Abstract
Description
The proposal relates to shipbuilding, in particular to the power plants of high-power vessels of both civilian and navy, for which it is necessary to provide a wide range of speed control of the propeller at low speeds.
A known construction of an electric propulsion system for ships (IPC B63H 23/24, B63H 21/17, patent CN 101857082 (A), application number CN 20101162739 20100401, 10/13/2010, MASANORIITO; HIROSHI SATO, Electric propultion system for ships) containing thermal an engine, a synchronous generator, to the winding of which an electric converter running on a propeller motor is connected, to which a propeller is mechanically connected. A disadvantage of the known electric transmission is that all elements of a given serial structure, firstly, must be performed at the full power of the power plant, and secondly, each of these elements has its own efficiency, as a result of which the overall efficiency of the entire system will be determined as the product of the efficiency of the individual elements of the structure under consideration. It should also be noted the low efficiency of such a power plant at full speed.
З., Лейденский A.M., Шляхтенко А. The closest in technical essence to the claimed device is the device selected for the prototype of the power plant of ships (IPC B63H 23/12, patent RU 2186708 C1, application: 2000133016/28, 12.28.2000, Broydo M.D., Koltun L.Z. , Leiden AM, Shlyakhtenko A.V., Ship power plant) containing a thermal prime mover, an electric generator, two disconnect couplings, a gearbox, a propeller motor and an electric converter. The technical result of this design provides increased efficiency of the power plant.
A disadvantage of the known device is the complex kinematic diagram of the power plant, containing two disconnect couplings, as well as an insufficiently high coefficient of utilization of the electric generator and the propeller motor, which are not involved in the process of energy conversion at full speed of the vessel. The disadvantages of the known power plant can also be attributed to the lack of an electric power generation process for consumers of their own needs, that is, it is necessary to create another energy system to power the auxiliary equipment of the vessel.
The proposed electric power system, in addition to meeting operational requirements, allows you to:
- обеспечивать потребители собственных нужд электроэнергией от главного теплового двигателя в режимах полного хода судна, используя гребную электрическую машину в качестве валогенератора;- to provide consumers with their own needs with electricity from the main heat engine in full speed modes of the vessel, using a rowing electric machine as a shaft generator;
- обеспечивать регулировку частоты вращения гребного винта от вспомогательного теплового двигателя либо от статического источника постоянного тока, при сохранении питания потребителей собственных нужд;- provide adjustment of the rotational speed of the propeller from the auxiliary heat engine or from a static source of direct current, while maintaining the power of consumers of their own needs;
- обеспечивать большой диапазон регулирования частоты вращения гребного винта на малых частотах вращения без использования главного теплового двигателя;- provide a large range of regulation of the rotational speed of the propeller at low speeds without the use of the main heat engine;
- улучшить массогабаритные характеристики, а также повысить надежность и живучесть энергетической установки;- improve weight and size characteristics, as well as increase the reliability and survivability of the power plant;
- улучшить виброшумовые характеристики электроэнергетической установки для режима работы при питании от статического источника тока и, как следствие, осуществить снижение шума, излучаемого в воду при движении судна;- to improve the vibration and noise characteristics of the electric power plant for the operation mode when powered by a static current source and, as a result, to reduce the noise emitted into the water when the vessel is moving;
- повысить экономичность энергоустановки и коэффициент загрузки первичных тепловых двигателей, тем самым повысив их ресурс эксплуатации.- increase the efficiency of the power plant and the load factor of primary heat engines, thereby increasing their service life.
The described advantages are achieved in that for various operating conditions of a power plant, various options for connecting structural elements are used in such a way that, in addition to meeting the requirements of the technological process, there are a minimum number of elements between the energy source and the actuating unit, and the used energy source is loaded at a nominal value and does not work idle .
1.The power plant of high-power vessels, the structural diagram of which is shown in Fig. 1, consists of the main
5:The proposed electric installation works as follows. The proposed structure provides three modes of operation of the electric power installation, differing in the way of transferring energy from
- режим полного хода;- full speed mode;
- экономичный режим работы;- economical mode of operation;
Full speed mode is characterized by supplying the ship's consumers from the main heat engine, which acts as an energy source. In this case, the energy from the
5.The economical mode of operation of the electric power plant is to supply consumers with energy from the
17.The low-noise mode of operation of the electric power plant consists in supplying consumers with energy from a static direct
It should be noted that the economical and low-noise operating modes are characterized by low power on the screw, which is about 10% of the nominal. In this case, the range of rotational speed of the propeller is in the range from 0 to 0.46 of the nominal. The power of consumers of their own needs also make up about 10% of the power of the main mover for high-power vessels. Figure 3 presents the accumulated structures and energy flows in an electric power installation for various technological modes of operation of the vessel. The dependences of the capacities at the inputs and outputs of the elements of the power system are given without taking into account losses in the elements themselves. Figure 4 presents the load characteristic of the propeller and marked the ranges of the electric power plant in various technological modes of operation of the vessel.
The advantage of this electric power system is to increase energy efficiency and increase the load factor of the primary heat engines of the electric power plant and, as a result, fuel economy, as well as increase the resource of system elements. The advantages of the proposed system should also include the improvement of overall dimensions and vibration and noise characteristics, as well as increased reliability and survivability of the electric power plant.
