Abstract
Description
The invention relates to techniques for wet dust collection and can be used in chemical, textile, food, light and other industries for the purification of dusty gases.
B01D 47/06, comprising a housing with nozzles for dusty and purified gas, an irrigation device, support grids between which the nozzle is located, and a device for removing sludge, and the nozzle is made in the form of cylindrical rings, on the side surface of which there are two cuts in the direction parallel to the generatrices of the cylindrical surface, and the slot in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the ring, and the holes, closing, form a U-shaped slot, the resulting petals are bent in the direction of the axis of the ring, while on pestkah operate folds in the form of shelves in a direction perpendicular to an axis of the ring, and the like petals formed spaced at an angle of 90 ° from the previous ones, the nozzle elements are perforated (prototype).
The disadvantage of the prototype is the relatively low efficiency of the dust collection process due to the underdeveloped surface of the nozzle.
The technical result is an increase in the efficiency and reliability of the dust collection process due to a more developed nozzle surface.
This is achieved by the fact that the nozzle element for the scrubber, comprising a housing with nozzles for dusty and purified gas, an irrigation device, support grids between which the nozzle is located, and a device for removing sludge, is made in the form of a cylindrical ring, to the side of which is opposite to each other two hemispherical surfaces are attached in such a way that the diametrical planes of the hemispheres coincide with the upper and lower bases of the cylindrical ring, respectively, and the vertices of the hemispherical surfaces th are located on the axis of the ring and directed towards each other, while perforation is performed both on the side surface and on hemispherical surfaces, and the space between the side inner surface of the perforated cylindrical ring and two perforated hemispherical surfaces attached to its side surface is filled with additional inert elements, for example in the form of balls, whose diameters are larger than the diameter of the perforation of the ring and hemispherical surfaces.
In FIG. 1 shows a nozzle scrubber with transverse irrigation, in FIG. 2 shows a countercurrent nozzle scrubber; FIG. 3 is a diagram of a nozzle element; FIG. 4, 5 - embodiments of the nozzle.
3A nozzle for a scrubber comprising a housing 1 (FIG. 1 and FIG. 2) with
In order to increase the degree of purification of the gas stream from dust or the target component by increasing the contact area of the dusty stream with the nozzle 5 (Fig. 3), the nozzle element is made in the form of a cylindrical ring, on the
9.It is possible to make nozzles with
The
The nozzle for the scrubber works as follows.
The dusty gas stream enters the
95%.The nozzle scrubber can be used to clean fine dust and humidify air in ventilation units and air conditioning units, as well as in trapping mists, readily soluble dust, as well as in the process of dust collection, gas cooling and absorption of nozzle scrubbers. The effectiveness of the proposed design of the nozzle scrubber increases due to the larger interaction surface of the nozzle in the above processes and when collecting dust particles larger than 2 μm in size is about 95%.
4, 5).Possible embodiments of the nozzle shown in (Fig. 4, 5).
In FIG. 4 is a nozzle shape made in the form of a cylindrical ring, on the side inner surface of which partitions are fixed in the form of washers perpendicular to the axis of the ring of rings with holes whose axes are asymmetric to the axis of the ring, in FIG. 5 is a nozzle shape made in the form of a block inscribed in a circle, consisting of seven hexagonal parallelepipeds connected to each other by side faces without upper and lower bases.
70%.A possible variant (Fig. 5. not shown in the drawing) of the nozzle element is performed when it is made in the form of a block inscribed in a circle, consisting of seven hexagonal parallelepipeds connected to each other by upper and lower perforated bases, whose perimeters are equidistant in shape (or coincide) with the perimeters of the bases with the side faces of the hexagonal parallelepipeds, and the perforation coefficient of the bases is not more than 70%.
