solani is able to affect potatoes at all stages of ontogeny. The climatic conditions of the North-West region of the Russian Federation contribute to its annual moderate development on sprouts - 23%, stolons - 19%, on the roots - 6%. A moderate inverse correlation was established between the degree of tuber occupation by the sclerotia of Rhizoctonia and the sum of the average daily temperature from May to September (r = 0.603), the sum of the sums of positive air temperatures (r = 0.609) and the amount of precipitation for the entire growing season (r = 0.667).
The Colorado potato beetle is well studied and described in literary sources. In the Yaroslavl region, one generation of the pest develops during the growing season. A characteristic feature of the biology of the beetle, which complicates the fight against it, is the numerous species of diapause. An additional and very reliable element of the protection of potatoes is the planting of healthy seed material, resistant varieties. Effectively plant potatoes after oats, peas, clover, while increasing the biological activity of the soil, increasing the number of microorganisms that decompose fiber and aerobic, ammonifiers. Rational use of tuber treatment by Penncozeb and triple treatment of plants during germination, budding, active growth by Emistim (elicitor) together with Confidor promotes the development of powerful bushes on which the Colorado potato beetle does less harm compared to conventional technology.
