SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spraying of fluids and may be used in fire fighting, agriculture, etc. Case upper section has outer thread for connection to fluid feed distribution pipeline union. Case lower section has outer thread for connection to vortex flow spreader via iron ring. Outer and inner perforated surfaces are secured to said ring. Case accommodates inner cylindrical fluid feed chamber. Swirler is arranged in the chamber coaxially and with clearance relative to its inner side surface and composed of the sleeve with outer helical thread of notable pitch with trapezoidal profile. Said swirled is screwed on rod secured via gauze filter to said case.

Description

The invention relates to techniques for spraying liquids and can be used in fire fighting equipment, in agriculture, in chemical technology devices and in the power system.

The closest technical solution to the claimed object is the nozzle according to patent RU No. 2427402, A62C 31/02 (prototype), containing a hollow cylindrical body with a swirl divider. Using the known design allows you to get a uniform flow volume of fine spray droplets in the range of droplet diameters from 30 to 150 microns at a water supply pressure of not more than 1 MPa.

However, a sprayer of this design does not allow to achieve a given distribution of flows of fine droplets on the irrigation surface of the required area without increasing the flow rate of the liquid. This is due to the fact that the droplet flows generated by most of the holes are oriented in the vertical and inclined directions and have an uneven distribution with respect to the horizontal plane at the nozzle exit.

The technical result is an increase in the efficiency of fine atomization.

This is achieved by the fact that in the nozzle containing a hollow cylindrical body with a swirl flow divider, an external thread is made in the upper part of the body for connecting to the nozzle of the distribution pipe for supplying fluid, and an external thread is made in the lower part of the body for connection with a swirl conical divider by holders made in the form of a ring to which external and internal perforated surfaces are attached, and in the case there is an internal cylindrical chamber, which it is connected to a fluid supply and in which a swirl is installed coaxially and with a gap relative to its inner side surface, made in the form of a sleeve with a screw external thread with a large step of a trapezoidal profile and fixed by means of an internal thread on the rod, which is fixed in its upper part by means of a mesh filter to case.

The nozzle comprises a hollow cylindrical body 1, in the upper part of which an external thread is made for connection to a fitting (not shown) of a distribution pipe for supplying liquid, and in the lower part of the body, an external thread is made for connection with a vortex flow conical divider 8 by means of a clip 9, made in the form of a ring to which an external perforated surface 10 and an internal perforated surface 11 are attached. An external perforated surface 10 and an internal perforated surface the surface 11 is made conical and coaxial with the housing 1. In the housing 1 there is an inner cylindrical chamber 4, which serves to supply fluid. To create the greatest effect of the formation of a finely divided continuous phase of the sprayed liquid in the cylindrical chamber 4, coaxially mounted with a gap 7 relative to the inner side surface of the chamber 4, a swirler 3, made in the form of a sleeve with a screw external thread with a large pitch of a trapezoidal profile and fixed by means of an internal thread 6 on the rod 2. The rod 2 is fixed in its upper part by means of a strainer 5 to the housing 1. To the top of the cone of the outer 10 perforated conical surface of the divider 8 vortex flow attached additional divider, made in the form of a perforated spherical segment 12.

The nozzle is as follows.

When the fluid is supplied to the housing 1 under the action of a pressure drop of 0.4 ... 0.8 MPa in the chamber 4, due to the swirl 3, vortex flows of fluid are created, which flow into the conical divider 8, and when the expanding fluid flows expiring through the gap 7 collide with perforated the conical surfaces 10 and 11 of the divider 8 forms a fan-shaped gas-liquid flow in the form of a shroud, i.e. a mechanism for crushing liquid droplets is implemented.

Claims (3)

1. An injector comprising a hollow cylindrical body with a vortex flow divider, characterized in that an external thread is made in the upper part of the body for connecting to the nozzle of the distribution pipe for supplying fluid, and an external thread is made in the lower part of the body for connection with a vortex flow conical divider by holders made in the form of a ring to which external and internal perforated surfaces are attached, and in the case there is an internal cylindrical chamber, which serves it for fluid supply and in which a swirl is installed coaxially and with a gap relative to its inner side surface, made in the form of a sleeve with a screw external thread with a large step of a trapezoidal profile and fixed by means of an internal thread on the rod, which is fixed in its upper part by means of a mesh filter to case.
2. The nozzle according to claim 1, characterized in that the outer and inner perforated surfaces of the vortex flow divider are made conical and coaxial with the housing.
3. The nozzle according to claim 1, characterized in that an additional divider, made in the form of a perforated spherical segment, is attached to the top of the cone of the outer perforated conical surface of the vortex flow divider.
