Abstract
Description
The invention relates to medicine, namely to the field of orthopedic dentistry, is used in the preparation of soldered surfaces of fixed dentures.
Textbooks for medical schools and colleges have paid little attention to the preparation of support crowns and the intermediate part of the bridge for soldering. In the educational literature for dental technicians it is said that the surfaces of metals to be soldered should be thoroughly cleaned of oxides and contaminants, for which the mechanical cleaning method is most often used: filing, cleaning with carborundum stone or sandpaper.
In FIG. 1 shows a traditional method for preparing soldered surfaces.
The proposed method has several disadvantages:
- размер площади очистки поверхностей коронок для пайки не отмечается 1, в результате чего повышается расход припоя;- the size of the area of cleaning surfaces of the crowns for soldering is not marked 1, resulting in increased consumption of solder;
- коронка на контактной поверхности заливается припоем 2;- the crown on the contact surface is poured with solder 2;
- при последующей обработке и удалении излишков припоя срезается край коронки 3 на контактной поверхности, это приводит к ее укорачиванию 4 и в результате чего она не доходит до десны;- during subsequent processing and removal of excess solder, the edge of the
- происходит большой расход электроэнергии и абразивных материалов.- there is a large consumption of electricity and abrasive materials.
Due to the high demands of patients on the quality of the prostheses made, it became necessary to develop a new controlled method for preparing the soldered surfaces of fixed dentures.
One of the main factors influencing the quality of the formation of a solder joint is the proper preparation of the soldered surfaces of fixed dentures.
Closest to the claimed, in its technical solution, in connection with the greatest number of common features, is the proposed method in the educational literature.
The invention consists in a combination of essential features sufficient to achieve the desired technical result, namely, improving the quality of preparation of soldered surfaces, reducing the consumption of solder, abrasive materials and saving energy, reducing the processing time of soldered surfaces and as a result of improving the outcome of prosthetics.
In FIG. Figure 2 shows a controlled method for preparing soldered surfaces.
This entity is as follows.
1. On the model, a molded intermediate part of the bridge is fitted.
1.2. On the crown with a brush impregnated with Pico-mark, or with a white GIOCONDA WHITE CHALK pencil, the area of the
3.3. The contact side of the crown is smoothed out with a carborundum head, going 1.0 mm beyond the border of
4. The brazed parts of the bridge are glued along the chewing surface with sticky wax, and on the lingual side, with the base. Since after gypsum before soldering, sticky wax, if not washed off enough, creates scale on the cleaned surfaces, because the ash content of sticky wax is 0.2%, which is higher than that of base wax, all subsequent steps of soldering are carried out in the traditional way.
As a result of applying the controlled method, the consumption of solder is reduced by 20-35%, of abrasive tools, the working time of the dental technician and electric power are saved.
In FIG. 3 shows a comparative diagram of traditional 6 and 7 controlled methods for preparing soldered surfaces.
When soldering stamped crowns by the method described in this application, the formation of a solder seam with a dense and continuous double-sided fillet and the necessary tightness of the soldered joints are ensured, while the edge of the crown on the contact side is not shortened. Declared as an invention, a controlled method for preparing the soldered surfaces of fixed dentures fully allows the manufacture of a stamped-soldered bridge, which meets all clinical and technological requirements, preventing the crown edge from being shortened on the contact side.
