The fifth and sixth walls are located in geometric places corresponding to the bases of a rectangular parallelepiped. The first and second walls, as well as the third and fourth walls, are located opposite each other. The first and second walls have a length greater than the length of the third and fourth walls, which also have the same length. The third and fourth walls are provided with through slots for the hands. The first and second walls from below with their long side are pivotally connected to the fifth wall. The first wall from above with its long side is hingedly connected to the first part of the sixth wall. The second wall from above with its long side is hingedly connected to the second part of the sixth wall. The second wall from the lateral short sides is hingedly connected to the first and second tabs for mounting between the third and seventh and into the space between the fifth and eighth walls. The third and fourth walls with their upper sides are hingedly connected to the seventh and eighth walls through the first and second intermediate element. FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the field of packaging, in particular to cardboard packaging for glass bottles.

BACKGROUND

Rectangular boxes are well known. Tabs in rectangular boxes or dividers are also well known, which are a part that is manufactured separately from the box blank and installed inside a rectangular box to fix the bottles and prevent them from colliding with each other (see, for example, RF patent for utility model No. 130970).

A disadvantage of the known solutions is either that they do not allow storing and transporting bottles in a lying position, or that although they allow transporting bottles in a lying position, however, the bottle support and the box body cannot be made in the form of a single workpiece, and represent different parts, for the connection of which each other requires additional assembly operations.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The objective of the present invention is to provide packaging boxes for glass bottles, which provides the following utilitarian and operational characteristics:

- has means for easy carrying,

- has a high enough strength to stack without significant creasing even when the box is full of bottles,

- provides the ability to assemble from a flat compact billet without the use of glue and additional fasteners,

- provide storage of bottles in the "on the side" position,

- make it easy to see the label of the bottle without having to remove it from the box (which is typical for boxes that provide storage of bottles in the "standing" position).

The technical result consists in solving this problem in such a way that the box structure on one side provides support for the bottles, preventing them from colliding during transportation, and at the same time, the design is such that it makes it possible to manufacture the box body and supports from a single sheet of material by cutting and bending with minimal waste material.

The above problem is solved due to the fact that the proposed box for bottles has in the assembled and closed state the appearance of a rectangular parallelepiped and contains:

the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth walls, which are external,

the seventh and eighth walls, which are internal,

bottle support,

said support is made up of two parts: first and second,

said sixth wall is made up of two parts: the first and second,

said first, second, third and fourth walls are lateral and are located in geometrical places corresponding to the lateral faces of a rectangular parallelepiped,

said fifth and sixth walls are located in geometrical places corresponding to the bases of a rectangular parallelepiped,

the first and second wall, as well as the third and fourth wall are located opposite each other,

the first and second walls have the same length greater than the length of the third and fourth walls, which also have the same length,

said third and fourth walls are provided with through slots for the hands,

said first and second walls bottom pivotally connected to said fifth side by their long side,

said first wall from above with its long side pivotally connected to said first part of the sixth wall,

said second wall from above with its long side pivotally connected to said second part of the sixth wall,

said second wall from the short lateral sides is pivotally connected to the first and second tabs, respectively, which are intended to be installed in the space between the said third and seventh and in the space between the fifth and eighth walls, respectively,

said third and fourth walls with their upper sides are pivotally connected to said seventh and eighth walls, respectively, through the first and second intermediate elements, respectively,

said third and fourth walls with their lower sides are pivotally connected to the first and second parts of the bottle support, respectively,

said parts of the bottle support are made so that one of them forms at least two gaps, each of which corresponds to the diameter of the bottom of the bottle, and the other part forms at least two gaps, each of which corresponds to the diameter of the top of the bottle, when said gaps of different parts of the support are located essentially on the same axis.

It should be understood that the instructions containing the numerals, such as “first”, “second”, “third”, etc., are to some extent conditional and made only to distinguish between the structural elements of the box when they are mentioned, and not because these elements actually have any specific numbers.

It should also be understood that such indications of the shape and position in space, such as “geometric place”, rectangular box, “top”, “bottom”, “side”, “opposite each other” and the like, are made for brevity by example already assembled box in the closed position when it stands on the fifth wall (bottom). These instructions should be understood wider than their literal meaning, so as to cover the boxes described with their use in any position in space, in the open or closed state, as well as in the assembled state or in the form of a blank, as well as boxes slightly differing in its shape from a rectangular parallelepiped, but still not so much that they could be called, for example, round, oval, having the shape of a pyramid or a hexagonal prism.

Further, the aforementioned box, characterized in general categories, is illustrated by the example of some particularly preferred forms of execution, providing additional benefits.

The aforementioned inner walls, said inlays and / or said support parts can be fixed in a predetermined position, for example, by means of tongue-and-groove joints, the spikes being located at the ends of the sides of the aforementioned inner walls, the aforementioned inlays and / or the aforementioned support parts and made integrally with the aforementioned inner walls, the aforementioned tabs and / or the aforementioned parts of the support, and the grooves are formed by cuts in the aforementioned walls.

The aforementioned articulated joints can be provided, for example, by means of folding lines.

The blank from which the box ready for use is folded can be made, for example, by cutting and bending a single sheet of material. Alternatively, the preform can be obtained by gluing, heat sealing and / or embossing the individual parts with each other.

The preferred box material is cardboard, particularly preferably corrugated board. Even more preferably, when the box is made of corrugated cardboard with a thickness of essentially 3 mm.

In one of the possible forms of execution, the box contains a tab with slots for bottles, the ends of which are made with the possibility of fastening with the mentioned parts of the support for bottles.

In one preferred embodiment, the aforementioned sixth wall is further provided with a slot for a finger.

You must understand that in the present text the packaging is characterized only by such signs that are sufficient to solve the task, implement the purpose and achieve the selected technical result; special mention of all the characteristics and utilitarian characteristics of the packaging without exception is not required if specialists should be aware that products of the same kind possess such characteristics and utilitarian characteristics and without them the main purpose is not realized; all the more, it is not necessary to limit the generalized features to any specific options, if such should be known to specialists and (or) can be selected according to known rules.

The design and use of the device is clearly illustrated by figures 1-3 on the example of private and specific embodiments.

As shown in the attached figures, the bottle box in the assembled and closed state looks like a rectangular parallelepiped and contains:

A box is made by cutting from a whole sheet of corrugated cardboard with a thickness of 3 mm. Also suitable are any known methods for cutting cardboard at predetermined locations, for example laser cutting. The latter allows you to cut several sheets of cardboard, stacked on top of each other in one operation. The fold lines are preferably formed by embossing along a predetermined contour or by forming a series of perforations along a predetermined contour. After drawing the fold lines get a flat workpiece suitable for assembling the finished box. To do this, the workpiece is bent in the sequence shown in the photographs. First, the first and second walls are brought together, placing the first and second tabs between the third and fourth walls, then the seventh and eighth walls are fastened by installing spikes located at the ends of the seventh and eighth walls in the mating slots of the adjacent walls, while the supporting elements located at the ends of the seventh and eighth walls, are located near the fifth wall (at the bottom). After folding the support elements according to pre-formed fold lines, the slots in them form gaps, the width and depth of which are selected so that one part of the support fixes the bottom of the bottle in the supine position and the other part of the support fixes the top of the bottle in the supine position.

Thus, the average specialist when comparing with the closest analogue will be clear that the above box has the properties mentioned above in the section "SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION".

The box according to claim 1, characterized in that the fixation of the aforementioned inner walls, the aforementioned tabs and / or the aforementioned parts of the support is made by means of "tongue-groove" connections, while the spikes are formed at the ends of the sides of the aforementioned inner walls, the aforementioned tabs and / or the aforementioned parts of the support and are made in one piece with the aforementioned inner walls, the aforementioned tabs and / or the aforementioned parts of the support, and the grooves are formed by cuts in the aforementioned walls. 3.
