Description

The invention relates to the clothing industry, namely the manufacture of corsets.

As a result of the patent information search, a traditional method of designing and manufacturing a corset was found [1, V. Gradova, E. A. Gutina Book 1. Women's costume, www.cross-roads.ru/corset/corset-04.html].

The design of this corset is based on the drawing of a woman’s dress, consists of front parts and back parts, inextricably interconnected. The clasp of such a corset is lacing, located on the back, the option of a central front clasp on hooks or bosc is also possible. The corset consists of three layers, reinforced with bones, which are inserted into the wings, located on the middle layer.

This corset is inconvenient to use, since the location of the lacing on the back excludes the possibility of independent fastening and unfastening of the corset, and the central location of the fastener on the front reduces the area of decoration of the product. In addition, the butt fastener worsens the perception of the product when using a corset as outerwear.

The objective of the invention is to facilitate the process of independently fastening and unfastening the corset, while maintaining the function of correction and retraction of the figure and maintaining the possibility of decorating the corset.

The essence of the invention lies in the fact that in a corset, including the front and back parts, one-piece interconnected, made of upper and duplicated middle and lower layers of material, with bones located inside the layers, a corsage tape located between the layers, a through fastener, a through fastener on the punch buttons located on the left side of the front in the place of the vertical relief along the convex part of the chest, with the installation of the upper parts of the buttons on the right side of the front in two vertical rows parallel to the edge of the fastener LCD, at a distance of 0.5 cm from it and at a distance of 1.0 cm between the rows, capturing the middle and lower layers, and the lower parts of the buttons in a single row on the left side of the front parallel to the edge of the fastener at a distance of 0.5 cm from the edge, in places corresponding to the upper parts of the buttons, capturing the upper and middle layers, and the distance between the parts of the buttons is 1.0 cm.

The corset shown in Fig. 1 consists of front parts 1 (Fig. 2a), parts of the back 2 (Fig. 2b), parts of the punch buttons 3 and 3 '(Fig. 2a).

Details of the front and backs consist of an upper layer 4 (Fig. 2c), a middle duplicated layer 5 (Fig. 2c), a lower duplicated layer 6 (Fig. 2c). The middle layer 5 is made of a very dense material (bortovka, burlap, canvas), duplicated with an adhesive pad on a fabric basis. The lower duplicated layer 6 serves as a lining. It is best to make the bottom layer of natural fabrics of cotton assortment (calico) or thick elastic silk.

The layers are stitched according to the technology of manufacturing corsetry. As the bones used "whalebone" 7 (pigv). "Whalebone" pulls, does not break when bent, withstands wet-heat treatment. This setting of the buttons makes them "invisible" on the front and back sides of the product. Buttons are installed parallel to the edge of the fastener at a distance of 0.5 cm from the edge and 1.0 cm from each other for reliable fixation. The buttons are installed before the layers are joined. To provide the possibility of varying the degree of retraction, on the right side of the front is installed a second row of parts of the punch buttons at a distance of 1.0 cm between the rows. On the left side of the front - in one row at a distance of 0.5 cm from the edge of the left side of the front.

The device operates as follows: when putting on a figure, the corset covers the back, the right side of the front winds up on the left side of the front. The corset is fastened, starting with the buttons located in the waist, and then up and down.

The corset is convenient to use, since it allows you to fix the body well due to the presence of two rows of buttons, can be decorated in any way, using decorative fabrics, lace, embroidery, or using volumetric decor, in addition, the corset can be worn not only as outerwear, but also like underwear.

The technical result of using the invention is as follows:

1. The possibility of quick independent fastening and unfastening of the corset thanks to the front asymmetric fastener.

2. Facilitation of the process of fastening and unfastening the corset through the use of new technologies - buttons in the corset fastener.

3. Ensuring the reliability of fixing the fastener of the corset.

4. Saving the functions of correction and retraction of the figure due to two rows of buttons.

5. The possibility of using the corset not only as underwear, but also as outerwear, due to the possibility of various decoration of the upper layer, as it is not overloaded with a central fastener (front lacing, hooks, zipper)

This product can be manufactured in mass production on industrial equipment.
