Abstract

ч ПОДАРОЧНАЯ УПАКОВКА Заявляемая полезная модель относится к области тары и упаковки и может быть использована в торговле при комплектовании различного рода подарочных наборов, содержимым которых являлись бы, например, конфеты или косметические и парфюмерные изделия. Известны упаковки для конфет 1, 2 в виде сложной формы коробки с крышкой. Известны подарочные упаковки 3, содержащие полость для размещения упаковываемых изделий, образованную боковыми стенками и хотя бы одним основанием, и элемент для закрывания указанной полости, на боковую поверхность таких упаковок наносят обычно декоративный и информационный рисунок. Такая упаковка является наиболее близкой к заявляемой полезной модели. Эти изделия являются однофункциональными и, после выполнения этой одной функции подлежат выбрасыванию. Известны надувные игрушки 4, изготовленные из двух слоев воздухонепроницаемого материала, соединенных герметично, и наполненные воздухом. Эти изделия также однофункциональны. Задачей настоящей полезной модели является создание многофункциональной подарочной упаковки, совмещающей функции собственно упаковки с хотя бы еще одной функцией, с тем, чтобы после выполнения функции собственно упаковки (или одновременно с ней) она являлась, например, и детской игрушкой. Поставленная задача в подарочной упаковке, содержащей полость для размещения упаковываемых изделий, образованную боковыми стенками и хотя бы одним основанием, и элемент для закрывания указанной полости, решается за счет того, что хотя бы часть боковых стенок и, возможно, основания выполнена хотя бы из двух МКИ А 45D 11/20, В 65D 85/60 ч слоев воздухонепроницаемого материала, соединенных герметично и заполнена воздухом.
