Description

The invention relates to a device for small arms and cannon armament and can be used to increase the combat characteristics of machine gun installations.

A device is known for the machine gun installation (see. "Universal machine". Technical description and operating instructions 6U6 TO, p. 8, 46, 54, 56, 57, 62, 63), adopted as a prototype.

The device comprises a base (lower machine) with fastening elements on the carrier (openers), a rotating part (upper machine), a swinging part (cradle), as well as hand brakes of the swinging and rotating parts. The device can be placed on the media or transferred to the stowed and secretive position.

A disadvantage of the known device is the inadequacy of the design for the quick transfer of weapons to the stowed or secretive position, for example, the transfer of weapons into the carrier, and for the rapid removal of weapons from the carrier to the combat position.

The proposed invention solves the problem: increasing the combat capabilities of machine gun installations.

The technical result obtained by carrying out the invention consists in connecting the base and fastening elements on the carrier through the axis and the hook and combining the drives of the braking mechanisms of the rotating and swinging parts of the machine gun installation.

This goal is achieved by the fact that in a machine gun installation containing a base with fastening elements on the carrier, a rotating part with a swivel, a swinging part and braking mechanisms, it is new that the base is connected by an axle and hook of the base with fastening elements of the machine gun on the carrier on the swinging of the part, a radiused surface with one or more fixing grooves is made, on the rotating part, a movable rod is installed with the possibility of interaction with the fixing groove, a window with side walls, and on the base there is a slider with copy surfaces that can interact with the movable bar and the side walls of the window in the swivel, and the base is equipped with slide travel stops and a slide stop installed to interact with machine gun mounts on the carrier.

A pivot arm connected to the slider by the earring can be mounted on the base axis, and a base hook switch is located on the slider or pivot arm.

The connection of the base with the fastening elements by the axis and the hook allows you to fix the installation on the carrier and after turning off the hook by turning it is convenient and uniform to translate the installation in the stowed (hidden) position.

The execution on the swinging part of the radius surface with one or more grooves allows you to fix it in certain positions with a movable bar mounted on the rotating part.

The execution of a window with side walls in a swivel and the location on the base of the slider with copy surfaces allows you to fix and unlock the rotating part on the base along the horizontal angles of installation guidance and control the movement of the movable rod.

The supply of the base with the stroke limiters of the slider and the slide stopper, which is installed with the possibility of interaction with the fastening elements, allows you to translate the base into various positions and unlock the swinging and rotating parts of the installation when moving it to the combat position.

The installation on the axis of the pivot arm connected by the earring to the slider allows for the convenience of moving the slider and the entire installation when it is transferred to the combat and traveling position.

Implementation of the hook switch on the slider or on the rotary lever allows for convenient fixation of the base on the carrier.

The machine gun installation device contains fastening elements 1 on the carrier and the base 2 connected by an axis 3 and a hook 4. On the base 2, a swivel 5 and a slider 6 with copiers 7 and 8 and stops 9 and 10 are mounted for rotation.

In the swivel 5 and the base 2 there are windows with side walls 11 and 12.

A swivel 13 is fixed on the swivel 5 with an axis 14 and a radius surface 15 on which one or more grooves 16 are made, as well as a spring-loaded rod 17.

On the base 2, the stopper 18 of the slider 6 and the buffer 19 are also fixed.

A rotary handle 20 with a cam 21 can be mounted on the axis 3, the handle 20 being connected to the slider 6 by the earring 22.

The device operates as follows

The machine gun installation can be in combat (shown in Fig. 1 and 2) and marching (secretive) positions.

In the combat position, the base 2 is held on the fastening elements 1 by the axis 3, the hook 4 and the buffer 19.

The machine gun 23 is mounted on the cradle 13 and can be aimed at the target by turning on the axis 14 (vertical) and on the swivel 5 (horizontal).

To translate the installation in marching or secretive (removed in the carrier 24) position, it is necessary to turn the handle 20 along arrow B in the desired direction. The handle 20 through the earring 22 will move the slider 6, which:

- a copier 7, acting on the rod 17, fixes through the groove 16 the cradle 13 with the machine gun 23 in the vertical plane;

- a copier 8, acting on the side walls 11 and 12, fixes the swivel 5 relative to the base 2, which eliminates the rotation of the rotating part of the installation in a horizontal plane, then the slider 6 is fixed by the stopper 18 and the stop 10 relative to the base 2.

Before fixing the slider 6, the handle 20 with its cam 21 disengages the hook 4, freeing the base 2, and the slider 6, acting with its emphasis 10 on the base 2, turns it on the axis 3, moving the machine with the machine gun 23 into the carrier 24.

In the intermediate position, the installation can be moved in a fixed position in the directions along arrows B and C, depending on the need, with a corresponding effect on the handle 20.

The movement of the slider 6 can be carried out without the use of the rotary handle 20, for example, directly by hand, and the hook 4 can be turned off by a cam located on the slider 6 (not shown in the figures) or manually.

Inside the carrier 24 in the stowed position, the installation can be fixed, for example, with elastic clamps.

To translate the installation into combat position, it is necessary to move the rotary handle 20 in the direction of arrow B. In this case, the slider 6, acting on the base 2 through the stopper 18, focuses 10 to rotate the movable part of the installation, translating it into the combat position.

When the movable part of the installation reaches its extreme position, its movement is limited by the hook 4 and the buffer 19, which interacts with the fastening elements 1, which also turn off the stopper 18, and the slider 6, moving relative to the base 2 to limit its stroke by the stop 9, releases its copiers 7 and 8 the rod 17 and the swivel 5, which ensures the release of the machine gun 23 at the vertical and horizontal angles of guidance. The machine gun installation is in a combat position and is ready to fire. The work of the remaining mechanisms: loading, cocking, feeding cartridges, etc. not marked due to their common knowledge.

The machine-gun mount device was tested with positive results at OJSC ZiD when creating new weapon systems for armored vehicles.
