Abstract
Description
The intranasal simulator is intended for use in the field of health protection, especially in its preventive part, where the correct physiological functions in the home play an important role. The use of a simulator in everyday life will contribute to the formation of a stable reflex to respiratory breathing, as well as help eliminate the initial manifestations of nasal congestion.
An analysis of the state of the art by the applicant showed that a miniature device (in the size of the nasal passages) with the task of preventing and eliminating functional respiratory breathing disorders that can work without distracting the user from his household items or professional duties does not exist at the time of application.
The invention is illustrated by graphic materials, where in FIG. 1 shows a general view of the simulator, which is two cylindrical-shaped bases, the so-called base (p. 1), rigidly interconnected by means of a rocker arm (p. 3) and an arm-deflector (p. 2). The base is a hollow cylinder, tightly closed on one side and open on the other. Base length from 10 mm to 15 mm, outer diameter up to 11 mm - custom size variations. The outer surface of the base is changed by longitudinal slots forming guide channels (Fig. 2, p. 4) for air flows. The number of slots can be from five or more. The channels are in communication with the cavity of the base through slotted holes (Fig. 2, p. 5). Sections of the unchanged base surface form ridges (Fig. 2, p. 6), performing a supporting function on the mucous membranes with intranasal fixation.
5, п. 9.).The deflector brackets (Fig. 3, p. 2) are interconnected by a beam (Fig. 3, p. 3) with a soft metal bow. Brackets-deflectors perform a dual function: 1. As intermediaries connect and fix in a certain position relative to each other base; 2. Cut the incoming air flow, directing the latter to the ribs of the liners (Fig. 4, p. 8) or the blades of the turbines (Fig. 5, p. 9.).

The statics of the device. The simulator is selected by the user in size, which, as a rule, corresponds to the diameter of the terminal phalanx of the little finger of the user's brush. It is taken by the fingers of the rocker and inserted into the cavity of the nostrils.
The dynamics of the device. The principle of its action is that, when inserted into the nasal passages, the simulator directs the inhaled and exhaled air flows to the walls of the nasal passages, enhancing the sensation of air passing through the nose, thereby breaking the stereotype of the “open mouth” and forming a reflex for remembering an improved breathing method. The simulator provides not only the indirect formation of the correct reflex through the popularization of information in this way, but also physically improves the processes of nasal breathing (ND). Physical improvement of processes (ND) occurs as follows. Air jets "pressed" to the walls of the nasal passages irritate and dry the mucous membranes, reducing the degree of their swelling, thereby increasing the internal diameters of the nasal passages. During the operation of the simulator, its internal cylindrical cavities can remain either empty or supplemented by various inserts, for example, the installation of turbines (when they move air, they will rotate, creating vibrating effects), by inserting porous inert turundas saturated with incense, volatile compounds with a therapeutic effect.
Variations of respiratory acts in combination with variations of inserts in the base cavities will create a gamut of sensations from flavored and therapeutic impregnations to massage vibrations from turbines.
