Description

The invention relates to furniture production, in particular upholstered furniture, and can be used in the manufacture of transformable upholstered furniture.

The prior art design of a sofa bed of the "eurobook" type, consisting of a base, a movable backrest and a movably installed seat, in which when folding the furniture the seat is advanced forward, and the back rests on the vacated seat (RU 25683 U1). A drawback of the aforementioned design is that the user is forced to move the seat during the transformation of the sofa in an inclined position, holding the bottom of the seat and making non-physiological movements, which creates an increased load on the lumbar spine of the user and can lead to diseases of the spine.

Also, from the document RU 25683 U1, a sofa bed is known consisting of a base, a movably mounted sidewall and a movably mounted seat, in which when the sofa is unfolded, the seat is extended to the side and the sidewall is lowered to the vacant seat. The disadvantage of this sofa is that the user is also forced to move the seat during the transformation of the sofa in an inclined position, holding on to the bottom of the seat.

Convertible furniture for sitting and lying is known, including movably mounted back and seat and containing sidewalls connected by the rear wall (RU 2555956 C2). The disadvantage of this furniture is that the user is also forced to move the seat during furniture transformation in an inclined position, holding on to the bottom of the seat.

Known bilateral sofa bed containing the base, seat, sidewalls, the back mating with the sidewalls, and the backrest is installed above the seat so that the seats are located on both sides of the backrest, while the sidewalls are rigidly fixed to the base, and the seat is mounted with the possibility of extension from under backrests (KZ 1688 U). In this sofa, the user is also forced to perform the extension of the seat in an inclined position, holding on to the bottom of the seat.

It is obvious to the specialist that the manufacturer limits the length of the tie designed to move the seat, since the following contradiction exists. A heavier length, although it increases the comfort of use of transformable furniture for sitting and lying in terms of moving the seat, however, while a longer length is not used, it, hanging in front of the seat, may get tangled under your feet and cause discomfort to the user, that is, reduce the comfort of furniture. The claimed decision is aimed at overcoming this contradiction. The objective of the claimed solution is to create a design of transformable furniture for sitting and lying, which allows the user to move the seat during the transformation of furniture by means of a tie, and allows to exclude the possibility of free hanging of the tie and to ensure the hidden placement of this tie at a time when it is not used.

EFFECT: possibility of transforming seat furniture in a transformable furniture for sitting and lying by means of a cord, while obtaining the possibility of hidden placement of this cord at a time when it is not used.

The essence of the claimed design lies in the fact that in a convertible furniture for sitting and lying, including a movably installed seat, which contains a cord designed to move the seat, the cord is located behind the vertical panel of the seat located on top of the frame elements of the seat on which the seat supports are attached, this tie is associated with the seat with the possibility of extracting part of the tie due to the vertical panel of the seat, and at least one return element is located behind the vertical panel of the seat, ory coupled to the seat and tyazhom, wherein the strand is stretched by at least one return element for the back vertical panel.

It is the claimed combination of essential features of the claimed solution, indicated above, that provides the solution of the task and obtaining the required technical result. Since the cord and the return element are located behind the vertical panel of the seat, and the return element stretches the cord behind it, when the cord is not used to move the seat, it is hidden behind the vertical panel. If it is necessary to move the seat, the user can easily feel the cord behind the vertical panel, grab it with his hand and apply pulling force to the cable, while part of the cable will be removed due to the vertical panel, and the return element associated with the cable will stretch. When the user, having moved the seat by means of the associated cord, releases the cord, the stretched return element, compressing, automatically pulls the cord by the vertical panel of the seat, that is, returns the cord to the hidden position. In other words, the return element is associated with a cord with the ability to retract the cord for the vertical panel of the seat. That is, the tie is paired with the seat and the return element with the possibility of the user extracting part of the tie due to the vertical panel of the seat, and the return element is coupled with the tie and the seat with the ability to pull the released portion of the tie released by the user behind the vertical seat panel.

A comparative analysis of the claimed design of transformable furniture for sitting and lying with the prototype shows that the claimed object has common essential features with the prototype:

contains movably mounted seat;

the seat contains a cord designed to move the seat.

The inventive design of transformable furniture for sitting and lying differs from the prototype with new significant features:

the cord is placed behind the vertical panel of the seat located on top of the seat frame elements on which the seat supports are fixed;

the cord is coupled with the seat with the possibility of extracting part of the cord due to the vertical panel of the seat;

at least one return element is located behind the vertical panel of the seat, which is associated with the seat and the strand; the cord is stretched by at least one return member behind the vertical seat panel.

Between the essential features of the claimed object and the achieved technical result, there is a causal relationship.

In its development or in private forms of execution, the claimed transformable furniture for sitting and lying may have the following distinguishing features:

a belt, or a rope, or a rope, or a twine is used as a strand; as a return element, an elastic cord or elastic tape is used;

As an example of a special case (Fig. 1), it can be seen that the transformable furniture for sitting and lying contains a base 1, a movably mounted seat 2, a movably mounted backrest 3, sides 4 and 5, while the seat has a vertical panel 6 below, which is located on top of the elements 7 and 8 of the seat frame, to which, in turn, the supports 9 and 10 of the seat are fixed. The tie rod 11, designed to move the seat (Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4) is paired with the seat 2, and the return element, made in this case in the form of an elastic rope 12, and the tie 11 is fixed to the rear of the vertical panel 6 of the seat with removing part of the strand due to the vertical panel of the seat, and the return element in the form of an elastic rope 12 is fixed to the rear of the vertical panel 6 of the seat so that the rope stretches the cord 11 behind the vertical panel of the seat. In this particular case, the conjugation of the return element and the strand is performed as follows: the return element in the form of a bundle 12 (Fig. 5) is sewn with its left end 13 to the strand 11 at a point approximately one quarter of the length of the strand from the left end 14 of the strand. In some special cases, the cord is paired with a return element by means of a connecting element. As seen in FIG. 7, the return element in the form of an elastic bundle 12 is fixed at one end to the connecting element 21, made in this case in the form of a ring through which the strand 11 is passed. The tie rod 11 is also threaded through the element performing the function of the block 22, which is made in this case in the form of a half ring fixed to the rear of the vertical panel of the seat (not shown in FIG. 7). One end of the strand is equipped with a handle 23, and the second end of the strand is fixed to the vertical panel of the seat above the half ring 22, while the second end of the strand 12 is fixed (in this case, nailed with furniture brackets) on the right side of the vertical panel of the seat with the ability to stretch the strand 11 behind the vertical seat panel that is, with a tension sufficient to pull the strand to the right by means of the connecting element 21 to the position where the handle 23 abuts against the half ring 22, and the handle is made longer than the size of the opening of the half ring 2 2. Under the action of the force exerted by the user on the handle 23 of the strand (Fig. 8), the strand 11 can be extended, while the strand 12 is even more stretched. And when the action of the force ceases, that is, the user releases the handle of the cord, the harness is compressed and stretches the cord to its original position, that is, the return element will return the cord to the hidden position.

In FIG. 9 shows a special case of pairing the strand and the return element using two connecting elements 21 and 24, made in this case in the form of rings, and two elements that perform the function of blocks 22 and 25, made in this case in the form of half rings. The weight is passed through the rings 21, 24 and secured by the ends 14 and 16 behind the vertical panel of the seat (not shown). The return element in the form of an elastic rope 12 with the left end is fixed to the left ring 21, the second end of the cable is first passed through the left half ring 22, then it is passed through the right half ring 25, then fixed to the right ring 24 with a tension sufficient to stretch the cord in different sides by means of rings 21 and 24, which have the ability to move along the strand. In this case, the return element in the form of a bundle is not directly attached to the seat, that is, the bundle is paired with the seat by means of elements that function as blocks, with the possibility of moving the bundle through these elements. Under the action of the force exerted by the user on the strand (Fig. 10), strand 11 can be extended, while the strand 12 is even more stretched. And when the action of the force ceases, that is, the user releases the cord, the tourniquet is compressed and stretches the cord to its original position.

In some special cases, the execution of the declared transformable furniture for sitting and lying is associated with two return elements. In FIG. 11 shows a special case where the cord 11 is connected with two return elements in the form of bundles 12 by means of connecting elements 21 and 24, made in this case in the form of rings. In this case, the strand is threaded through the rings 21, 24 and fixed with the ends 14 and 16 behind the vertical panel of the seat (not shown), and each return element is fastened with one end to one connecting element and the second end is fixed to the vertical panel of the seat with sufficient tension so that to stretch the cord in different directions by means of rings 21 and 24, which have the ability to move along the cord. Under the action of the force exerted by the user on the strand (Fig. 12), strand 11 can be extended, while both strands 12 are even more stretched. As elements that perform the function of blocks, rings or half rings or frames can be used. In this case, the element that performs the function of the block can be fixed, for example, using a short strip of strong fabric, for which a strip of fabric is threaded through it, the strip is folded in half, and the strip is nailed to the right place. At the same time, each spring is attached at one end to the rear of the vertical panel of the seat (not shown), and the cord is threaded through the loose ends of the springs and the cable is fixed with the ends 14 and 16 at the rear of the vertical panel of the seat, and the springs 26 are fixed with the ability to stretch the cable 11 to the vertical panel of the seat.

In some special cases of the execution of the declared transformable furniture for sitting and lying, the tie is fixed in the middle to the vertical panel of the seat behind it, and the ends of the tie are fixed to the handle (not shown).

In the manufacture of the claimed convertible furniture for sitting and lying on order for a specific user, it is possible to select a cord of such a length that the length of the part removed from the vertical panel allows the user to be in an upright position with the back straight, and not in an inclined position like that of analogues, which will reduce the load on the lumbar spine of the user and increase the comfort of use of transformable upholstered furniture.

Also, the claimed solution allows you to expand the arsenal of transformable furniture for sitting and lying.
