Implementation example
Example - the proposed composition of the concrete mixture with a complex modifying additive was prepared. Dosed by weight of the components of composition No. 1 shown in table No. 1. Portland cement, sand, highly active metakaolin, silica fume and 2/3 of water were mixed in a dry state, followed by the addition of Dynamix PK superplasticizer (prepared according to GOST 24211), 1/3 of the remaining water and final mixing.
Аналогичный способ: были приготовлены составы бетонной смеси с комплексной модифицирующей добавкой №2, №3, №4 и №5.A similar method: concrete mixtures with a complex modifying additive No. 2, No. 3, No. 4 and No. 5 were prepared.
The effect of the developed concrete mix was tested experimentally. Samples were molded with a size of 40 × 40 × 160 mm. Three pieces in each batch.
2.Samples solidified under normal conditions for 28 days, and then were tested for indication of tensile strength under bending and compression. Tests were conducted to determine the composition of Ca (OH) 2 according to the method GOST25818-91. The test results are shown in table 2.
The mechanism of action of active additives in the concrete mix is mainly due to their chemical interaction with lime formed as a result of C 3 S hydrolysis during cement hydration. In this case, low-basic calcium hydrosilicates of the C-SH (B) type, hydroaluminates and calcium hydroferrites, which increase the gel component of the cement stone, improve the strength and deformative properties of concrete, are mainly formed (Kastorny L.I. Concrete and mortar additives: Training and Reference allowance. Rostov n / A: Phoenix, 2007.221 s.), which led to the following effects:
- применение добавок совместно с суперпластификатором обеспечивает получение суммарного эффекта, который проявляется в упрочнения структуры мелкозернистого бетона, снижения в его составе Са(OH)2, результатом чего является получение коррозионностойких мелкозернистых бетонов.- the use of additives together with superplasticizer provides a total effect, which is manifested in the hardening of the structure of fine-grained concrete, a decrease in its composition Ca (OH) 2 , the result of which is the production of corrosion-resistant fine-grained concrete.
- совокупность существенных признаков влияния добавок проявляется в свойствах, которые обеспечивают повышение гидратационной активности компонентов бетонной смеси и образование структуры мелкозернистого бетона с плотной, прочной упаковкой.- the set of essential signs of the influence of additives is manifested in properties that provide an increase in the hydration activity of the components of the concrete mixture and the formation of the structure of fine-grained concrete with dense, strong packaging.
- образование плотной структуры мелкозернистого бетона за счет пуццоланического эффекта аморфного кремнезема, содержащегося в добавках, и, как следствие, повышение гидратационной активности компонентов бетонной смеси позволяет получить модифицированный коррозионностойкий мелкозернистый бетон, отличающийся повышенной прочностью при сжатии и долговечностью.- the formation of a dense structure of fine-grained concrete due to the pozzolanic effect of amorphous silica contained in the additives, and, as a result, an increase in the hydration activity of the components of the concrete mixture allows to obtain a modified corrosion-resistant fine-grained concrete, characterized by increased compressive strength and durability.
