The disadvantage of the prototype is that its shape does not provide comfortable seating on the seat in the vehicle due to the lack of sufficient support for the head and pain arising from uncontrolled movement of the head forward, backward and along the shoulder line caused by a sharp change in the trajectory and / or speed of the vehicle facilities. In addition, the end parts of the pillows of the prototype do not provide fixation of the seat belt and protect the chest and thoracic spine from the pressure of the seat belt.

The technical problem to which the claimed device is directed is to reduce the risk of pain in the cervical and thoracic spine during transportation and placing a person on a seat in a vehicle.

The technical result, which the claimed device is aimed at, is providing support for the cervical spine and reducing pressure on the thoracic spine during transportation and placing a person on a seat in a vehicle.

The essence of the claimed device is as follows.

The U-shaped anatomical pillow contains a central, two lateral and two end parts forming an opening. Unlike the prototype, the width of the side parts is at least one diameter of the hole, while the side parts have greater rigidity than the Central and end parts. The end parts from the outer side are provided with fasteners.

The side parts are located on the line of the shoulders, their width is at least one diameter of the hole formed by the parts of the pillow, which provides support for the head when tilting to the shoulder and forward due to the sufficient width of the side parts. The side parts can be made in the form of chambers for inflation inside the cover, equipped with a valve for inflation.

The side parts and the central part can be separated by partitions, while the side parts have greater rigidity than the central and end parts. Rigidity is understood as the ability of the side parts to resist deformation under external influence, i.e. when the pressure of the head on the side parts, which is achieved due to the different filling density of the filler of the side parts compared with the Central and end parts. As the filler of the anatomical pillow, for example, polystyrene balls, rice or buckwheat husks, camel or sheep wool, natural silk, fluff, feather, comfort can be used. silicone, synthetic winterizer, holofiber. latex, polyurethane, polystyrene. In the case of the lateral parts in the form of chambers for inflation, when filling the chambers with air, they also have greater rigidity than the central part.

Due to the implementation of the side parts with greater rigidity, when the end parts are rotated, the pillow bends only in the central part, while the side parts are lifted, retaining their shape, which provides support for the neck in an upright position.

The end parts can be flat, compared with the side and central parts of the pillow, their length can be at least one diameter of the hole for the neck, which allows them to be placed under the seat belt. The end parts are made to be connected to each other by means of fastening elements and are intended to fix the position of the main part of the claimed anatomical pillow around the neck and to press the side parts to the neck. The fastening elements are designed to ensure tight connection of the end parts to each other and fasten them to the seat belt and are located on the outer side of the end parts in the form of a sling with a fastener, such as fastex or rivet, or Velcro tape (Velcro fastener) or other means with the possibility of fastenings to another fastening element. The presence of fastenings on the end parts of the pillow and the possibility of their placement under the seat belts reduces the load on the thoracic spine due to the cushioning effect of the end parts in relation to the compressive force from the seat belt. In this case, the location of the end parts with the flat part down regulates the level of the seat belts and eliminates pressure on the cervical spine.

The fastening elements can be additionally located in the upper part of the side parts for fixing the seat belt and are made in the form of a sling with a buckle-regulator or fastex, or in the form of a Velcro tape, which ensures the removal of the seat belt from the neck and eliminates pressure on the cervical spine.

While turning the left end part clockwise and the right one counterclockwise 90 °, the central part bends and the side parts rise, which provides support for the cervical spine and allows you to keep the neck in case you tilt your head forward and along the shoulder line.

The central part can be made cylindrical, which provides support for the head when bending the neck back when located on the seat of the vehicle. It can also be made in the form of a belt connecting the side parts, while supporting the position of the neck by supporting the occipital part of the head on a seat in a vehicle.

The claimed invention is characterized by the following essential distinguishing features:

- the width of the side parts of the pillow is at least one hole diameter, which allows for sufficient support for the head along the shoulder line and to reduce the likelihood of pain in the cervical spine;

- the central part of the pillow has less rigidity than the side parts, which makes it possible to bend without deformation of the side parts;

- the end parts of the pillow are equipped with fasteners from the outer side, which makes it possible to place them under the seat belt and makes it necessary to rotate the end parts by 90 °, due to which the side parts are lifted.

The combination of the above essential features was not previously known from the prior art and allows you to provide support for the cervical spine, as well as reduce pressure on the thoracic spine during transportation and placement of a person on a seat in a vehicle, which reduces the likelihood of pain in the cervical and thoracic spine.

The above allows us to conclude that the claimed invention meets the criteria of patentability "novelty" and "inventive step".

The claimed invention can be made of known materials using known means, which allows us to conclude that the claimed invention meets the patentability criterion of "industrial applicability".

The principle of operation of the claimed device is as follows.

Due to the fact that the side parts 2 are raised above the level of the shoulders, the head is prevented from overturning to the sides, and the end parts 3 prevent the head from dropping forward and soften the pressure from the seat belts.
