SUBSTANCE: method of laying medical gloves manually into the package, which includes a base and support in the form of insert with hole. Method includes the following stages, where: 1) on the working surface is placed one glove; 2) on the first glove a second glove so that pins of the second gloves are directed towards the collar of the first gloves, and ends of pins second gloves are arranged, in fact, in the middle of palmar part of the first gloves; 3) a cuff of the first glove on pins second gloves; 4) a third glove on folded cuff first gloves, in fact, to the middle of palmar part so that pins of the third gloves are directed towards the second cuff gloves; 5) a second cuff glove on pins of the third gloves; 6) a fourth glove on folded cuff second gloves, in fact, to the middle of palmar part so that pins of the fourth gloves are directed towards the collar of the third gloves; 7) a cuff third gloves on pins of the fourth gloves. Repeat steps 6 and 7 to termination of laying the required number of gloves. Pile laid gloves are placed in the package base, after which the base is inserted, support arranged on top of the pile of gloves, the unfolded cuff in stack gloves fit into oval opening of the lodgement package. Package is closed by top cover with hole aligned with a hole of the lodgement.

EFFECT: invention provides placing gloves without using any additional equipment and prevents contact arms with located below the gloves.

Description

The invention relates to a method for packing medical gloves in a package. In particular, the invention relates to a method for manually packing medical gloves in a package.

State of the art

Medical gloves are widely known as the simplest and most common means of protection against infection of medical personnel and patients, used in medical institutions.

To ensure full protection, gloves should be stored in such a way as to minimize the risk of contamination. To do this, the gloves are often placed in the appropriate packaging, which allows each time to remove the gloves one by one for a specific medical manipulation, while avoiding contact of the hands with other gloves remaining in the package and the package itself.

To store gloves, so-called dispensers can be used. Of these dispensers, gloves are issued one at a time, the cuff forward. In this case, after removing one glove, the next cuff partially leaves the dispenser, which allows the glove to be removed by the cuff and prevents personnel from contacting other gloves and the dispenser. Such a dispenser is known, for example, from a source of information located at http://www.rts-tender.ru/viewreduction.aspx?id=505777.

In order for gloves to be removed from the packaging with minimal risk of contamination, it is essential that they are properly packed in the packaging.

In the prior art, automated methods for packing gloves are known. As an example of such a method, the technical solution disclosed in RU 2473457 describing a method for packaging gloves in a box and a device that implements this method can be cited.

The method described in document RU 2473457 is automated, it is carried out by means of a special device and, as a result, its use is associated with relatively high material costs and the use of additional equipment.

In addition, the method disclosed in the aforementioned document does not allow the gloves to be packed in the package so that when one of the gloves is removed, the next cuff partially leaves the package. At the same time, the achievement of just such an effect is necessary, since it allows you to prevent contact of the hands of personnel with other gloves and packaging when removing the gloves. As analysis of the state of the art and practical experience in this field shows, at the current stage of development of technology, such an effect can be achieved only through the implementation of accurate laying of gloves manually.

Thus, there is a need for a method for manually packing gloves into the package so that they can be removed later, in which the glove can be removed from the package to prevent personnel from contacting other gloves and the package.

Disclosure of invention

Based on the foregoing, the object of the invention is to provide a method for manually packing gloves without additional means and with the possibility of their subsequent removal, in which the glove could be removed from the package to prevent contact of the hands of personnel with other gloves and packaging.

This problem is solved by a method of manually packing medical gloves in a package, in which the package contains a base and a lodgement in the form of an insert having an opening. The proposed method includes the steps in which:

1) one glove is laid out on the working surface;

2) a second glove is applied to the first glove so that the fingers of the second glove are directed toward the cuff of the first glove, and the fingertips of the second glove are placed essentially in the middle of the palm of the first glove;

3) impose a cuff of the first glove on the fingers of the second glove;

4) impose a third glove on the folded cuff of the first glove, essentially to the middle of the palm, so that the fingers of the third glove are directed toward the cuff of the second glove;

5) impose a cuff of the second glove on the fingers of the third glove;

6) impose a fourth glove on the folded cuff of the second glove, essentially to the middle of the palm of the hand so that the fingers of the fourth glove are directed toward the cuff of the third glove;

7) impose a cuff of the third glove on the fingers of the fourth glove;

8) repeat steps 6 and 7 until completion of laying the required number of gloves;

9) a stack of stacked gloves is placed in the base of the package, after which a lodgement is inserted into the base, placing it over the pile of gloves, while the unfolded cuff of the last in the pile of gloves is threaded into the oval hole of the packing box;

10) the package is closed with a top cover having an opening matching the opening of the tool tray.

According to an embodiment of the invention, after step 9, step 9a is performed, after which the stack of gloves is placed in the package, the edge of the unfolded glove is laid on the side of the package so that the wide part of the cuff coincides with the wide part of the lodgement hole, after which the gloves are continued to be packed.

According to an embodiment of the invention, the medical gloves are surgical or examination gloves.

According to an embodiment of the invention, the lid of the package is connected on one side to the edge of the package.

According to an embodiment of the invention, the packaging is a dispenser box made of paper.

Thus, the present invention proposed a simple method that allows you to put the gloves in the package so that they can be removed from the package one at a time, the cuff forward. At the same time, thanks to this installation, after removing one glove, the next cuff partially leaves the package, which allows the next glove to be removed by the cuff, preventing the hands of medical personnel from contacting other gloves and the package itself, and, as a result, to reduce the risk of infection and increase the protection of personnel.

Moreover, this method is performed manually and does not require the use of any special equipment, i.e. is low cost.

The implementation of the invention

The invention is described in more detail below with reference to its preferred embodiments.

An ordinary medical glove contains the palm, finger and cuff.

Gloves can be made from traditional materials used for the manufacture of medical gloves, including natural latex, nitrile latex, vinyl. The proposed method is applicable for laying gloves made of any other suitable materials.

In accordance with the proposed method, gloves are laid on a work surface (for example, a table), which allows you to freely place gloves on it and perform all the operations provided for by the method.

Before starting to stack, a stack of gloves is removed from the primary packaging in which they were transported to the place of installation and are divided into separate gloves.

Next, take one glove and lay it on the work surface (step 1). Then take the second glove and lay it on the first glove so that the fingers of the second glove are directed towards the cuff of the first glove, and the fingertips of the second glove are in the center of the first glove, that is, essentially in the middle of the palm of the first glove (step 2) .

Then put the cuff of the first glove on the fingers of the second glove (step 3). The third glove is placed on the folded cuff of the first glove approximately to the middle of the palm of the hand so that the fingers of the third glove point toward the cuff of the second glove (step 4). The cuff of the second glove is placed on the fingers of the third glove (step 5).

Then, the fourth glove is applied to the folded cuff of the second glove (approximately to the middle of the palm) so that the fingers of the fourth glove are directed toward the cuff of the third glove (step 6) and the third glove cuff is applied to the fingers of the fourth glove (step 7).

Steps 6 and 7 are repeated until the required number of gloves has been laid.

After laying the required number of gloves, a stack of gloves placed in a package that contains a base and a lodgement in the form of an insert, in the center of which an oval hole is made. Preferably, the package is a dispenser box made of paper or other suitable material.

In this case, the uncomplicated cuff of the last in the pile of gloves is inserted into the oval hole of the packing box (step 9).

In the next step, the packaging is closed with the top cover (step 10).

The total number of boxed gloves is typically between 50 and 200. However, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the proposed method is not limited in the number of stacked gloves, which can be any. After approximately half of the gloves are stacked, this stack can be placed in the package and further laid down already in the package by repeating steps 6 and 7.

In another embodiment, the glove can be laid on the work surface until the required number of gloves has been laid, and then all gloves can be placed in the package.

At the final stage, the packaging is closed with a lid. The lid also has an opening that coincides when closing the package with the opening of the lodgement.

Preferably, the lid is integral with the packaging, that is, connected to one of the edges of the box.

After laying the entire required stack of gloves, the packaging is ready for use. In this case, the package can be placed both on a horizontal and a vertical surface, preferably with a hole down.

The proposed method can be performed by the conveyor method so that the bearing surface of the conveyor serves as a working surface for laying gloves, and each worker on the conveyor performs the corresponding one or more stages of the laying method with a stack of gloves delivered to him on the surface of the conveyor.

The specified method allows you to put gloves in the package so that they can be removed from the package one at a time, the cuff forward. Moreover, the method is relatively simple and low cost.

Due to the styling according to the invention, after removing one glove, the next cuff partially leaves the dispenser, which allows the next glove to be removed by the cuff and prevent the medical staff from contacting other gloves and the packaging itself and, as a result, reduce the risk of infection and increase the protection of staff.

Claims (6)

1. A method of manually packing medical gloves in a package, the package containing a base and a lodgement in the form of an insert having an opening, the method comprising the steps of:
1) one glove is laid out on the working surface;
2) a second glove is applied to the first glove so that the fingers of the second glove are directed toward the cuff of the first glove, and the fingertips of the second glove are placed essentially in the middle of the palm of the first glove;
3) impose a cuff of the first glove on the fingers of the second glove;
4) impose a third glove on the folded cuff of the first glove, essentially to the middle of the palm, so that the fingers of the third glove are directed toward the cuff of the second glove;
5) impose a cuff of the second glove on the fingers of the third glove;
6) impose a fourth glove on the folded cuff of the second glove, essentially to the middle of the palm of the hand so that the fingers of the fourth glove are directed toward the cuff of the third glove;
7) impose a cuff of the third glove on the fingers of the fourth glove;
8) repeat steps 6 and 7 until completion of laying the required number of gloves;
9) a stack of stacked gloves is placed in the base of the package, after which a lodgement is inserted into the base, placing it over the pile of gloves, while the unfolded cuff of the last in the pile of gloves is threaded into the oval hole of the packing box;
10) the package is closed with a top cover having an opening matching the opening of the tool tray. 2. The method according to claim 1, in which, after step 9, step 9a is performed, after which the stack of gloves is placed in the package, the edge of the unfolded glove is laid on the side of the package so that the wide part of the cuff coincides with the wide part of the lodgement hole, after which gloves are laid again packaged. 3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, in which the lid of the packaging on one side is connected with the edge of the package. 4. The method of claim 3, wherein the medical gloves are surgical or examination gloves. 5. The method of claim 4, wherein the gloves are made of latex, nitrile latex, vinyl, or any other suitable material. 6. The method according to p. 5, in which the packaging is a dispenser box made of paper.
