Abstract
Description
The invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be used to treat various eye diseases associated with infectious, allergic and toxic-allergic lesions of the eye surface: infectious, allergic, toxic-allergic conjunctivitis, blepharo-conjunctivitis, blepharitis, superficial keratitis dry eye disease.
- М. - 2010. - Т.2. - С.3-12).According to the analysis of ocular morbidity in Russia, the estimated number of inflammatory eye diseases is up to 18 million per year, including conjunctivitis up to 12 million, blepharitis up to 4 million (Maychuk Yu.F. Innovative medical technologies in the dynamics of treatment of eye surface diseases. // III Russian National Ophthalmol Forum. - M. - 2010. - T.2. - S.3-12).
Allergic conjunctivitis is detected in 15% of the population per year. Patients with inflammatory eye diseases make up 40-60% of the outpatient eye care. Among inflammatory eye diseases, the proportion of conjunctivitis remains the highest. A rather common form is combined bacterial-allergic conjunctivitis and blepharoconjunctivitis. They have a year-round stubborn recurrent course. In these cases, the use of antibiotics often does not have a therapeutic effect and can lead to the development of chronic, persistent drug blepharoconjunctivitis. The use of anti-inflammatory therapy is also necessary for diseases of dry eyes of medium and severe stages.
Известны глазные капли «Окуметил», используемые при симптомах раздражения глаза, хроническом неспецифическом, аллергическом конъюктивитах, блефароконъюктивитах и ангулярном конъюктивите (фирма «Александрия», Египет, номер регистрации ГР: №013927/01-2002, 23.04.2002).Known eye drops "Okumet", used for symptoms of eye irritation, chronic nonspecific, allergic conjunctivitis, blepharoconjunctivitis and angular conjunctivitis (firm "Alexandria", Egypt, registration number GR: No. 013927 / 01-2002, 04/23/2002).
The closest analogue to the claimed technical solution is ophthalmic antihistamine drops containing zinc sulfate, diphenhydramine hydrochloride, naphazoline hydrochloride, sodium citrate, citric acid, benzalkonium chloride, methylene blue, sodium chloride, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose 4000, sodium hydroxide and distilled water, taken in weighted water, taken in ratio.
(RU 2281086 C1, A61K 9/20, 10.08.2006).(RU 2281086 C1, A61K 9/20, 08/10/2006).
Known eye drops are a weak anti-infectious drug and often irritate the eyes. In addition, they can cause toxic effects on the mucous membrane of the eyes and cornea, as a result of which drug conjunctivitis or erosion of the cornea can occur (2, 3). Therefore, they do not provide a comprehensive therapeutic effect.
The objective of the invention is the creation of eye drops with a wide and powerful anti-infective, anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, anti-toxic effect, as well as eliminating the risk of their side effect and to ensure good tolerance to patients.
