Description

The invention relates to vending machines.

Known vending machine, adopted for the prototype (patent RU 74234, 06/03/2008, op. 20.06.2008), including a means of storage and delivery of goods, engine.

The means of storage and delivery of the goods is made in the form of a rod located inside and coaxially with the spiral, driven into rotational motion. Between the turns of the spiral, goods are hung on the stock, which are displaced spirally in the zone of delivery of the goods.

The disadvantage is the complexity of the design, the restriction of the product range, the narrow focus on the sale of goods, one type of product can be placed on one means of storage, it is not possible in case of a deficit of one product and an excess of another to place several types of goods on one means of storage and issue. Another disadvantage is the lack of reliability - in the event of a single engine failure, the means of storage and delivery with a lot of goods does not work.

The task to which the invention is directed is to create a universal vending machine that provides the sale of various goods, expanding the product range, increasing sales. Another objective is to simplify the design, increase reliability.

The technical result is the provision of mobility in the calculation of the goods, increasing the efficiency of the use of trade volume, increasing reliability, reducing costs.

To solve the problem in a vending machine, including means for storing and dispensing goods, the engine, according to a utility model, means for storing and dispensing goods is made in the form of at least one module with devices for storing and dispensing goods, each of which is made in the form of a retractable rod for placement of goods, equipped with an engine, providing retraction of the rod inside the module housing to release the goods.

The module is designed as a vertical rack.

The module is made horizontally oriented.

The vending machine includes a housing 1, which includes a microprocessor control unit 2, a product storage and delivery unit 3, an information display and input device 5 made in the form of a monitor with a touch screen, a device for paying for goods, including a bill acceptor 6 and a coin acceptor 7, a dispenser 8, a coin storage box (not shown). The storage and dispensing unit 3 of product 4 includes a means of storing and issuing 9 product 4, which is made in the form of at least one module with devices for storing and issuing 10 product 4, each of which is made in the form of a sliding rod 11 for placing product 4, equipped with the engine 12, providing the retraction of the rod 11 into the housing of the module 9 to release the goods 4. Module 9 is made in the form of a vertical rack. A possible embodiment of the inventive device, in which the module 9 is made horizontally oriented. Each rack 9 includes a controller 13 for controlling storage and dispensing devices 10 of goods 4, interconnected with a control unit 2. The storage and dispensing unit 3 of goods 4 is equipped with a door 14 with a locking device for servicing a vending machine, which is made of transparent material for viewing goods 4. To service the control unit 2, the housing 1 is equipped with a hinged door 15 with a locking device. The storage and dispensing unit 3 of item 4 contains a tray 16 for dispensing item 4. The vending machine is connected to a power source. To maintain the required temperature and humidity inside the vending machine, the vending machine is equipped with climate systems that can be integrated or separate for control unit 2 and storage and delivery unit 3 of goods 4.

The vending machine operates as follows.

The goods 4 are loaded through the door 14, hanging them on the rods 11 of the racks 9. On the storage and dispensing devices 10 of one rack 9, the goods 4 can be placed either of one or different type, size. Information about the product 4 is loaded through the control unit 2 in manual or automatic mode. If it is necessary to purchase goods 4, the buyer, using the touch screen of monitor 5, selects goods 4, pays the cost of goods 4, depositing money into the bill acceptor 6 or coin acceptor 7. The amount of money is displayed on the monitor 5. After the amount of money entered is equal to or exceeds the necessary , a message about the payment made is transmitted to the control unit 2, and, if necessary, the change is paid using the change delivery device 8.

The microprocessor control unit 2 selects the number of the module 9 for storing and dispensing goods 4, in which the selected goods 4 are located, and sends a command to the goods dispenser 4 to the corresponding controller 13. The controller 13 drives the motor 12 to retract the rod 11 into the housing of the module 9, while the goods 4 are released and falls into the tray 16 of the issuance of goods 4.

During the operation of selling the goods, help information is displayed on the monitor, and tips for the buyer are also transmitted. A list of types of goods on sale is displayed. The client indicates what type of product he is interested in. As a result, the screen displays a list of names and the cost of available products of the selected type. After choosing the name of the product, the buyer is given the right to pay for the product or to get acquainted with its characteristics in advance (release date, manufacturer, etc.).

The claimed invention in comparison with the prototype has the following advantages.

The claimed invention allows to create a universal vending machine that provides the sale of various goods, allows you to expand the range of goods, increase the efficiency of use of trading volume. It is possible to place goods of the same or different size and type on one means for storage and delivery, which is important when there is a shortage of one product and an excess of another, i.e. in the absence of any product in the warehouse, the owner can place any other product in its place - there is no downtime in the trading volume, as a result, the level of sales increases.

Compared with the prototype of the claimed invention has a lower cost. The equipment used, including engines, have a lower cost, are simple and reliable in operation.

The claimed invention is more reliable in operation.

If one engine fails, the others on the rack continue to work.
