Так части 9 и 10 с аккумуляторами и системой управления между спиц 3 надеваются на втулку 5 и соединяются хомутами 13, электродвигатели 11 и 12 между спиц 3 вставляются в полости частей 9 и 10 и раскрепляются хомутами 13. При этом к двигателям подключается система управления, а шестерни 14 входят в зацепление с шестерней 8 на оси 7 втулки 5.
