Abstract
Description
The invention relates to biotechnology, medicine, veterinary medicine, sanitation.
Biological preparations of bacteriophages are filtrates completely lysed by one or another phage of the corresponding broth culture of bacteria. Polyphages are biological products that contain from two or more bacteriophages. As a rule, before mixing, a titer of bacteriophages is established and, depending on the content of viral particles, 1 ml of the phagolysate is mixed. According to some researchers, antagonism between bacteriophages in biologics of the polyphage does not occur (RU 1697421; RU 2410084; RU 1533330). Many studies have noted the complete harmlessness of bacteriophages for the body, administered even in large doses and repeatedly, including the intravenous and intralumbal route of administration. Biological preparations of polyphages used for sanitation of premises should not contain viable bacterial cells. The biopharmaceutical of the polyphage used for these purposes should also not contain aggressive and corrosive substances. The main quality criteria for biopharmaceuticals of polyphages are: the viability of bacteriophages (stability of the phage titer), the breadth of the spectrum of sensitive bacteria. In addition, biopharmaceutical solutions of polyphages should not contain nutrients that may be available to bacteria that are not sensitive to bacteriophages that make up the product. Biological preparations of bacteriophages should not contain endotoxins, which are released during the lysis (destruction) of cells. Also, biopharmaceuticals of polyphages should not contain substances that inhibit or have a negative effect on bacteriophages.

Based on the tests, the bacteriophages of the bacteria Klebsiella pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogenes, Salmonella enterica, Proteus mirabilis, Proteus vulgaris, Yersinia pseudotuberculosis, Yersinia enterocolitica, Pseudomonas aeruginosa do not reduce the activity of the deodorizer for 1 year.
3.When determining the effectiveness of the spray for the premises, the specifics of its application were taken into account. The criterion of effectiveness was considered to be a decrease in the titer of bacteria on the treated surface by 3 or more times. For this purpose, daily cultures of phage-specific bacteria were mixed at a concentration of not less than 10 8 and a sterile surface of 1 m 2 was treated. Then, a flush was carried out with 100 cm 2 , treated with a room tool, the exposure was maintained for 24 hours, and a subsequent flush with 100 cm 2 of the surface was performed. The following results were obtained, are shown in table 3.
3.The deodorizing effect was determined organoleptically with the participation of a group of volunteers, it was found that to achieve this effect, on average, it is necessary to spray 1 ml of the product in a room with a volume of 20 m 3 .
The proposed deodorizing agent for rooms containing selected highly specific bacteriophages has an antibacterial effect and is refreshing due to aromatic fragrances, and the concentration of bacteriophages of the species Klebsiella pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogenes, Salmonella enterica pica, Proteusulia pica vulgaris pica, Proteus vulgaris pica, Proteus vulgaris enterica, Proteus vulgaris enterica vulgaris makes 10 -8 in 1 ml of means according to Appelman.
