The line of packaging products on pallets is claimed, which can be inserted by a roller conveyor of unloading, the line comprises the storage roller conveyor, the downtake roller conveyor, the packet roller conveyor, and the unloading roller conveyor, and also a packet magazine. The line additionally comprises a carousel-type device made with the ability of feeding and putting the packages on the pallet from above, and also it comprises the means for lifting the boxes with products stacked on the pallet, made with the ability of pulling into the formed space of the strip of the barrier film with the subsequent lowering the boxes and wrapping the angles of the film which are sealed by heat sealing, and also the line additionally comprises a rotary table with a device for winding a seam between the upper and lower packets, made with the ability of sealing the internal space of the formed packet, at that the upper part of the packet is provided with shut-off air valves made with the ability to create vacuum and insert inert gases from the inert gas injection station through the gas analyser.

EFFECT: object of the invention is to provide a highly efficient packaging line of products on pallets with injection of an inert gas, while increasing the shelf life of fresh vegetables and fruits, increasing the transportation distance from producer to wholesaling.

Description

The invention relates to devices for packaging products and can be used for storage of fruits and vegetables.

A known vacuum-packing machine containing a working chamber with a lid, a welding unit, a movable beam of which is freely mounted on the rod of the drive cylinder, a shelf for placing packages with the product and a vacuum system (RF patent No. 2080273, publ. 27.05.1997, bull. No. 15 )

The disadvantages of the known machines are low productivity, the complexity of manufacturing.

A container for storing and transporting fruits and vegetables is known, which consists of a pallet, a chamber, fenced with plates, a lid and a bottom. The camera is made in the form of a section, mounted on top of each other using a sleeve with a partition, and the plates are made in the form of perforated removable planes equipped with damping elements on the inner surface and on the external stiffening ribs (RF patent No. 2014258, publ. 15.06.1994, Bulletin No. 11).

The disadvantage of such containers is their inability to store vegetables and especially fruits for a long time, the shelf life is very short. Fresh fruits in such containers are placed in vehicles that can transport them over distances during the day.

A known method of storage and transportation of fresh goods, such as fruits and vegetables, which are placed in a bag or bag, close it and seal, and then enter the gas mixture, which is continuously fed into the bag or bag (RF patent No. 2108273, publ. 04/10/1998, Bulletin No. 10).

The disadvantage of this method is uneconomical, low sealing when using locking devices in the form of twists and cords.

A packaging device is known which comprises a heat sealable sealing means and at least one nozzle for creating a vacuum and / or for introducing a gas or mixture. The gas or mixture is additionally injected near the first folded longitudinal side of the film with one fold (patent No. 2494943, publ. 10.10.2013, bull. No. 28).

The disadvantage of this device is the inability to provide fast packaging with reliable sealing.

The present invention is the creation of a highly efficient packaging line for products on pallets with an inert gas injection, while increasing the shelf life of fresh fruits and vegetables, increasing the transportation distance from the manufacturer to the wholesale and at the same time reducing the loss of transported products and their spoilage, high productivity of the packaging line.

Within the scope of this object, the object of the present invention is to provide a product packaging line on pallets which makes it possible to provide fast packaging with reliable sealing.

The desired technical result is achieved by the fact that in the product packaging line on pallets containing a loading roller, on which a product pallet is placed, a storage roller, a lowering roller, a package roller table and an unloading table, as well as a bag magazine, the line further comprises a carousel-type device made with the possibility of feeding and putting on bags on a pallet from above, and also contains a device for lifting boxes laid on a pallet with products, made with the possibility of pulling into the formed simple the strip of the barrier film with further lowering the boxes and wrapping the corners of the film, which are heat sealed, and the line further comprises a rotary table with a device for wrapping the seam between the upper and lower packages, made with the possibility of sealing the inner volume of the formed package, while the upper part the package is equipped with shut-off air valves made with the possibility of creating a vacuum and introducing inert gases from the inert gas injection station through the gas analyzer op.

The product packaging line on pallets contains a loading roller 1, on which a product pallet is installed, a storage roller 2, a lowering roller 3, a package roller 4, a product lifting mechanism 5, a roll holder 6, an overpass of a package store 7, a package store 8, a rotation mechanism 9, carousel-type device 10, a lifting device 11, a rotary table 12, a roll holder of adhesive tape 13, a roller of a gas injection station 14, an inert gas injection station 15, a package 16 with a shut-off valve 17, a gas analyzer 18, an unloading roller 19.

Description of the product packaging line on pallets with inert gas injection

The pallet with the products is installed by the loader on the loading roller. The pallet moves to the storage roller. The pallet moves on a lowering live roll.

The product lifting mechanism fixes the product stack, the pallet lowers. From the roll holder, the film is wound under a stack of products. The lowering roller raises, thereby the film closes the bottom of the product stack.

The film is cut off, the mechanism of the bottom film and the mechanism for raising the product return to their original position. Workers attach the edges of the film to a stack of products. The pallet moves to the roller conveyor of packages.

Previously, from the overpass, the package store is loaded with ready-made packages and periodically replenished.

A bag from a bag store is put on a stack of products on top of the bottom film.

The carousel-type device (cassette for the location of the upper part of the bags) is intended for feeding and putting them on a pallet from above.

The pan moves to the rotation mechanism.

From the roll holder of adhesive tape, the operator attaches the edge of the tape to the junction of the bottom film and the bag.

The device is designed to raise boxes of products laid on a pallet and draw strips of barrier film into the space that has formed, further lowering the boxes and wrapping the corners of the film, while the corners are bent to form a lower “glass” and are sealed with a heat seal.

The pan rotates 360 °. In this way, the joint is sealed with duct tape.

The pan moves to the gas injection roller. Air is pumped out and inert gas is pumped here.

The finished product moves to the unloading conveyor. Unloading is done by a loader.

Advantages of the invention over similar lines. This line is able to pack not only pallets with fruits and vegetables, but also finished designs with cut flowers laid in them. The performance of this machine according to the project is 20-22 pallets per hour, which significantly speeds up the loading of the car. This design is made of separate blocks and is transformed depending on the tasks, types of packaged goods and the location (remoteness) of the place for loading.

The line is mobile and can be transported in a small volume by freight to the location of the finished goods warehouse.

Packaging and sealing does not provide for the use of locking devices in the form of twists, cords, etc. Packaging is carried out solely and exclusively using thermal sealing methods and only the seam is wrapped with special adhesive tape 200 mm wide, made of a coextruded barrier film. Also, the upper part of the package is equipped with 1-2 shut-off air valves.

Thus, it was found that the invention achieved its intended purpose - to increase the shelf life of fresh vegetables and fruits, as well as increase the transportation distance from the domestic producer to the buyer.

This line provides fast packaging of products on pallets with reliable sealing. When packaging on such a line, environmentally friendly products are preserved.
