Патент СССР №1708377.A vaporizer is known, comprising a vertical housing with a heating device and a pipe coaxially located in the housing, on which inclined disks of variable radius are fixed one after the other, having cutouts for steam passage, and curved guides located on the surface of the evaporator along a helical line and placed on their surface; liquid and the output of the evaporated and non-evaporated product with cylindrical guide elements located between the disks coaxial to the pipe with a gap relative to the pipe, with with a sloping bottom, on the lateral surface of which holes are made aligned with the surface of the disk, the disks are equipped with additional collecting plates located in the upper part of the disks, curved guides are installed on the lower part of the disks radially to the cylindrical elements, while in the disks there is a hole located under the inclined the bottom of the cylindrical element, and cutouts for the passage of steam are made in the form of holes with flanging. USSR patent No. 1708377.
The disadvantage of this apparatus is the insufficiently uniform and efficient distribution of fluid along the outer wall of the apparatus, on which heat exchange occurs.
Патент Российской Федерации №2263254.Known contact heat exchanger, which contains a cylindrical body with nozzles for introducing, withdrawing steam and branch pipes for supplying liquid, a central pipe with nozzles connected to the pipe for supplying liquid, and a spiral insert mounted on the side walls of the cylindrical body, the surface of which is made with an inclination from the center to the side walls of the cylindrical body. The nozzles of the central pipe are located above the spiral insert along a helical line repeating the profile of the spiral insert. Patent of the Russian Federation No. 2263254.
The disadvantage of this apparatus is an increase in the volume of liquid from the upper part of the apparatus to the bottom, when it is supplied from the fluid supply nozzle and nozzles of the central pipe to the inner part of the cylindrical body and when a liquid film is formed on the cylindrical body of this apparatus, which reduces the efficiency of heat exchange processes inside the contact heat exchanger.
The closest analogue of the claimed invention is a contact heat exchanger, patent of the Russian Federation No. 2055293, containing a cylindrical housing with lower air inlet and upper air ducts installed in the housing in series along the air, two stages of the heat exchange surface, the second of which is made in the form of a cone, axis and fan blades , a water trap and a tray with liquid located in the lower part of the housing, as well as a distributor with nozzles, while the heat exchanger is equipped with a sleeve, a hub, mounted on the axis, and fixed with a given installation angle on the hub, turbine blades, on the free ends of which the said sleeve is rigidly fixed, on the outer surface of the latter are located fan blades with a given installation angle, while the water distributor is made in the form of a collector placed coaxially above the turbine blades pipes, in the lower end of which there are nozzles oriented towards the blades, the first stage of the heat exchange surface is made in the form of a perforated plate, and the cone ying perforated, facing towards the plates and fixed to the wall of the housing to form an annular gap. During operation of the heat exchanger, pressurized water enters the manifold pipe of the water distributor, from where it flows through the nozzles to the turbine blades, as a result of which the fan blades are rotated. In this case, liquid is sprayed by rotating turbine blades, and air blades in the housing are provided by fan blades in the opposite direction to the movement of water droplets in the spray torch. Next, the sprayed liquid settles on the surface of the cone, where it contacts the cooling air passing through the perforation of the cone, and merges through the gap to a perforated plate, where it again comes in contact with air, which is accompanied by the formation of a foam layer. The accumulated liquid on the plate is discharged into the pan. Drop moisture carried by the air stream from the foam layer returns to the layer, fighting off the inner surface of the cone. Air with droplet moisture is removed from the apparatus by draft created by rotating fan blades through a water trap made in the form of radially mounted plates with fender hollow ribs. In the water catcher, moisture is separated from the stream. Moisture droplets through the perforations in the ribs fall inside the latter and then droplet moisture returns to the heat exchanger. The air purified from drip moisture is discharged into the atmosphere, and the water cooled in the heat exchanger is supplied to the consumer.
The disadvantage of the closest analogue is the lack of heat transfer efficiency upon contact of the liquid and gas phases and the complexity of the design of this heat exchanger.
The implementation of the invention
The objective of the invention is the creation of a film heat exchanger, in which shortcomings in the operating capabilities of the apparatuses and devices described above and in the wide range of temperatures and pressures used in this apparatus must be eliminated, and productivity is increased compared to the above apparatuses of the same size and volume.
This problem is solved as follows. The invention comprises an inner cylindrical body, a heat jacket fixed on this body, a cover, using a flange connection horizontally mounted in the upper part on a cylindrical body, a pipe for discharging gas and steam from the apparatus, a pipe for introducing liquid into the apparatus, a pipe for discharging liquid from the apparatus, a pipe for entering the heat carrier into the heat jacket, a pipe for outputting the heat carrier from the heat jacket, supports on which the device can be fixed on the floor or on a horizontal surface, while on the device with ü reinforcing rods, which are located in the vertical direction and secured with horizontal stops in the upper and lower parts of the cylindrical body of the apparatus, are installed shut-off devices located from top to bottom at the same distance from each other, and pipes that are each connected to its shut-off device, and the outer side of the lower wall of each subsequent after the first shut-off device is in contact with a fluid-conducting pipe emerging from the previous one located above in a vertical the shut-off device, while each shut-off device is divided into two parts: the inside and the outer part located on top of the inside, and the sides of the shut-off device are steel plates arranged so that they diverge from each other, and the angle of difference between these plates is between 20 to 30 degrees. In this case, the plates are concave guides, on the side of which is closest to the inner wall of the apparatus, thin metal sheets are stretched and tightly fixed so as to form a closed space between the plates of the inner and outer parts of the shut-off device. In order for these plates to be at a certain distance from each other, they are reinforced with thick metal spacers, while the plates of the inner part are more than two times longer than the plates of the outer part, and the plates of the outer part when moving parallel to the sides of the plates of the inner part using threaded valves form a hollow region between a thin metal sheet fixed on a plate of the inner part, a thin metal sheet fixed on a plate of the outer part, and a side surface, about azovannoy plate outer portion, wherein the metal sheet is inside of the shutoff device in its origin is perpendicular to the part of the cylindrical body unit, to which the metal sheet is located closest, and more sharply curving comprises additional smooth curvature slightly larger than the bending of the cylindrical body unit.
The technical result of this film heat exchanger is to create an area of intense horizontal mixing throughout the thickness of the liquid film flowing inside the device, as follows, the liquid flowing along the wall due to the first shut-off device is divided into two parts: the first part continues to move along the wall, obtaining acceleration directed downward due to gravity, and passing at a slight angle to the horizontal direction, collides with a second stream, which through the shut-off device is directed into the pipe, which turns the fluid flow in a horizontal direction. Further colliding at a small angle, these flows do not destroy each other and create a surface of rotation of the fluid, including from the wall to the surface of the fluid. In this case, after the collision of the first and second flows, their general direction of movement can be indicated by a sufficiently small angle to the horizontal axis of the apparatus, and then, under the action of gravity, the direction of fluid motion gradually changes and is characterized by a slightly larger angle with respect to the horizontal direction, then the flow is again divided into two parts, passing the next second shut-off device located below, the first stream is again mixed with liquid from the superior first shut-off device and flows further along the wall, and the second is fed into the next third shut-off device, and so on for all shut-off devices installed in the apparatus. The system of shut-off devices located from top to bottom at the same distance from each other forms a hydrodynamic flow regime along the wall of the housing of the columned film apparatus, intensifying heat transfer and evaporation in this fluid, including the resinification and thermal destruction of this fluid on the inner wall of the cylindrical housing of the apparatus .

Disclosure of invention
The invention comprises an inner cylindrical body of the apparatus 1, a heat jacket 2 fixed to the body, for supplying heated coolant to the region formed by the outer wall of the cylindrical body of the apparatus 1 and the inner wall of the heat jacket 2, cover 3, using a flange connection horizontally mounted in the upper part of the apparatus on a cylindrical casing of the apparatus 1. On the lid 3, a
6.The shut-off devices are fixed fixed on the device using reinforcing
22.To operate the column film apparatus as a heat exchanger and evaporator, it is provided that the inner case of the column film apparatus 1 is heated by supplying a heat carrier to the region formed by the outer wall of the cylindrical body of the apparatus 1 and the inner wall of the heat jacket 2 through the pipe 18 for introducing the heat carrier into the heat jacket. The velocity of the coolant in the heat jacket and, accordingly, the heating of the cylindrical body of the apparatus 1 is controlled by pumping the coolant through the
Description of the shut-off devices
Smooth separation of the fluid flow on the inner wall of the apparatus is carried out using shut-off devices, shown in figure 1, figure 2, figure 4, figure 5, figure 6. It is convenient to consider the shut-off device in Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6, which are tripled in relation to Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3. The shut-off device, according to Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6, is divided into two parts: the
When the shut-off device is pulled out, the liquid film is dissected into two parts and then the remaining liquid moves along the wall surface, and the second part of the current liquid is redirected to the hollow region between the
