Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the construction of oil and gas wells, in particular to grouting mixtures intended for fastening sidetracks in conditions of increased risk of absorption of grouting mortars.
During the construction of BVS wells in fields whose geological section is characterized by the absence or minimum size of bridges between the water and oil-saturated parts of the formation, as well as the oil production area, to improve the quality of isolation of the annular space of the liners, the development and use of lightweight cement slurries with special properties is required. Such compositions include compositions with a low density of cement slurry, with a long thickening time with increased strength and adhesive characteristics of cement stone.
3.Known light cementing material according to patent RU No. 2256774 C2 (Prototype 1) [1], used as a building material, including cementing oil, gas and geothermal wells, having a density of 1.1-1.4 g / cm 3 , consisting of a mixture of one of the brands of known cement and a lightweight filler, which consists of a composition containing hollow aluminosilicate microspheres, kaolin and surface-active aluminum hydroxide, Portland cement types PCT I-50 or PCT I-100 are used as one of the brands of known cement. Hollow aluminosilicate microspheres are obtained by hydroseparating an aqueous suspension of ash in an ash pond, which have a size of 40-100 microns and a bulk density of 0.3-0.5 g / cm 3 .
The disadvantages of this lightweight grouting material is the very low strength and stability of grouting stone.
Known lightweight grouting mortar RU 2507380 C1 (Prototype 2) [2], high-consumption fine-ground binder with a specific surface of 20,000-25,000 cm 2 / g - "Microdur" or INTRACEM, lightweight filler microspheres PSMS, superplasticizer C-3, nitrilotrimethylene phosphonic acid and water . The use of a finely dispersed binder “Microdur” or “INTRACEM” allows to bind mixing water to a greater extent and compact the structure of the stone and ensure its increased fluid resistance and durability.
The disadvantages of this lightweight grouting material is the very low strength and stability of grouting stone, and a short thickening time of grouting mortar.
The technical task of the invention is to obtain a grouting material having a low density grouting mortar with a long thickening time with increased strength and adhesion characteristics of cement stone, with the effect of self-healing of small cracks in contact with formation fluids.
%.:The technical problem is solved in that the cement slurry of low density contains a binder, lightweight filler and water, while it contains a binder of two types - finely dispersed mineral binder "MIKRODUR RU" and PTsT IG, and as a lightweight filler - glass hollow microspheres 3M ™ HGS4000 , the additive "Penetron Admix", retarder setting time CR-221, fluid loss reducer CFL-160, antifoam D-air 5000, with the following ratios of components, wt. % .:
The essence of the invention lies in the fact that in cement slurry of low density two types of binders are used: Portland cement PCT IG and finely dispersed mineral binder MIKRODUR RU, as well as a lightweight filler - 3M ™ HGS4000 glass hollow microspheres made of chemically resistant sodium borosilicate glass and foam Penetron Admix additive [3], which makes it possible to improve the quality of sidetracking under conditions of increased risks of absorption of grouting mortars.
MIKRODUR R-U is a mineral hydraulic binder based on Portland cement with high sulfate resistance and a particularly thin (<9.5 μm) composition. "MIKRODUR R-U" was originally intended for injection fixation of permeable soils, concrete and stone structures. MIKRODUR R-U consists of ordinary cement raw materials, such as Portland cement clinker, blast furnace slag, hardening regulators and mineral additives.
0,44.PCT I-G is a cementless Portland cement without additives with normalized requirements at a water-cement ratio of 0.44.
The optimal content of two binders PCT I-G is 56.0% and MIKRODUR R-U is 30.0%; their joint addition with particles of matter of different diameters allows you to get a more durable cement stone.
3M ™ HGS4000 glass hollow microspheres are specially designed hollow spheres with an average absolute density of 380 kg / m 3 , designed to reduce the density of drilling and grouting fluids used in oil and gas production.
The ideal spherical shape of microspheres manufactured by ZM HGS4000 provides a number of useful properties, including improved flow and lower viscosity of the mixtures. Microspheres are made from chemically resistant sodium borosilicate glass, which makes them insoluble in water or hydrocarbon. In addition, they are resistant to high pressures of more than 27.6 MPa with a typical number of whole microspheres of more than 90% after unloading.
The optimal content of lightweight filler HGS4000 is 14.0%, since the addition of microspheres of less than 14% leads to an increase in the density of the solution. With an increase in the content of hollow glass microspheres of more than 14.0%, the strength of the cement stone decreases.
Екатеринбург, выпускаемого по ТУ 5745-001-77921756-2006), в основном состоящий из монокальциевого алюмината СаО⋅Al2O3, диалюмината кальция СаО⋅2Al2O3, полугидрата гипса CaSO4 0,5Н2O, клинкерных минералов C3S и С3А, а также Са(ОН)2."Admix" (produced by "Penetron", Ekaterinburg discharged 5745-001-77921756-2006 TU), mainly consisting of monocalcium aluminate SaO⋅Al 2 O 3, calcium dialyuminata SaO⋅2Al 2 O 3, hemihydrate gypsum CaSO 4 0.5H 2 O, clinker minerals C 3 S and C 3 A, as well as Ca (OH) 2 .

The specified penetrating additive restores the integrity of the cement ring in the annulus of the wells with the formation of microcracks and micro-gaps in it (when the cement stone comes into contact with water). Due to the uniform distribution in the thickness of the cement ring, the particles of the Penetron Admix additive, dissolving in water, react with calcium and aluminum ionic complexes, various metal oxides and salts contained in the cement. In the course of these reactions, more complex salts are formed that can interact with water and create insoluble crystalline hydrates. A network of these crystals fills capillaries, microcracks, and microgaps. In this case, the crystals become an integral part of the structure of the cement ring.
Capillaries, microcracks, and microgaps filled with insoluble crystals do not allow water to pass through, since surface tension forces of liquids come into action. The network of bulk crystals filling the capillaries prevents the filtration of water through them, thereby restoring the integrity of the cement ring.
The optimum content of penetrating additive Penetron Admix is 2.0 in excess of 100%. Adding a penetrating additive of less than 2% does not have the effect of self-healing cement stone. An increase in the penetrating additive content of more than 2.0% leads to a sharp thickening of the cement mortar and a decrease in its thickening time.
The optimal content of the main rheological components in the inventive cement slurry of low density is: CR-221 - 0.3 in excess of 100 wt. %, CFL-160-0.2 in excess of 100 wt. % In this case, the additive of the retarder of the setting time of cement CR-221 (sulfo-methylated lignin) is less than 0.3 wt. % significantly reduces the rate of thickening, and the increase in additives over 0.3 wt. % leads to a slowdown of the setting process and a decrease in the strength of the stone in the initial period. The content of the fluid loss reducer CFL-160 (powder based on modified polysaccharide derivatives) is less than 0.2 wt. % leads to a decrease in the stability of the solution and to its delamination, and the content of more than 0.2 wt. % leads to severe thickening, i.e. the solution becomes non-pumpable.
%Defoamer (D-air 5000) - dry powder, is introduced into the grouting mixture in a dry form, effectively eliminates foaming during the mixing of cement mortars, the optimum content is 0.05 wt. %
Cement slurry is prepared as follows.
Prepare a dry mixture in a predetermined quantitative ratio of the following: binders of two types, a lightweight filler, a penetrating additive, a fluid loss reducer and a retarder. Next, the dry mixture is mixed with water. Grouting and technological properties of the resulting grouting mortar are presented in tables.
As can be seen from table 3, the grouting mortar allows to achieve the goal: the mortar has a low density with high strength characteristics, satisfactory spreadability, there is no water separation, artificial channels created in the cement stone “heal” when it comes into contact with water.
