SUBSTANCE: container of the nail cutter is made of a non-metallic material in the form of a closed chamber with fixedly interconnected walls, fixed to the nail cutter. The chamber is made airtight, in the section in the form of a rectangle, with the nail cutter installed inside. The chamber projects along the entire length of the nail cutter laterally on both sides of it. The rear wall (10) of the chamber is rigidly attached to the end of the tail part of the cutters, and the front wall is formed with a window through which the cutting head of the nail cutter is passed and fixedly attached to the bottom wall of the lower cutter in the area of said cutting head. The upper wall (13) of the chamber is rigidly attached to the carrying part of the upper cutter and is made with an opening (15) by the working part size of the upper cutter for its possibility of free elastic deformation by the lever (8). The lower wall (16) of the chamber, playing the role of the bottom, is made hinged, and the front wall is equipped with a hinged cover (17) airtightly closing the cutting head of the cutters. The hinged bottom wall (16) of the chamber and the cover (17) for closing the cutting head of the cutters are made with the possibility to be locked after they are closed.

Description

The invention relates to the field of meeting the vital needs of a person, in particular to devices for cutting nails on the fingers, and more particularly to a container of a nail cutter. Known nail clipper (see descriptions of US patent No. 5072511, IPC A45D 29/02, publ. 12/17/1991, under the name "Nail clipper"), containing the upper and lower cutters with cutting edges on the front end, facing towards each other , a drive lever, as well as a container for collecting and accumulating trimmed nail particles, which contains two chambers communicated between each other - the near and far, limited by the side walls of the lower cutter, which, when cutting the nail, exclude the scattering of nail particles. Removing the cut-off particles of nails from the chambers is done by shaking.

Also known is a nail cutter (see description of patent RU No. 2401029, 7 IPC A45D 29/02, published on 10/10/2010, bull. No. 28 under the name "Nail Clipper"), containing the upper and lower cutters with cutting edges on front end facing each other, a support axis passed through the holes of the torches, the drive lever, as well as the container. Some of the cutters beyond the cutting edges are made with internal concave surfaces similar in shape to the inner surface of the spoons to prevent the scattering of particles of nails and forming a container for collecting and temporary storage of nails when closing the cutting edges when cutting the nails. Removing the trimmed particles of the nails is also carried out by shaking.

A common drawback of the known containers of nail cutters in the above analogues is their high metal consumption, as well as their inefficiency when trying to temporarily store trimmed nail particles, since after opening the cutting edges, the nail particles are able to immediately get enough sleep through the gap between the cutting edges or other gaps between the cutters.

Also known is a nail clipper with a container for collecting trimmed particles of nails (see US patent No. 5832610, publ. 10.11.1998). The container of the nail cutter is made of non-metallic material in the form of a closed chamber with walls fixed to each other, fixed to the nail cutter, protruding from one side on the side and below the lower cutter, and communicated with a gap between its cutting edges, a cover for closing the chamber from the bottom, which performs the function of the bottom . The protruding part of the chamber below the lower cutter is designed to collect, accumulate, and can be used to temporarily store cut pieces of nails.

Removing the cut off particles of nails is carried out by opening the lid, as well as by shaking the particles of nails that do not fall into the container, remaining in the area of the cutting edges.

Known container nail cutter in its technical essence is closer to the proposed one and can be adopted as a prototype.

The disadvantages of the prototype is not the manufacturability, as well as the complexity of its design. In addition, the delayed particles of the cut nails in the area of the cutting edges after their opening have the ability to sleep through the gap between the cutting edges.

The technical task of the present invention is to remedy the above disadvantages of the prototype.

The stated technical problem is solved by the described container of the nail cutter, made of non-metallic material in the form of a closed chamber with walls fixedly connected to each other, fixed to the nail cutter, protruding from one side on the side and below the lower cutter, and communicated with a gap between its cutting edges, a cover for closing camera bottom, performing the function of the bottom.

What's new is that the camera is sealed in a rectangular shape with a nail cutter installed inside, while the camera protrudes along the entire length of the nail cutter on both sides of the nail, the rear wall of the camera is rigidly fixed to the end of the tail of the cutters, and the front wall is made with a window, through which the head part of the nail cutters is passed and rigidly fixed to the lower wall of the lower cutter in the area of the cutting head, while the upper wall of the chamber is rigidly fixed to the upper cutter and is made with an opening of the size of work of which part of the upper cutter for its possibility of free elastic deformation by the lever, the lower wall of the chamber, which plays the role of the bottom, is hinged, and the front wall is equipped with a hermetically sealed cutting head of the cutters with a hinged lid, the hinged lower wall of the chamber and the cover for closing the cutting head of the cutters after their closure. In this case, plastic, polyethylene or polypropylene, etc., for example, plexiglass, can be used as a non-metallic material for the manufacture of the container.

Preliminary patent research to determine the technical level and novelty was carried out according to the patent fund of the TatNIPIneft Institute of OAO Tatneft to a depth of 20 years. The analysis of known technical solutions in this technical field showed that the claimed technical solution has features that are not in the analogues and prototype, and their use in the claimed combination of essential features allows to obtain a new technical result. Therefore, we can assume that the claimed technical solution meets the conditions of patentability "novelty" and "inventive step".

The following drawings explain the essence of the invention, where in FIG. 1 shows a nail cutter without a container, a general perspective view showing the cutters with cutting edges making up the cutting head, a lever that is in the initial position, the cutting edges of the cutters are open.

In FIG. 2 shows a container for collecting, accumulating and storing trimmed nail particles, where a cover of its front wall is visible to close the protruding part of the cutting head when it is tilted, front view in perspective view.

In FIG. 3 is the same as in FIG. 2, a side view, the front cover is in the closed position, an opening is visible on the upper wall for free elastic deformation of the working part of the upper cutter.

In FIG. 4 is the same as in FIG. 3, when the container is made of transparent material and mounted on a nail cutter, as a result of which it is inside it, the lever of the nail cutter is brought into working position, the opening of the upper wall is visible, the front wall cover is open before starting work.

In FIG. 5 is the same as in FIG. 4, when the lever is in the initial position and the cutting edges of the torches are closed by the lid after completion of work.

The nail cutter A, to which the container is mounted, contains cutters 1 and 2 (see Fig. 1) upper and lower, respectively, with cutting edges 3 and 4 at the front ends facing each other and in open form in the initial position, with the formation of a gap 5 for the possibility of entry of the cut-off part of the nail, while the rear ends of the cutters are fixed to each other fixedly using, for example, rivets 6. The working part 7 of the upper cutter 1 is elastically deformable using the lever 8 pivotally fixed to the fixed axis 9 with the possibility of circles wow turn.

The container B of the nail cutter A (see FIGS. 2 and 3) is made of non-metallic material in the form of a closed chamber with walls fixedly connected to each other, fixed to the nail cutter communicated with a gap 5 between its cutting edges 3 and 4, a cover for closing the chamber from below, performing the function of the bottom for collecting and accumulating cut off particles of nails. The chamber B is sealed in the shape of a rectangle with a nail cutter A installed inside (see Fig. 4), to which it is fixed, while it protrudes along the width of the entire length of the nail cutter on both sides of the cutters 1 and 2. The back wall 10, the camera is rigidly fixed to the end of the tail of the cutters, and the front wall 11 is made with a window 12 through which a cutting head is passed, including cutting edges 3 and 4 of the nail cutter, and is rigidly fixed to the lower wall of the lower cutter 2 in the area above the cutting head. The upper wall 13 of the camera is rigidly fixed to the bearing part 14 of the upper cutter and is made with an opening 15 in size of the working part 7 of the upper cutter 1 for its free elastic deformation by the lever 8. The lower wall 16 of the camera, which acts as a cover for closing the camera from the bottom, performing the function of the bottom for the collection and accumulation of cut particles of nails, made folding (not shown). The front wall 11 is provided with a hermetically sealed cutting head of the torches with a hinged cover 17. The hinged lower wall 16 of the chamber and the cover 17 for closing the cutting head of the torches are made with the possibility of fixing after they are closed. The container B of the nail cutter A is made of colored and transparent polyethylene or polypropylene material, or plastic, or plexiglass, etc., giving the appearance an attractive, aesthetic appearance by cold or hot welding, or molding, or gluing.

There may be several options for mounting the container to the nail cutter, at the discretion of the manufacturer.

Below is one of the mounting options. First, the upper wall is formed by welding, made in advance with the opening 15 in accordance with the length of the upper cutter 1 and its elastically deformable working part 7, protruding on both sides from the sides at equal distances. For ease of installation, the back wall is temporarily hinged. The nail cutter is started through the open rear wall of the chamber until the cutting head of the cutters 1 and 2 exits through the window 12 of the front wall 11, after which the thickened front wall 11 is attached to the lower wall of the lower cutter 2 in the area of the cutting head with the lower chamber wall 16 open, and then it is fixed and to the end of the upper wall. Then the back wall 10 is closed and rigidly fixed to the end of the tail of the cutters, then it is also fixedly fixed to the upper and side walls.

A nail cutter with a mounted container is used as follows.

First, the lever 8 is brought into the working position, after which the front cover 17 is folded to failure, as shown in FIG. 2, the trimmed part of the nail is brought in and passed through the gap 5 between the cutting edges 3 and 4 and pressing the lever, the fingernail is cut, in which the cut-off particles bounce off and fall to the bottom of the chamber B, where they not only collect, accumulate, but also store them. After the nail cutting operation is completed, the front cover is closed, which prevents the scraps from coming out through the gap between the cutting edges, and the lever is returned to its original position, as shown in FIG. 5.

The technical functional advantage of the offer in comparison with analogues, including the prototype, is as follows. A nail cutter with a container of the proposed design, preventing the scattering of particles of cut nails, also provides collection, accumulation and storage, i.e. It has advanced functionality, simplicity of design, manufacturability in manufacturing. In addition, it is compact. Its use allows the consumer to carry out nail cutting in comfortable conditions - sitting at the table, on the couch, during the trip of a passenger on transport, travelers to HAC, i.e. does not burden their user to go to the toilet while cutting nails, to lay paper while cutting nails, for fear of flying apart, falling out and finding them in the most unexpected places, for example, on carpets, in bed, on clothes, on a desk, chairs, etc. D. that this is not excluded when using well-known containers of nail cutters.
