Description
The invention is intended for continuous weight dosing of bulk materials and can be used, for example, in the chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgical and mining industries.
A known method of dispensing, which is implemented using a tape dispenser (RF patent No. 2387957). The method includes the continuous supply of bulk material to the conveyor belt with a volumetric feeder, determining the readings of the weight sensor, calculating the weight capacity, comparing this performance with a given capacity, supplying a control signal to change the capacity of the volumetric feeder. The device comprises a base, a hopper with a volumetric feeder, a conveyor belt with a drive, a speed sensor and a weight sensor, the outputs of which are connected to the control unit.
The disadvantage of this method and device for its implementation is the low metering accuracy, since it does not take into account the uneven distribution of material on the tape, which leads to errors in calculating the weight performance of the dispenser.
Известен также принятый за прототип способ непрерывного дозирования включающий непрерывную подачу сыпучего материала на ленту транспортера длиною Lм и движущуюся со скоростью υ м/с объемным питателем с производительностью QП и погрешностью δQП, через равные промежутки времени ДГ определение показаний РД весового датчика, расчет весовой производительности Q, сравнение этой производительности с заданной производительностью QЗ, подачу управляющего сигнала на изменение производительности объемного питателя на величину ΔQП, который реализуется в устройстве, содержащем основание, бункер с объемным питателем, ленточный транспортер один край которого установлен на датчик веса, привод движения ленты, датчик скорости, выходы датчиков связаны с блоком управления (патент США №4475669).Also known is the prototype method of continuous dosing including the continuous supply of bulk material to a conveyor belt of length Lm and moving at a speed of υ m / s with a volumetric feeder with a capacity of Q P and an error of δQ P , at equal intervals of time DG, determination of the readings R D of the weight sensor, calculation weight performance Q, comparing this with a predetermined performance output Q H, a control signal flow for changing the volumetric capacity of the feeder by an amount ΔQ p that p Aliso in an apparatus comprising a base, with a volumetric feeder hopper, conveyor belt one end of which is mounted on a weight sensor, a tape drive, speed sensor, sensor outputs are connected to the control unit (U.S. Patent №4475669).
The disadvantage of this method and device for its implementation is the low metering accuracy, since it does not take into account the uneven distribution of material on the tape, which leads to errors in calculating the weight performance of the dispenser.
The problem to which the invention is directed, is to increase the accuracy of the dosing process by creating a new dosing method that takes into account the uneven distribution of bulk material on the conveyor belt, as well as a device for implementing the method.
The technical result is achieved due to the fact that when calculating the weight capacity and adjusting the capacity of the volumetric feeder, the uneven distribution of material on the conveyor belt is taken into account.
The essence of the technical solution lies in the fact that in the device for implementing the method comprising a base, a hopper with a volumetric feeder, a conveyor belt with a drive, a speed sensor and a weight sensor, the outputs of which are connected to the control unit, the loading edge of the belt conveyor is mounted on a weight sensor, a dispenser equipped with a flow sensor installed between the volumetric feeder and the loading edge of the conveyor in such a way that the flow of bulk material from the volumetric feeder first falls on the sensing element t of the flow sensor, and then to the loading edge of the conveyor belt, the dispenser is also equipped with an additional volumetric feeder with a drive installed in such a way that the flows of bulk material coming out from the belt conveyor and the additional volumetric feeder are connected, and the outputs of the flow sensor and the drive of the additional volumetric feeder are connected into a common electrical circuit with a control unit. Given the above in the method of continuous weight dosing of bulk material when calculating the performance of the dispenser, adjusting the capacity of the volumetric feeder and the performance of the additional volumetric feeder, the uneven distribution of the bulk material on the conveyor belt is taken into account, which increases the accuracy of weight dosing.
In Fig.1 shows a diagram of a weight tape dispenser, Fig.2-3 illustrate the implementation of the method.
9.The weighing tape dispenser contains (Fig. 1) a
На фиг.2 схематично показано распределение материала на ленте транспортера прототипа (фиг.2а), распределение материала после ссыпания с ленты транспортера (фиг.2б), распределение материала на ленте транспортера предлагаемого устройства (фиг.2в), распределение материала после ссыпания с ленты транспортера предлагаемого устройства (фиг.2г).In Fig.2 schematically shows the distribution of material on the conveyor belt of the prototype (Fig.2A), the distribution of material after pouring from the conveyor belt (Fig.2b), the distribution of material on the conveyor belt of the proposed device (Fig.2c), the distribution of material after pouring from the tape the conveyor of the proposed device (Fig.2g).
На фиг.3 показаны экспериментальные данные, полученные на лабораторном ленточном дозаторе, в частности, распределение материала на ленте транспортера прототипа (фиг.3а), распределение материала после ссыпания с ленты транспортера (фиг.3б), распределение материала на ленте транспортера предлагаемого устройства (фиг.3в), распределение материала после ссыпания с ленты транспортера предлагаемого устройства (фиг.3г).Figure 3 shows the experimental data obtained on a laboratory tape dispenser, in particular, the distribution of material on the conveyor belt of the prototype (Fig.3a), the distribution of material after falling from the conveyor belt (Fig.3b), the distribution of material on the conveyor belt of the proposed device ( figv), the distribution of material after pouring from the conveyor belt of the proposed device (figg).
The tape dispenser operates as follows.
Before starting work, the control unit 7 (Fig. 1) sets the capacity Q P of the volumetric feeder 4 according to the formula:
QП=QЗ-2δQП,Q n = Q n G -2δQ,
где QЗ - заданная производительность, δQП - погрешность объемного питателя.where Q Z - the given performance, δQ P - the error of the volumetric feeder.
After that, the drive of the conveyor belt is turned on and the volumetric feeder 4 begins to feed bulk material onto this belt. The speed of the conveyor belt is fixed by the
где T0=L/υ - время движения материала от загрузочного края транспортера до разгрузочного края.where T 0 = L / υ - the time of movement of the material from the loading edge of the conveyor to the unloading edge.
Using the function of uneven distribution of material on the tape q (t) and the value of P D in the control unit 7, a scale factor K is calculated by the formula:
Next, the magnitude of the change in productivity of the volumetric feeder 4 is calculated by the formula:
и производительность дополнительного объемного питателя 8 по формуле:and the performance of the additional
9.The control unit sends the appropriate signals to the drive of the volumetric feeder 4 and the additional
Determining the function of the uneven distribution of material on the tape q (t) using the flow sensor 5 (Fig. 1) allows you to more accurately determine the difference between the set and the actual performance of the dispenser, and the presence of an additional
In Fig.2 presents possible options for the distribution of material on the conveyor belt (Fig.2A) and after pouring from the tape (Fig.2B) with the maximum possible deviations of the capacity of the volumetric feeder for the prototype, and Fig.2B and 2g for the proposed device.
В. В. Г. Ф. As can be seen from the graphs, in the prototype the distribution of the material on the tape and after sprinkling are the same, since there is no real-time adjustment of performance. It should be noted that the deviations of the instantaneous performance of weight dosing when using the prototype cannot be less than the deviations of the volumetric feeder. Dosing errors can be compensated in the future by changing the capacity of the volumetric feeder, but cannot be eliminated in real time, i.e. at the outlet of the dispenser. Moreover, in the currently known methods of weighing dosing using belt conveyors, including the prototype, when calculating the instantaneous productivity based on the readings of the weight sensor, it is assumed that the material on the conveyor belt is evenly distributed, which almost never corresponds to the real picture. The indicated assumption leads to additional dosing errors (see, for example, pp. 72-76, 114-116, monograph “Weighting of granular materials”, authors: SV Pershina, AV Katalymov, VG Odnolko, V .F. Pershin - M. Mechanical Engineering, 2009.260 p.).
When using the proposed method, the performance of the volumetric feeder, in accordance with the claims, is determined by the formula:
QП=QЗ-2δQП.Q n = Q n G -2δQ.
Thus, this performance can not be more than specified, as shown in figv. When pouring material from the conveyor belt, an additional stream is added to the main stream from an additional volumetric feeder, the productivity of which, according to the claims, is determined by the formula:
Since the maximum productivity and deviations of this productivity from average values are approximately 10 times less than the productivity of the main volumetric feeder, at the outlet of the dispenser, in real time, the accuracy of dosing is significantly increased, as shown in Fig.2d.
The performance check of the proposed method and device, as well as comparison with the prototype, were carried out on a specially manufactured laboratory installation. The installation had the following main parameters: tape length L = 0.075 m; tape width S = 1 m; the speed of the tape υ from 0.05 to 0.3 ms -1 ; volumetric feeder Q P performance from 1 to 100
В данном случае, максимальные отклонения составляли ±1,2%, а средние отклонения составляли ±0,7%.The operation of the device and the implementation of the method was carried out in accordance with the procedure described above. On figa shows the actual distribution of bulk material on the conveyor belt of the prototype, and on figb after pouring material from the tape. For clarity, from a large number of experiments, the option was chosen in which the maximum deviations are ± 9%. On average, the deviations were ± 5%. On figv and 3d shows a similar distribution of material when using the proposed method and device. In this case, the maximum deviations were ± 1.2%, and the average deviations were ± 0.7%.
