The invention relates to the oil industry and may find application in the development of oil deposits.
1997 г.).There is a method of developing small deposits and individual lenses of a multilayer oil field, including drilling through a vertical well in a producing formation of at least one horizontal wellbore having a curvilinear arrangement in plan, pumping working pressure through injection wells and taking oil through production wells (RF Patent No. 2086756, publ. 1997).
The known method is intended for the development of small oil deposits or individual lenses, and its use in conventional fields is ineffective.
1977 г.).There is a method of developing an oil reservoir, including drilling at least part of wells with horizontal or inclined curvilinear shafts, pumping a working agent through injection wells and taking oil through production wells (US Patent No. 4022279, CL 166-271, publ. 1977 g.).
The known method does not take into account the heterogeneity of the reservoir and the current state of development, which leads to the achievement of low oil recovery deposits.
Closest to the invention in technical essence is a method of developing an oil field, including drilling wells, performing at least part of the wells with horizontal or inclined curvilinear shafts, pumping a working agent through injection wells and taking oil through production wells. Horizontal or inclined curved trunks have injection or production wells, these trunks are placed mainly in areas with low permeability and perform them with a trajectory of not more than half the circumference, with the location of the initial and / or end sections of at least 50 m to each other and in accordance with displacement front configuration. Horizontal or inclined curved shafts are drilled from existing vertical well shafts. Horizontal or inclined trunks of a curvilinear shape are conducted through the faces or bottom-hole zones of existing vertical wells (RF patent No. 2170345, publ. 10.07.2001 - prototype).
A disadvantage of the known technical solution is the low oil recovery of the reservoir, due to the conduct of wells without taking into account the direction of natural fracturing of the reservoir.
The invention solves the problem of increasing oil recovery deposits.
The problem is solved in that in the method of developing an oil reservoir, comprising performing at least part of wells with horizontal or inclined curved wells, pumping a working agent through injection wells and taking oil through production wells, according to the invention, work is carried out in areas where the reservoirs have a natural fracture, have a thickness of not more than 5 m and are located less than 6 m from the water-saturated formation, a horizontal curvilinear trunk is carried out along a curved path with sparks HAND its azimuth with an intensity of up to 4 ° / 10 m and a length that ensures the intersection joint directions at an angle of 0 to 90 degrees.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
When developing an oil reservoir by existing methods, it is possible to extract the main oil reserves, but a significant part of them remains in the reservoirs. The invention solves the problem of the most complete extraction of oil from the reservoir. The problem is solved by the following set of operations.
Given the existing fracture of the reservoir, in order to develop a high-quality project for drilling a horizontal well (including on the basis of early hydrodynamic modeling of the drilling site), it is necessary to have the results of studies to determine the direction of fracture of carbonate reservoirs. To determine the direction of fracturing in the area planned for drilling, it is necessary to carry out work on the selection of oriented core during drilling of the productive part, however, these works are feasible only at zenith angles of less than 40 ° at the point of entry into the formation. This requirement is not feasible if there are only horizontal or deviated wells in the reservoir. It is believed that the optimum angle for opening a fractured carbonate reservoir by a horizontal wellbore is 45 ° relative to the direction of natural fracturing. However, this value may also be of the intended nature and may be refuted when “new” data appears.
To solve this problem, drilling of wells with horizontal or inclined curvilinear shafts is carried out in areas where the reservoirs have a natural fracture, have a thickness of not more than 5 m and are located less than 6 m from the water-saturated formation. A horizontal curvilinear trunk is carried out along a curved path with its curvature along azimuth with an intensity of up to 4 ° / 10 m and a length that ensures intersection of the direction of fracturing at an angle from 0 to 90 degrees.
When posting a horizontal trunk of a curved shape, i.e. “Around the circle”, with a certain radius, each meter of drilled rocks will be opened at a different angle from the previous (different) angle with respect to the direction of natural fracturing. Thus, there is a high probability of a “meeting” of the site with increased fracturing at an optimal angle, which will provide a high flow rate.
A collector thickness of not more than 5 m is optimal for the proposed development system. With a thickness of more than 5 m, the formation ceases to be homogeneous, interlayers with unstable rocks (clay) appear in it, non-reservoir interlayers, interlayers with different directions of fracture, which divides the circular wellbore, makes it intermittent, parts of the formation relative to the wellbore become isolated from each other from friend. Therefore, an increase in oil recovery in a formation with a thickness of more than 5 m when opening a circular well may not be achieved.
The location of the collector from the oil-water zone of less than 6 m is a necessary sign of the proposed method. With such a small distance to the oil-water zone with a sufficient length of the well, the depression in the vertical wellbore spreads more or less evenly throughout the horizontal wellbore, causing a softened smooth effect on a very large reservoir space. There is a phenomenon of areal spread of depression. In addition to the prevailing horizontal flow of reservoir fluids, a slow and areal flow of reservoir fluids occurs vertically. The rise of water from the oil-water zone occurs smoothly and gradually over the entire area of the reservoir affected by the impact. Due to this, it is possible to develop oil reserves not only due to horizontal, but also due to vertical displacement.
When the oil-water zone is located further than 6 m, the uniform area effect of the circular well is violated by the manifested heterogeneity of the formation, vertical interspersed with horizontal flows of formation fluids, the uniformity of the distribution of depression across the formation is violated, cones, channels, and waterlog zones arise.
A horizontal curvilinear trunk is carried out from a vertical trunk with the entrance to the reservoir and conducting along the reservoir with its curvature in azimuth with an intensity of up to 4 ° / 10 m. The spatial intensity of up to 4 ° / 10 m is significant, because to conduct a horizontal wellbore with greater intensity - to reduce the likelihood of a “collapse” of the decompressed zone with a circular well.
As a result of the implementation of the proposed measures, oil recovery is increasing.
Concrete example
An oil reservoir is developed with the following characteristics: reservoir depth 1180 m, reservoir pressure 11.5 MPa, reservoir temperature 24 ° C, reservoir thickness 4.5 m, reservoir carbonate, permeability 10 * 10 -3 μm 2 , average porosity 10%, the density of oil under surface conditions is 0.92 g / cm 3 , the viscosity of oil under surface conditions is 60 MPa * s. The reservoir has a fracture, the direction of which is determined very approximately. The distance from the bottom of the reservoir (reservoir) to the water-saturated reservoir is 5.5 m.
The field is drilled in accordance with the development flow chart with a distance between the wells of 400 m. Between the injection and production wells, production wells are drilled with horizontal and inclined curvilinear shafts with its curvature in azimuth with an intensity of up to 4 ° / 10 m and a length that intersects the direction of fracture at an angle from 0 to 90 degrees. In this case, the length of the curved sections is more than 200 m, which ensures the intersection of the direction of fracture at an angle from 0 to 90 degrees.
A working agent (produced water) is pumped through injection wells and formation products are taken through production wells.
4,5%.As a result of development, the oil recovery of the reservoir increases by 4.5%.
The application of the proposed method will increase the oil recovery of the reservoir due to a more complete coverage of the formation by the impact.
