Description

The invention relates to the chemical industry, and more specifically to the production of plastics, in particular paper-laminated plastics (BSP), and can be used mainly as structural and finishing polymer materials, for example, in the manufacture of furniture, finishing polymer panels for various purposes, and also in other industries.

Known decorative paper-laminated plastic containing an extruded package of sheets of paper (kraft paper) impregnated with synthetic resins, located between the decorative layer and the paper layer of bleached or unbleached pulp without preliminary impregnation with resins, the weight of 1 m 2 which is in the range from 15 to 60 g (patent PM RU 33061 U1, 10.10.2003, B32B 23/06).

The technical result of the invention is the expansion of the arsenal of funds in the production of BSP.

The specified technical result is achieved due to the fact that the paper-laminated plastic includes a pressed-in package of sheet layers of kraft paper impregnated with an MMFP resin, at least one layer of barrier paper and at least one xanthened impregnated paper between it and the impregnated paper layers dye Rhodamine With an intermediate layer of pressed wood composite material with the following content of components in it, parts by weight:
