Description

The invention relates to transport machinery, and in particular to devices for controlling friction clutches.

A known clutch control system of a vehicle clutch (see patent RU 2332314, B60K 23/02, 2008), comprising automatic hydraulic clutch on and off mechanisms interconnected and a control device.

A disadvantage of the known system is that when hydraulic devices are used to compress friction pairs, turning the couplings on and off requires more energy from the actuator or driver. This increases the power consumption for maintaining the clutch on and engaging the clutch in operation. The combined electro-hydraulic system is more complex, the manufacturing cost and operating costs are higher, there are difficulties in ensuring the stability of laws and control parameters by the system.

A vehicle clutch control system is also known (see AS SU 1498644, B60K 23/02, 1989), comprising an electric clutch release drive coupled to a brake pedal and a fuel pedal.

A disadvantage of the known system is that it is not adapted to control dual clutch, and an electric drive can only be used to turn off the clutch and at the same time requires a lot of energy. The system does not provide control of the clutch on-off process.

The objective of the proposed solution is to reduce the energy costs of control, ensuring the specified laws for turning on and off each clutch by using the original design of the clutch with a reversible electric drive and automation of the control of switching clutches and gearboxes of gearboxes taking into account the parameters of the internal combustion engine.

This task is achieved in that the vehicle clutch control system includes a clutch control mechanism associated with the brake pedal and a fuel pedal, the clutch control mechanism includes an automatic clutch control unit (BAUS), to which a brake pedal position sensor (DPPT) is connected, connected with a brake pedal, a fuel pedal position sensor (DPPTT), connected to a fuel pedal and a fuel management system sensor (CUPT), CUPT, a switching control unit gearbox transmissions (BUPP KPP) with a joystick to which the gearbox actuator (IMPP KPP) is connected, shaft speed sensors (DO1) of even clutch gears and (DO2) odd gear box, crankshaft speed sensor (DOKV), turn-on alarm sensors clutch of even gears (ДВкС1) and odd gears (ДВкС2), clutch disengagement sensor (ДВыкС1 and С2) of even and odd gears, control unit of rotation speed and direction of rotation (БУ СВ and НВ) of an executive electric drive control, which includes an electric a DC motor, a switch of its direction of rotation (NVD), powered from the vehicle’s electric energy source (battery and generator), while the motor shaft is connected through a gearbox and screw drive to a release bearing moving mechanism including a rotary L-shaped two-arm lever, with the ability to move by means of rods relative to the lower holder of the release bearing housing, the upper holder of the release bearing housing is configured to interact with dates ikami signaling clutch engagement even gears (DVkS1) and odd gears (DVkS2) and the clutch sensor (DVykS1 and C2), respectively, and pivotally connected by rods with the arms control the position of the pressure plate of the clutch.

Compared with the known, the proposed control system of a double-flow non-continuously closed clutch of a vehicle (for example, known according to the patent UA 101711, B60K 17/02, B60K 23/00, F16D 13/38, 2013) allows to reduce the energy consumption for control, automatically and selectively shift even and odd gears of the gearbox rows, improving operational performance by switching gears of the gearbox rows without interruption of the power flow of the gears, the possibility of turning on the torque transmission and adjusting the time for switching on the friction pairs.

The drawing shows a vehicle clutch control system.

The vehicle clutch control system includes an automatic clutch control unit (BAUS) 1 to which a brake pedal position sensor 3 (DPPT) 2 with a return spring 4, a fuel pedal 6 position sensor 5 (DPPPT) connected via a feed control system 7 are connected engine fuel (DBMS) with BAUS 1, gear shift control unit 8 (BUPP KPP) automatically and by means of a joystick 9 to which the gearbox actuator 10 (IMPP KPP) is connected, the sensor 11 revolutions (DO1) leading the shaft 12 of even gears and the sensor 13 revolutions (DO2) of the drive shaft 14 of the odd gears, the sensor 15 of the clutch enable signal of the odd gears (DVKS1) and the sensor 16 of the clutch enable signal of the even gears (DVKS2), the clutch switch sensor 17 (DVvkS1 and C2) of even and odd gears, control unit 18 for controlling the speed of rotation and direction of rotation (BU CV and HB) of the shaft of the electric motor 19. A DC motor 19, a battery 20, a generator 21 with an excitation winding 22 and a voltage regulator 23 (PH), a switch 24 rotation direction (NVD), the shaft of the electric motor 19 is connected to the gearbox 25 (a 2-stage cylindrical gearbox is shown. Use of a planetary rudder is possible). The output shaft 26 of the gearbox 25 is connected to a helical gear 27 interacting with the release mechanism of the release bearing 28, including a rotary, through hinges 29, L-shaped two-arm lever 30 mounted on the hinges 31 with the possibility of movement by means of the lever 32 of the movable guide support 33 of the inner release ring the bearing 28. The upper race 34 of the release bearing housing 28 is configured to interact with the odd gear clutch enable signals sensors 15 and 16 (odd gears) and even gears (DVkS2) and the clutch shutdown sensor 17 (DVykS1 and C2), respectively. The clutch has a housing 35 mounted on the crankshaft 36 of the engine 37. On the crankshaft 36 is a sensor 38 of the crankshaft speed (DOKV), connected to the block 1 automatic clutch control (BAUS). A drive disk 39 in the form of a flywheel is mounted on the housing 35. The driven discs 40 and 41 are mounted on the coaxially placed primary shafts of the odd 14 and even 12 rows of gears that are included in the gearbox 42. The pressure disk 43, located between the driven discs 40 and 41, the support disk 44, mounted stationary on the housing 35, an additional disk 45 spring-loaded relative to the housing 35 by means of compression springs 46. The rotary stops 47 are pivotally mounted on the additional disk 45, pivotally connected to the pressure disk 43 by means of rods 48. Between the support disk 44 and the rotary stops 47, sliders 49 are mounted pivotally by means of levers 50 and rods 51 with release bearing 28.

The control system of the clutch of the vehicle operates as follows.

In the neutral position of the clutch, the release bearing 28 together with the rods 51 are in the position of interaction with the clutch disengaging sensor 17 (DVyC1 and C2), i.e. leading and driven friction pairs do not interact with each other.

To enable even transmission, for example, any row of the gearbox, a force is applied to the joystick 9 and the latter is transferred to a position in which the power from the battery 20 and the generator 21 through the automatic clutch control unit (BAUS) 1 is supplied to the gearbox control unit 8 (BUPP CAT ) and actuator 10 gearbox (IMPP KPP). At the same time, the signal to block 1 automatic clutch control (BAUS) comes from the sensor 2 of the brake pedal position (DPPT), from the sensor 5 of the fuel supply control system (SPPD), associated with the pedal 6 of the fuel supply (DPPT), from the sensor 11 revolutions of the driven shaft ( DO1) of even gears, from a sensor 38 of crankshaft revolutions (DOKV), from a sensor 16 for turning on the clutch for couplings of even gears (ДВкС1), then to a block 18 for controlling the rotation speed and direction of rotation (BU CV and HB), closing the necessary contacts for turning on the switch 24 (NVD) direction the rotation of turning on the electric motor 19 with the subsequent transfer of torque to the output shaft 26 of the gearbox 25. The helical gear 27 when the shaft is movable relative to its axis relatively stationary changes the length between the hinges 29 and rotates the L-shaped two-arm lever 30 in the hinges 31 by acting on the hinges 29 (the connection can be using two hinges, as shown in the drawing) and moves the lower guide 33 together with the release bearing 28 by means of levers 32 towards the signal sensor 16 on Clutch of even gears (DVkS2). In this case, the rods 51, moving, turn the levers 50, which move the sliders 49. The sliders 49, acting on the rotary stops 47, displace their support points and they rotate in hinges due to the forces created by the springs 46. The rotary stops 47 by means of rods 48 act on a pressure disk 43, which, moving in the axial direction, presses the driven disk 41 to the master disk 44, closing the chain. Torque from the crankshaft 36 through the closed clutch discs is transmitted to the input shaft 12 of even gearboxes of gearbox 42. Depending on the engine speed 37, taking into account the readings of the sensors: 38 - crankshaft revolutions (DOKV), 11 - revolutions of the drive shaft (DO1) even gears, 2 - position of the brake pedal, 5 - position of the fuel pedal, select the desired gear. Subsequently, when changing the speed of the crankshaft 36, the gears of the even and odd rows of the gearbox 42 are switched automatically, depending on the mode and parameters of the vehicle's motion (acceleration, steady motion, braking).

To enable the odd gear, the process is repeated in the same way, with the exception of the signal to the automatic clutch control unit (BAUS) 1 coming from the fuel pedal position sensor 6, the odd gear sensor 13 of the drive shaft speed (DO2) and the odd gear clutch signaling sensor 15 ( DVKS1). The control unit 18 controls the speed of rotation and direction of rotation (BU SV and HB) by means of an incoming signal from block 1 of the automatic clutch control (BAUS) closes the necessary contacts of the switch 24 (NVD) of the direction of rotation of the electric motor 19, changing the direction of rotation, the moment from the electric motor 19 is transmitted through gear 25 to its output shaft 26. Helical gear 27 changes its length and pivots in the hinges 31 the L-shaped two-arm lever 32 through the hinge 29 and moves the guide 33 together with the release bearing ipnikom 28 by means of levers 32 towards the sensor 15 signaling clutch engagement odd gears (DVkS1). In this case, the rods 51, moving, move the levers 50, which move the sliders 49. The sliders 49, moving to the axis of rotation of the coupling, change the fulcrum and springs 46, acting on the rotary stops 47, rotate them in hinges. The rotary stops 47 by means of rods 48 act on the pressure plate 43, which, moving in the axial direction, presses the driven disk 40 to the supporting disk - flywheel 39, closing the power circuit. Torque from the crankshaft 36 through the closed drive disks of the odd gear of the clutch is transmitted to the input shaft 14 of the odd gears of the gearbox 42. Depending on the crankshaft 36 revolutions of the engine 37 recorded by the sensor 38 of the crankshaft speed (DKV), the readings from the sensor 13 revolutions of the master shaft (DO2) of odd gears and sensors 2 and 6, the necessary gear is selected.

To deactivate the transmission of torque - putting the clutch in neutral, the driver does not act on the fuel pedal 6, but acts on the joystick 9 or brake pedal 3. The signal from sensor 2 or from BUPP KPP 8 is sent to BAUS 1, which transmits a control signal to block 18, which, taking into account signals from sensors 15 and 16, determines the direction of rotation of electric motor 19. The moment from electric motor 19 is through gearbox 25, screw transmission 27 is transmitted to levers 32. The force is transmitted to the release bearing 28, which moves through the rods 51 and levers 50 of the slide 49, which move to the position where the axis of the hinges of the pivot stops and the contact point with the slide are on the same axis. The rod 51, moving in the axial direction, installs the release bearing 28 opposite the clutch disengaging sensor 17 (DVyC1 and C2). The signal from the clutch disengage sensor 17 (DVyK1 and C2) is supplied to BAUS 1, which transmits a control signal to the control unit SV and HB 18 and the motor 19 is stopped. When this levers 50, turning, set the sliders 49 in a position in which the leading and driven friction pairs of the clutches do not interact with each other. Clutches are off. Torque from the crankshaft 36 of the engine 37 is not transmitted to the shafts 12 and 14.

By setting the speed and direction of rotation of the electric motor 19 by the BAUS 1 unit, the necessary speed of engaging and disengaging the clutch is ensured. The use of an electric drive makes it possible to ensure the stability of laws and control parameters when transmitting a power flow without a break, to facilitate automation of dual clutch control and to reduce energy consumption for control.
